    Created my own pizza!

Arrived at 8:00 and they closed at 9:00, she the hostess/waitress assured us we were fine. There were several other customer's in the place at the time. We were on our way home from a service I Farmington and remembered this place from the Pizza Passport. The waitress, Allie, was awesome. So sweet and friendly. Explained everything and was just so nice. Ordered the fire sticks with ranch dill dressing. Very good. Mozzarella sticks with Frank's Hot Sauce. I chose a create our own pizza with red sauce, mozzarella, pepperoni, sausage, jalapeño, pepperoncini, tomatoes, green Pepper, onion, and basil. So good! The pizza guy was right there making the pizza and sliding them in the brick oven. Be the other waitress was also very friendly. If you are in Bonne Terre, this is a great spot with great staff, and great food.

Had a Sunday Funday planned and headed to Bonne Terre to visit Friends. 1st stop was Pizza 101 South for lunch. The Cheese Garlic bread is a must have!!! The Gouda Mac and cheese bites were very tasty... I think dipping both in the side of Marinara sauce was the topper!! I think it is one of the best sauces I have tasted.. The Salad was very fresh. Highly recommend the Ranch Dill Dressing. The pizza was good. It is only 11" which was fine for me as we had the appetizers but if you are starving you may want to get 2 pizzas!! Bonus: they had Stag Beer on Draft.. which is rare as it is usually just a Illinois thing!!

Howdy! My wife and I visited for the first time today wow! The Fire Starters & Toasted Ravioli appetizers were fantastic! They have 2 versions of the Toasted Ravioli, we got the beef which were tasty, but our waitress highly recommended the nacho cheese ones. The Hot Mama pizza was delicious and had a kick. The pizzas are about 12" and thin, crispy crust. The World Famous garlic bread lived up to its name. Thank you for the great customer service and experience!

We were heading home to Maryland Heights and passing through Bonne Terre. We realized there was a pizza place there on our pizza passport. We were really hungry after floating on the river all day and this place hit the spot. Fun decor and open kitchen. There was one waitress and she knocked it out of the park taking care of everyone who came in. She even showed kids where there were coloring books and activities very patiently. We shared the house salad which was excellent. Dressing was homemade and we loved the boiled egg. For an appetizer we got the garlic cheese bread and it was to die for with the chunky marinara. For the main event we got the carnivore pizza. Crust was crispy but not too thin. Toppings were plentiful and fresh. We'll stop back in the next time we coming through.

Possibly one of the best thin crust pizzas I have ever eaten. I am not a pizza guy, but this place will turn me into one if I'm not careful. If you love pizza and high quality toppings, this is a must try. If you have to drive to get here, do it. You will thank me later. Well worth the price. The atmosphere is pretty cool as well.

The 60 minute drive from SoCo to Bonne Terre for Pizza 101 South was worth it! We had a delicious lunch, our server Nathan was delightful, the service was top-notch!! We were greeted immediately, and everyone was friendly and checked on us. We had the Cheese Garlic Bread, Smoked Gouda Mac & Cheese Bites (one of our "surprises"!), and the Total Package pizza. Their dipping sauce is outstanding! Nice and thick, with lots of flavor. We went about 1:30 on a Thursday, and were the only ones in there. That was nice because we were able to chat with our server Nathan, and he brought us a couple "surprises"! The restaurant itself is very nice, and there is lots of variety on the menu. Honestly, this is the best pizza I've had in ages! Lots of toppings and cheese. 10/10! We'll be back! BTW, they also sell the #pizzapassport if you need one.

This place is fairly new and I've been twice so far! The atmosphere is very different depending on when you show up. Seems empty and quiet during lunch hour, but on nights and weekends the tables are full of local families. All of the pizzas are the same size and made in a brick oven in the back of the restaurant, where you can watch them assemble and prepare it, which is neat for kids. The menu lets you customize your pizza, but from what I've heard people love the Fly Me To The Moon which is a buffalo chicken pizza with bleu cheese. There is also a small arcade game in the corner, so bring quarters because the kids love it! The tiramisu was good and I look forward to trying the other desserts. I hope this place continues to get good business in Bonne Terre.

What a nice little find in a small town. It had a nice ambience and the staff seemed friendly and service was quick. We ordered two pizzas and pasta. The Pesto and Chicken was good but could use a nice drizzle of pesto on top rather than on the bottom only as it was a little dry. The Margarita Pizza was decent. It was a little to oily for me and the basil was very heavy. Overall not bad. The pasta was good as well. I would come back and would enjoy trying other options.

The pizza was absolutely delicious!! Friendly staff and service too. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and the supreme pizza and both were perfect.

The interior has an interesting, welcoming vibe. There were regular tables, but a couple couches for comfortable seating. We saw they also had some games in a corner that you could play while eating or drinking. There's also an outdoor patio and it looks like they were setting up to have live music later that evening. We ordered a flight of beers, and thoroughly enjoyed each of the different ones. We also got some pizza, which was really good. Before leaving, we checked out the downstairs speakeasy room, which can be reserved for parties. I am sad that this restaurant is too far from me, because I would love to host a birthday party there. I definitely recommend checking this place out, and if we drive through again, I plan on stopping!

For the past 6 months life has been a nightmare - luckily I took notes when I visited many places…read moreso when things died down I would be able to just type this out and pop in the pictures. I really liked this place. This brewery has a great vibe, is HUGE, good service, yummy food, tasty beer and considering it was a cold, icky night when we went - there was more people there than I would have thought. My smash melt was so good. Messy but a good type of messy. It was also a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. The shepherds pie was really runny. A spoon was definitely the utensil of choice but the flavor was spot on. I struggled to get up the stairs because of my knees (both are new) and it appears to be the only stairs so I had to wait for some servers to go up (& vice versa) but when we got up there it was very cool. Honestly, this place is huge. I cannot stress that enough. There was a big party next to us and I watched how they were waited on...because sometimes big parties can be a challenge. It appeared that no one waited a unreasonable time to get their refills. Even a spill was taken care of by staff swiftly. That is a good sign. However, our service was just good. It took a long time to get a beer and we never got out second one we just paid and left All that being said, I will be back.

Hundreds of Hops US Hop Passport Amazing Brewery Race Stop 30 - 1/18 for Missouri…read more We stopped here as our first stop on our Missouri Brewery Race, plotted intentionally for the eats... specifically all you can eat fried chicken day... not that I could eat a whole lot of it, but I love good fried chicken and that KFC at home isn't scratching that itch. Needless to say, I ordered the fried chicken, dark meat. The hubs got a maple syrup (flavored, turns out - definitely NOT maple syrup). The table behind us ordered directly after our order was put in and also ordered all you can eat fried chicken, dark meat. When i heard, "we're sold out of that", with my order not up yet, I thought we were in for potential problems. Now, at 845pm, I'd understand that but 15min after the "special" starts, with a half empty dining room... I'm gonna have some questions. For example: Why is there no chicken available at open on fried chicken day? Anywho, the plates come out & I'd guess the potatoes were from the last special... cold & crusty, topped with the thickest, most concentrated "gravy" I've ever seen. Both were inedible. The broccoli was cooler than it should have been served at but tasted good. The real star was definitely the fried chicken. It absolutely hit the spot - unfortunately, they were indeed sold out of dark meat & i ended up with a wing... sigh - thankfully, I got 1 thigh, my true love & although it was all you can eat (only way they sell it), 1 thigh is about all I can eat. Still, I could have skipped the sides all together for a 2nd thigh... The burger was "ok", nicely cooked, but maple flavor is not at all the same as real maple syrup tho & it definitely could be improved with real maple syrup. The beer was pretty tasty. We had 3 different ones & could have pulled a 4th had the timing worked out. Overall, a so-so experience. I'm not sure why, when I ordered, that I wasn't told that there wasn't enough chicken for a dark meat order. I would have asked if there was a thigh left & likely still ordered it when they said yes, but it would have been my choice then. They did stop selling the chicken special before we cashed out.
