The beans had chunks of onion and bacon with a slightly sweet finish. The beans were also slightly firm, which led the beans to have a bit of texture and not like most just all mush. Main event: Brisket, The slow smoked traditional Texas style "BBQ" really shines here with flavor. For a brisket the meat had been trimmed very lean. It contained plenty of crispy and extra smokey edge pieces. I like most of all my BBQ meats with extra sauce. Their sauce is a traditional thick KC style molasses dark. It added just the right amount of flair to put the smoked meat over the top. If you need a BBQ fix and want quick in and out, this concession trailer style pop up "food truck" is an easy winner. They are currently Fri/Sat across from Sonic on Palmetto. I didn't try the pork, ribs, or chicken. But I'm sure I'll be back.
