Their crust is delicate but not too doughy. The pizza sauce flavorful, not bitter and the array of toppings are all top notch. I have been there three times, every time it is excellent~. Last time I got mac and cheese slice also which was amazing, and I am not a mac and cheese person. This is a great place to visit after a trip to nearby Empire City Casino. There was no line and we found parking no problem. We ordered wings and a super slice of their pepperoni pizza. Our server was busy but super attentive. My spouse liked the wings, cleaned the bones. The pizza was good although not as flavorful as expected. I preferred the pizza to have had more sauce. Finally made it here after following their IG page after some time. We got 3 super slices, chicken bacon ranch, white slice, and roni cups. The size is definitely as pictured and can feed 4-5 people. We wanted to try a couple so we definitely over bought. The pizza dough was good, the white slice was my favorite and the stuffed garlic knot was also tasty. I went here with my two siblings to try the famous super slice. We ordered a plain cheese super slice and the cheeseburger super slice. The cheese slice was solid, the crust was firm enough to hold everything together but soft enough to allow for folding. The sauce was good with a little sweetness and tanginess. Personally I would've preferred a little more cheese on the slice but it was still pretty good as is. Now the cheeseburger slice was EXTRAVAGANT. It certainly wasn't built like a traditional pizza, there was no tomato sauce. The pizza was also accompanied by a bottle of ketchup which was certainly a first for me. So as with the cheese slice the crust was good. On top of the crust sat several mini beef patties (think slider size), fries, and cheese. The beef didn't taste like it had any crazy seasonings, it was just a simple beef patty. Solid. Though I have to say the patties were a little inconsistent. Some were nice and juicy, while others were dried out. The fries were pretty standard but when you add in the crust it gets to be a little much. I don't normally put ketchup on my fries, but I found myself using it from time to time to get some sauciness in the mix. Overall I enjoyed the slice but I can't help but think it would be better with a thin layer of tomato sauce. The service was good, and the place was pretty clean. I suppose my only gripe is with the price. The cheese slice wasn't bad at $11 (if I remember correctly) but the cheeseburger slice was almost $30. I liked it, but at that price I don't think I'd ever order it again. I'd say I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Came for the Super Slice but was so surprised to find out that the pizza was very good too! Honestly didn't read the reviews before coming here and surprised by some of the negative ones. Not only was the Super Slice 2 feet of magnificent photo material, the ingredients were not compromised during the making of this special pizza "slice" (translation: pie)! The crust didn't taste cheap or thick-bread-like, the cheese and sauce were just the way I liked it, and they didn't skimp out on the pepperoni. We wondered if adding the pepperoni would really be worth the price jump from the plain Super Slice (spoiler alert: it was). The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They even cut up the Super Slice for you. And though seating is somewhat limited, people filtered through pretty quickly (plus many were ordering to go). We didn't have problems finding a table. Parking is a different story but that's not their fault. Definitely have to come back to try the mac & cheese Super Slice... or the lasagna Super Slice! read more

I came to this place back in January with my siblings and were surprised to see a huuuge line out the door. It was freezing out but we had driven 30 minutes to try this place out, so we stuck with it and stood in line for about 45 minutes. Once we reached the entrance, a staff member took down our names and numbers, told us how long the wait would be, and said he'd call us when our table was ready. 15 minutes after that, we got the call and FINALLY entered the Pizza Barn. It was the worst wait, but once we finally got inside we could say the wait was worth it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pizza was good and the idea of a 2ft long slice of pizza made it even better. There were 5 of us in our group and it was pretty tricky to fit all five of our giant slices on the table, but one of the staff members figured it out for us. I also really liked how the "barn" was decorated with pictures of past customers posing with their giant slices of pizza. That was pretty entertaining to scan through. I saw this pizza establishment on Thrillest and HAD to come on my trip to NY. This place is super unique because it serves a super slice measuring 2 ft. long. I was worried that because this place was known for the super slice size, that the actual quality of the pizza was not going to be good, but that was not the case at all. I got a sausage and mushroom super slice at $24, and it pretty much serves 2-3 ppl depending on your appetite. It was worth it for me, because it pretty much lasted me and my best friend 2 meals throughout the day. The sausage had flavor and the crust was perfectly crunchy for texture. The only downside was that the slice was extremely oily. I definitely had to dab a bunch of napkins into the pizza just to feel a little better about eating so much grease. I whipped out my Yelp app and soon realized I actually found Pizza Barn, a place I bookmarked for the Instagram posts I had seen featuring their giant super slices. I came right in time, i only waited on the line outside for about 15 minutes. I ordered a super slice, with pepperoni and hot peppers (they didn't have jalapenos), and got it in 45 minutes as opposed to the quoted one hour. The guys running the place are pretty friendly, I made conversation as I waited for my pizza. They make these pizzas in a near triangular shape, then they just cut the edges to make perfect slices. I'd estimate that these slices are the equivalent of about six regular slices. The pizza was actually surprisingly good. I thought it would be super mediocre and only the size was impressive.The sauce that they use is very flavorful, and went especially well with the hot peppers. The pepperoni got too oily for me, I ended up dabbing at the oil before eating it. It was pretty expensive though, at $22. And they didn't even put pepperoni and peppers all over it. They split it 50-50, but I wasn't planning on waiting another 45 minutes for a fixed slice. read more

For an extremely small pizzeria, Pizza Barn has surprisingly long lines. Thankfully, the lines and front of the house are skillfully managed by Eric who is extremely friendly and helpful. We came in early Saturday evening and didn't have to wait too long, but since the Super Slice is made to order, expect to tack on an extra 20+ min once you place your order. We ordered the plain cheese Super Slice ($15) but feel free to go crazy with the sheer amount of topping combinations. They have a cheeseburger slice ($30) which contains beef patties and is topped with fries as well as garlic knots that weigh in at 1lb! Truthfully, I felt the quality of the Super Slice mainly lay in its wow factor. The marinara was mediocre and the pizza could have used some more cheese. The crust was quite thick--it definitely could have used some more time in the oven. I ended up heating the leftovers on a frying pan and the crust was miraculously revived into a crispy, chewy, delicious bite, even better than what I had straight out of the oven at Pizza Barn. All in all, the Super Slice was playful and made for excellent leftover slices but having it fresh was nothing special.
