Then a drink in my order was forgotten, the delivery driver was adamant about me only ordering 2, as it stated on the box THREE. Completely rude. I ordered through yelp and the tracker said it was being prepared, all the way until it said ready for pick up. When I got the the store the man at the counter lazily checked for orders and said mine wasn't there. I walked out while checking the address and went back in to confirm the location. Ordered on their website at 3 ok, said it wouldn't arrive until 3:50, I asked for no contact delivery, they pulled into my driveway, honked their horn and kept ringing the doorbell. I had to take the food out of the bag. They forgot the sauces I ordered I paid $.75 per sauce for, and their Veggie Sub under HOT subs was a bunch of raw veggies on a no toasted roll. When I called they said they wouldn't be able to redeliver the sauces and the new sub how I wanted it. I told the manager I would be there in 10 min and it needed to be correct. My wife and I ordered from here while on our honeymoon and they always had it at our hotel door within 45 minutes. The pizza is good but the thing my wife and I love the most is the cheeseburger subs (and my wife is not much of meat eater). I used to get these over a decade ago when I still lived in Maryland, now they're a treat for me whenever I'm back in town. I'm glad I got to introduce my wife to them too. Orders are usually wrong and take way too long. Tonight I tried them again and my food arrived 1h 30m after I ordered it. That's terrible on a monday night! Salad was not as advertised. Kalamata olives were just canned black olives with no peperoncini. Garlic bread was a sickly shade of grey. Vegetable alfredo was a huge letdown - was pretty bland. Wings were mostly bone and the honey mustard sauce reeked. Previous orders were pretty bad too. I have ordered here several times and I have never been disappointed. I love the buffalo chicken wings! They are covered in sauce and delicious. Also the meat lovers pizza is great as well, it is fully loaded, the pizza crust is perfect and the sauce is different from all the other pizza places I have ordered from. My daughter is one of the most pickiest eaters ever.I had bought a $6 large cheese pizza one day because I love pizza and Pizza Bolis is awesome. Well mt daughter kept asking for some of mine I just knew she was going to just spit it out but she loved it and she asked for more. I was so happy that I finally found something that she enjoyed. I was told there would be an 1 1/2 wait time which was ok. 2 1/2 hours later, I call and ask where my order was, I was told it would go out on the next order. 30 mins later I call again and was told they came but no one answered the door. The pepperoni pizza and buffalo wings are also my favorites. I always get a Ben and Jerry's ice cream for dessert.
