I ordered a meat combo and my wife got a chicken shawarma. We initially ordered it for takeout, but decided to eat there. They have three tables inside and three outside. We enjoyed eating outside. The food took longer to prepare than the 20 minutes they said on the phone (about 30 minutes), but they were busy. Others were waiting as well. Menu selection is good, as is pricing. However, I can't say it's totally authentic. They have other items on the menu like burgers, wings, and hot dogs (all zabihah halal). The meat combo was really good. The serving was generous and pretty tasty. 5 stars for that. The chicken shawarma was unfortunately more desi flavored, and seemed to be wrapped in a tortilla. 3 stars for that. Felt compelled to comeback and update my review here after 4 years. Much has improved and it wouldnt be fair, given my family and I frequent this place at least once a month, to not update a review which was so negative last time. Wait time is no longer an issue here. Again, faults happen and if i recall the owner actually discussed the matter with me last time and made every effort to make it right. Im nearby and to have a halal restaurant so close to the him is a luxury. Whats done is done. Food is fresh, well cooked and always consistent. My personal fav is the lamb shish kebab entree. Prices are fair, not cheap but in line with the rest of the market these days. Restaurant is clean, although we often carryout. Im happy to be a repeat customer here again. It was worth giving these boys another shot, even though i was very angry last time. read more

There are several reasons I give this place 3 stars: 1- I called for pick up, they said 10-15 minutes. I showed up after 20 minutes and had to wait for another 10 minutes. And there was no one in the restaurant so why is my food delayed ? 2- I asked that my wraps have light white sauce and guess what ? They were both drenched in sauce. 3- Food lacked flavor and authenticity. Sure it is Mediterranean adjacent but the kefta tasted like it was boiled and not really grilled. The falafel had decent flavor but not very crispy. 4- customer service is just below average. read more

Best value is to go at Lunch time and get a Lunch special for $10. If I am real hungry, my favorite is the "Meat Lovers" entree. If I end up getting a wrap, I usually just add the fries and drink for another $3.50. Not too crazy about their stuffed grape leaves (a bit dry) or their Lentil soup, but everything else is top notch. Owner and staff very friendly. The main cook Sami knows his stuff. I wish I didn't have this terrible experience but unfortunately I did and I feel like I need to make others aware. I ordered a chicken shawarma wrap and the gentleman who took my order told me the total and I thought it was a bit off so I asked and confirmed he got my order right and he confirmed. I thought alright I'll ask when I see him in person when I go in to pick up my order. So when I got to the shop and was about to pay, I asked him why there was a discrepancy in the menu price and what he was charging me. His response was "oh the prices have gone up, chicken is more expensive now". I told him while I can understand that, the menu online and in the store have the "old" price. He says "the IT guys need to update the menu and we have new menu on order". I thought to myself alright it's not a huge deal and I was hungry so I just paid the $1.00 extra. However when I got home and started eating the wrap, I noticed there was hardly any chicken in it. See my pic. This was not the case before. I've eaten their wrap a countless number of times and it has always been full of chicken (just the right amount, chicken/veggies ratio). This time there were far more veggies and hardly any chicken. I used to get full from the older wrap and after eating this one, I can prob eat another. Yes it's that bad! I feel like I got cheated by not only paying more (menu price was lower) but also having less chicken! I'm not expecting more but at least keep the same amount of chicken you served before! The food here was delicious so much flavor in everything, even the vegetarian options! My mom has a few diet restrictions and the staff here was great about answering her questions. Beef sharwa pita and chicken sharwa were so good also. It's spacious in here with tables for 4 and 6 people that can be pushed together for groups. It's amazing. read more

I've been here a couple times now, so I figured I'd jot down my past experiences..Okay I like the food, its pretty solid, authentic to my taste Mediterranean food. The portions are nice size, pretty fresh and flavorful. Now, you see I raved about the food and portions and you're probably asking, "Why only 3 stars??" Well, the service here is extremely slow. Like, unacceptably slow. Past two times I have dined in, the wait was at least 25 minutes. All the while, there is the cashier playing on his phone while multiple people are anxiously waiting for their food. Again, this normally wouldn't bother me, but the place is not the cleanest of places. I sound like I'm ripping this place, but I'm being genuinely honest. The food is good and worth your $ but I HIGHLY suggest calling ahead or you'll be stuck waiting forever. I will give them another shot as I live close enough to warrant a trip in the future but seriously, get another cook or something. read more

The food here was great, I got the chicken keftah kebab and it was flavorful and warm. The hummus was perfect, the pita was soft, and the vegetables were fresh The only issue with the food was the rice, it was bland but still cooked well. The service was a little slow but it was also busy when I went so it is not unexpected and all the employees are extremely nice. The ambience in the restaurant is a little lacking and it's somewhat bare but I stopped only for takeout so I didn't spend time. Even if I had it would've been alright. I would definitely recommend for anyone in the mood for Mediterranean food (get the baklava)! read more

UPDATE: Pita zone must have have had a really off night, but we will never be back! Frustrating experience! They only gave us 2pita, and were condescending in the way they spoke to us when we enquired how come we get like 4-5pita every other time! They insisted not. Also we order same thing every time, and this time the hummus was significantly different in size for exact same price! We expect consistency when charged the same price, at this place not the case. Also the way they handled it / reacted by talking almost down to us as if we were incorrect! The first two times we went it was awesome and the guy was really really accommodating I think he was the owner, but he stopped frequenting his establishment and it's going downhill(don't say I should give them a second chance because this was about our fourth time going so they've had plenty of chances) The food here is really fresh,and you can taste it. The portions are HUGE, and my boyfriend and I had the meat lovers platter and it was out of this world. Very flavorful!! My boyfriend loves the falafel, and we both love the hummus! Wee been here twice already. Weefinitely will make this our new go to restaurant for this type of food. read more
