I ordered from this restaurant under the name "Saucy Skewer" on Uber Eats. I wish I would have taken a photo of my order to show how disappointing it was. By far the worst meal I have ever ordered in my life. The kebab trio wouldn't have fed a 3 year old. No pita, the sides were incorrect and it included literally a 2 bites of each meat. Was excited for a new restaurant in the area. Stopped in and ordered the falafel pita wrap. Although it was not very expensive , it lacked flavor. The pita wrap was similar to a tortilla, the falafel bland, runny garlic sauce, non seasoned cucumbers and tomatoes. We were excited to try this new restaurant. There was one family in front of us and it was not very crowded. The staff was courteous and helpful but that was about the best thing I could say about his place. The food took over 20 minutes and was very bland and plain. My beef tasted more like carne asada and the hummus was lacking. We really wanted to like this place and the staff was friendly but we will not return. read more

Ok so i have eatin here about 5 times so far, the first time they were out of garlic sauce and they petrified the meat! They replaced ot for free which was great customer service and was really appreciated. The next time waa great everything was good and they had 1 garlic sauce only ,available . I dont understand why they don't have garlic sauce it makes the dish!!! Really though Next two times it was back to burnt meat but they did finally have garlic sauce. This last time today, which was the reason for the bad review my husband ordered garlic sauce right away and they said they have it! Well sure enough after we paid and got our food they said they were out!! They gave it away to people coming in after my husband. Then gave us the two dollars back for the garlic sauce. This is horrible if your running out of sauce constantly make more! I work in the restaurant business so to me this is completely ridiculous. Fairly new to the area but worth a stop in. The lunch multi meat special is worth its weight in gold, a decent helping of just about all the main hits, chicken, beef, falafel and rice. You won't leave hungry that's a fact. Also did a catering lunch with them, the food was more than plentiful, hot, and on time. Although a new cuisine for some this was a massive hit for all. I like Pita Zone but the inconsistencies are what upset me. I can go one time & it's satisfactory, then I go again & I feel cheated. I went this past Friday 11/19 for lunch. I ordered some falafel burgers and a falafel wrap. The last time I ordered a wrap it had like 2.5 falafel balls in it. Unsatisfactory for a $6 sandwich. This time when I went, the guy behind the counter asked if I ordered 2 falafel sandwiches. I ordered 2 falafel burgers but I found out why he called them sandwiches when I got home. I didnt have burgers I had smashed falafel between a bun. If you dont have a product...you should say so. I've never known McDonalds to give people ground beef sandwiches when they don't have burger patties. This place charges $7 per burger & that is not what I received. It was messy. My falafel kept falling from between the bun and the amount of falafel per sandwich was inconsistent. This is strike 2. You have 1 more time to pull a fast one before I no longer frequent. I've alrdy slowed down how often I consider coming here. You're either there to serve your customers or to serve yourself. read more

Decided to give this place another chance in almost 1 year after feeling like the quality of food was on the decline the previous few visits. I ordered the chicken shawarma to keep it simple and ease back into it...so I thought. There was an extended wait for no apparent reason before I casually walked up to the counter to inquire. The cashier saw me and remembered that the shawarma sitting wrapped on the counter was mine. He instructed a different employee to put 2 sauces in the bag and give it to me. The wrap was terrible. As others have stated, the quantity of meat is drastically reduced in comparison to competitors and previous purchases here. The food lacked typical Mediterranean flavor and ingredients...there were no pickles or hummus included to start. It was mostly filled with a bag-type iceberg lettuce mix and something that tasted like slaw sauce. The red sauce tasted like vinegar and the white sauce was a mystery, so I did not put any on the shawarma. I passed on leaving a bad review a couple of times before, but this one is necessary. Food was on point! Had chicken shawarma and gyro shawarma and the gyro meat was soo soft and delish. Loved the white sause that they served it with, perhaps tahini? Hands down one of the best Mediterranean food places I have ever had. The falafel was so well seasoned and just the right texture. Crisp on the outside tender on the inside. The tahini was spot on. The rice is super flavorful. I loved the hummus as well. The kicker is their in house hot sauce. It was so amazing. My husband got the meat sampler platter and he loved everything as well. The only downside to this place is they didn't have any baklava on the Uber eats menu. I'm a pretty picky eater so writing a great review is something a rarely do. Must try guys! read more

Everytime I have gotten shawarma sandwiches from here they would be soggy or too dry. I was eating rice from there and I found a piece of hair in it. The cooks were not wearing gloves or head caps.And the sauce was very bad after one day of having it. I hope they have proper hygiene next time while preparing the food. Thus incident has happened to me when they first opened too, which was 2 yrs ago. I hope they will be better. read more
