Man oh man! Was sooooo excited about trying this place... what a let down!! Came on a Saturday (doh) was told 45 minute wait, ok.... No probably we will hang out in the car... (we have a 4 month old) 55 minutes later we get called... they sit us in the most awkward place two person table and barely any room for our stroller, people had to keep squeezing by and couple people actually moved our stroller to get back. Horrible. We then have to go up to the counter to order food... not problem, but i stood for a good 3-4 minutes waiting for someone to take it. Finally take it and was told another 45 minutes for the pizza and cheese knots. So i ordered meatballs too, (per their recommendation) to have at the table as soon as possible. Well knots came out first so didn't even need to meatballs after all... the marinara was really sweet and not really good. Bummer. Finally our pizza!!! Well WRONG they brought my pizza but not my husbands. I asked 3 times where it was "everyone would check" another 20 minutes later- my pizza is now cold, both pizzas bland... we just decided to get boxes and go.. 3 hours total. Restaurant was packed with smallest tables ever and cold with the windows open, in my opinion not worth it... oh and it was $70!! Nice to try new places, but I dont think we'd go back! read more

Had a fun informal dinner for a conference party and Pitfire DELIVERED! They made ordering super straightforward and easy despite the large group (60 people). Food was delicious (and we are from Portland know good pizza..!!). Great service and the manager Casey was particularly great to work with. Bomb pizza! We DoorDashed the pizza to our hotel. Super convenient and fast. We ordered Zoe's pepperoni, sausage party, and pesto chicken. The kids were supposed to eat the pepperoni but devoured the other two pizzas. The crust was to die for! Must have when in the area. read more

Have always wanted to try this place and came in one random Saturday. Love the vibe and the pizza but the standout part was the service! We sat at the bar and Danny helped us. Wildly inefficient ordering system all the way around. Pros: pizza is good. Friendly staff. Cons: quick serve, which means you order from the overburdened bar tender( not kidding). Then they drop the pizza, don't forget to get your own silverware, napkins and condiments. Want to order online? Well for pick up it says to use Uber, DoorDash or postmates, only problem is none of them service them. No problem just call right? Nope! No one answered the phone for the 4x I called, When they did on the 5th time they said they're too busy to take an order. Understand places get busy, but anywhere else will tell you it would be hours, not to go to another business. Parking isn't great either. Meh don't get the hype. Went with a friend and kids on a Tuesday and ordered 2 pizzas and 3 kids meals. The pizzas came out first and at 10 minutes apart, and the first pizza was an unappetizing room temperature. Then 2 kids meals came out, Mac and cheese and spaghetti and meatballs. The meatballs were delicious but the sauce tasted scorched, nobody wanted to eat it so it was a waste. We sat for another 10 minutes waiting for that last kids meal, which is tough with a table of hangry kids. The mac and cheese was not a favorite, gobs of cheese looked like glue and gave my kid bathroom trouble afterwards. Ambiance is the plus- cool looking bar, nice to see the glass walled kitchen for interest and food prep transparency, seating is hip with glass encased fire heaters. It's odd you walk up to place your order or every time you need something and get your own water/drinks yet they include an employee health fee and then expect you to tip on top of that for service. Restrooms are poorly planned with 50+ kids running amuck, a full bar of drinking adults and one restroom per gender, the math doesn't work. All in all, I'm glad for the revitalization of this shopping center but this place is overrated. For $20/cold pizza I'll gladly go elsewhere. read more

Super friendly staff. Ordered 2 pizzas for take out. The Vegi was very minimal, even though ordered many more extra toppings. The mushrooms and onions were barely present. For $24 expected much more. This s the best place EVER. I don't want to say to sit at the bar because that's the best spot to sit, but it really is. I won't gate keep. The food is delicious. Highly recommend the buffalo chicken strips (ask for a side a ranch because it comes with blue cheese) and any pizza honestly, the bbq chicken is my fave so far, and it's super filling! We love our mixologists and have created our own drinks with them. They take care of all their customers and are so friendly and welcoming. But just in case you aren't ready for all that, ask for a Frozè or anything with hibiscus and tequila! It's a full service bar so they can make you just about anything! The vibe is truly open to all. Family. Kids. Friends. First dates. It's truly a place that is perfect for anything and at anytime. My friends and I always feel like we're at home when we come in, and that speaks to the GM and RM, and all of their managers and employees. They make sure you are welcomed and cared for. We've ordered pizza and pasta and sides on several occasions since they opened a little over a month ago. Their pizza crust is exceptionally great and toppings are fresh, and visually appealing. We especially like the PB&J, brilliant how they shave entire pineapple as opposed to chunks/pieces. The only pizza critique relates to the pesto chicken - pesto was marginal at best and the chicken was dry. We've tried one pasta dish thus far, the chicken and mushroom which my wife and I both enjoyed. The white bean soup was a bit too "cheesy", and the beans a bit mushy for my taste, but overall not bad. Look forward to trying the entire menu.... read more

We went for their Friends and Family opening (complimentary dinner). It has a very fun atmosphere though the acoustics make it very loud and hard to talk. All the workers (servers, hosts, bartenders, food deliverers) were incredibly friendly and positive and seemed happy to be working there. I am not sure how a regular meal works as we had to order at the bar and the food was delivered to our table. I didn't like the ordering at the bar because it was hard to stand there menu in hand, having to peruse it, make decisions and order all while there are people waiting behind you. I would prefer to sit at a table to peruse the menu to have more time and less pressure. We felt so pressured to hurry up and order that we didn't even notice the prices so I can't comment on them. We had 2 pizzas (excellent crust, YUM!!!!!) but waaaaay too salty. The pizzas were both different and we couldn't figure out where the excessive salt was coming from. There weren't a lot of pizza topping options which I found a bit disappointing. Both of our pizzas had fresh mozzarella vs. shredded melted mozzarella on them. I don't know if there were any pizzas with the full mozzarella cheese on top. The pizzas are not huge and I would say that one feeds 1- 2 people depending on what other food you order. The steak salad was WOW!!!!!!! The white bean soup was also excellent though it seemed more like a pinto bean soup than an Italian white bean soup. We had the mac and cheese which I didn't taste but my friends said was really good and creamy (it had big curly noodles not elbows or penne). The brussel sprouts were great. We also had the avocado with grapefruit and nuts. It was tasty but I would not pay to order it - it was something I could easily make at home. The desserts were chocolate chunk cookies and gluten free brownies - both amazing. I hope to return but will probably look at the menu online before I go to feel less rushed when ordering if it truly is an order at the bar kind of place. Not sure I will get the pizza if they don't fix the saltiness issue (and I love salt but it was too much even for me). read more

I was so excited to return, so many good food and drink options, including plant based or that's your thing. I was ready for my "mega pint" of wine! We had great service last time we dinned here. Love the ambiance for watching a game or catching up with friends. Sadly, this place is NOT GOOD for FAMILIES. We had a group of four adults and three children and there wasn't a table suitable for a group our size. They have many two tops, tons of bar seating and a few booths but only two tables for bigger parties like ours, one is bar height. Sadly we had to leave to eat somewhere else despite our excitement. New fast casual pizza place with bright and fun decor. This restaurant is a perfect fit for the upper class 9% neighborhoods, their other locations seem to be placed in similar demographics. And I'm all here for it. I'm not a fan of ordering at the bar but could have been their lunch flow for a Sunday. We tried the vegetarian chopped salad and it was very refreshing, they use a homemade oil/oregano vinaigrette that's simple but brilliant. Next we tried the Sausage Party and PB&J for Maui. Both had quality toppings & flavor profiles. They have a Marra Forni wood fire brick oven which is why their pizzas taste authentic & delicious. Pizza temperature was not hot, they may need to look into this. Staff was pleasant and the manager table touched. My qualms as for most new restaurants these days is general prices and the 3% Happy + Healthy Surcharge "to your bill to support sustainable earnings and benefits for our team," they say it is "optional" but you don't see it until you get the receipt and what asshole is going to say remove this fee to the minimum wage worker at the counter. Restaurants should take their own efforts to pay for the value of their workers.... invest in YOUR workers instead of forcing customers to. Lastly if you want a side of ranch your going to pay $2. Luckily safe to say the two sides of ranch for $4 that I had to go back to the counter to pay for was very tasty. Will likely return and would recommend trying but not a place I'd be able to frequent. read more

I ordered pizza for dinner on a Friday night. We considered delivery and later realized that we could cut the time in half by ordering pick-up. My husband went to pick up the pizza. He described having to wait in a long line, where there was not clear distinction between those who were ordering to stay versus those who were there for pick-up. Perhaps having someone do a little bit of crowd control once the line is going out the door. We ordered a margherita and a pepperoni pizza with their cauliflower crust (for an extra $3.50). They came in cute pink pizza boxes, which reminded me of Barbie. We were happy with the ingredients. Our daughters were fans of the pepperonis. We found the pizza to be okay. The sauce was lacking in flavor. I am open to returning to try their pizzas with more sauce, also fresh out of the oven. read more

We've been looking forward to this new pizza place in our neighborhood and it did not disappoint! The pizza is great (we LOVE the bbq chicken) and we've enjoyed the salads/veggie sides too. After trying it for takeout (probably going to be on our regular rotation now), we checked out the dining experience on Friday night. It was BUSY, but it didn't take long and we had a great time. We had our pup with us, and Jason (the manager, super friendly and helpful) helped us get a table way more quickly than we were expecting. The space is pretty cool, a nice outdoor patio and cute plants. They have a full bar and some interesting looking drinks (we'll have to check them out next time but enjoyed our bottle of red) and waayyy more than pizza on the menu (all our pies have been tasty, but might try some pasta next time). I ordered the field mushroom and pesto chicken, both pizzas were tasty. All pizzas are 13", thin crust, similar to that of a NY pizza(only similar, don't come after me lol). The toppings were fresh and yummy! Not too much cheese. My personal fav is the field mushroom, there was definitely that umami from the mushrooms. Super appetizing! I love that they used sourdough for the pizza. It was a take out order so can't say much about the seating inside. Plenty of parking in plaza. read more
