There's also a fresh meat section in the back. I purchased a whole chicken and asked the butcher if he could cut it up for me, and he gladly did--excellent service! Then I discovered the restaurant in the back. The menu looked so good that I couldn't leave without trying something. I ordered a family-style platter to take home, and it was a HIT. For $48, we received three different meats, rice, beautifully grilled vegetables, homemade hummus, pita, and sauce. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The best part? The platter was more than enough to feed my family of five. For the quality, quantity, and price, you really can't beat it. Great food, great service, a clean market, and excellent value.
