Absolute scam and worst service experience ever!!!! I called ahead to inquire about rate to fix broken iPhone 6s screen was quoted 50 then discounted to 40 for new customer discount . I'm thinking perfect rate and perfect location for me BUT magically rate changes to 90 when I reach there with bs reasons , but since I'm there already desperate for the phone they got me hooked so ok go ahead and charge me double but please fix the phone ASAP ! Phone is fixed I'm in a hurry pay and leave . It's my Daughters phone & only used for Musically app so on the weekend when she gets it back she reports the front camera isn't working , I'm surprised to hear about this so take it right back to this store thinking NBD it's covered by warranty not even been a week it should be a breeze to fix . Not so much !!! They give me more bs about water damage and now it's gonna be 150 more to fix it ! What the heck ?!? Completely dumbfounded I let them know can't be water damage the phone was not even used just sat in my bag until my daughter got it and reported the camera not working within days of having screen fixed . He acts all empathetic makes a few calls to technician /manager whatever comes back with the rate of 79 to fix it now I'm even more suspicious said thank you but no thank you and leave... this is a scam to get you in the door with one price then charge you double not only that but purposefully rig your phone to make you go back to spend more $$$ AVOID !!! read more

I'm usually very good in my at keeping my mobile device nice and fixed however one day I was playing Fortnite I got very upset so I threw my phone across the room and then hit the wall on the screen was shattered just like my hopes of winning I was extremely devastated and in a frantic panic I looked on yelp looking for the best cell phone repair shop and like the sun rising out of a gloomy day CPR factory popped up I didn't know what to expect but I took a leap of faith and called Ari he was very assuring that everything was going to be OK and that the repair would only take 15 minutes. At first I thought it was bluffing but then after some further convincing I decided to take a leap of faith and come into the store while I was waiting for my phone to be repaired he offered me water and some cake while I was enjoying my delicious chocolate cake the cell phone was repaired in a matter of 10 minutes which is sooner than the 15 minutes that was quoted. I brought in my son's Iphone Oct. 4 to replace the screen. $49 seemed fair enough. I believe it was Adir who helped me. As he is handing me the phone he says "one corner of the glass didn't click in all the way but it should be ok." That should have been a red flag. The first day my son used the phone, the glass popped out. Instinctively, he tried to pop it back in and it shattered. I took it back for them to replace it and they wanted to charge me again for new glass since it was "physical damage" and they were not responsible. The guy in the store was not the same guy who helped me so he called Adir on the phone. I told Adir he improperly installed it and he should replace it for free. At this time he pointed out that the frame was bent and they would need to replace the frame kit, at a charge. He should have let me know about the bent frame from the start. We argued and finally he agreed to replace the glass and frame kit for free. I left the phone and came back the following day. He handed me the phone and I could see separation on the corner of the frame. They did not give me a new kit but used the old one and shoved the glass in. Not wanting to argue again, I took it and figured I would put a shock proof case and it should hold. A few days later, the phone fell out of my son's pocket as he was getting up from the sofa and the glass shattered again. This time the phone is not working at all. I think they messed up the phone when they forced the bent frame. I have dropped my Iphone soo many times and never have I had my phone not work. Very disappointed to say the least. read more

I have been to this place twice for repairs to my phone and I like the service and pricing I have received. The guy who runs it is just what I want, a very nice nerd that completely understands everything about my phone and has a ton of parts there so he can always get it done quickly. I had broken a very small part of my phone camera. Both times I went there he fixed the phone while I waited in his comfortable front room with couches etc. He usually fixes it faster than promised and I have never had a problems. I also like that they are very polite and pleasant. Also I think the prices are very low based on what the larger stores charge. There is always meter parking in front. Worst possible experience & outcome. i don't think it's out of line to call them crooks. I brought my busted up but TOTALLY WORKING ON ALL FRONTS phone into this shop. I was told they could fix the extensive damage. I should have known by his hesitancy saying yes that he in fact could not fix the phone. Not only did they not fix the phone, THEY BROKE IT FURTHER. They replaced my broken parts with aftermarket parts. my phone now overheats in minutes, I cannot record anything because apparently he "laid the screen on wrong and it's laying on the microphone". so now, it sounds like a muffled white noise mess that goes in and out of volume. I use my phone for work. After leaving my phone with you a total of 5 HOURS, I left with a broken phone, that I don't know if insurance will cover bc of the aftermarket parts, spending more time out of work to get it fixed. Atrocious. Just tell me to go to insurance if you really can't fix it. that's what I like about IBreakUFix, they tell you what they can and can't do. I am so annoyed. You can just walk in and get your problem fixed in a short amount of time. Convenient parking in the back at Walgreen's where the Cell Phone Factory & Repair is connected on the same side. First time I went in I had help from Ari and he was very nice and generous. He fixed my phone but it was still lagging a little bit but I just thought it was because I had dropped it before he fixed and I'd just have to live with it. The last 2 weeks the phone was going crazy and yesterday I dropped it from about a foot high and the entire screen snapped off. I understand that I dropped it but it's a little extreme that the entire screen would fall off from dropping a foot high. Anyways I bring it in today and whoever the other guy was would not fix it under warranty as I was told before that if the screen breaks or any damage they will fix. This guy quoted me $120 to fix which is a normal price if I were the first time customer but I had literally just brought it to them and then the screen fell off. They would not honor the warranty and I ended up having to go somewhere else. The $120 was a higher price than when I had originally brought in the phone the first time LOL. So he actually charged me more to fix their mistake. The bands that connect the screen were completely shattered. How could that even have happened with 1 drop from a foot high. I don't ever write negative yelp reviews because that sucks but I honestly feel ripped off. Again, ari was super nice and was easy to work with. Too bad he wasn't in today. read more
