I know I'm going to get some hate for this favorable review of Little Caesar's but after many visits I have to say I actually like their pizza. A few times the item I wanted wasn't available during the advertised "hot and ready" times but I've always been offered to wait or come inside and place an order. The drive thru is super convenient and most times it's super quick with friendly individuals taking orders at the window. Is this the best pizza option in the neighborhood? Absolutely, not! What it is, is extremely affordable and relatively quick meal without having to wait 20-30 mins from the time you place your pizza order. Things I like: lunch combo (you can request meatless) and it comes with a bottled soda. Thin crust pizza (any variety) pairs nicely with red wine nights, they deliver.

Can I just say... THANK. YOU. JESUS! We have lived in Parkville for over a year now and had nothing but bad experiences on our side of town and even a bit west with fast food in general but especially LC. But in desperation, I reached out to the Facebook moms who all told me to visit this one. So my teenager and I drove the 1/2 hour over just because we were so desperate for some great LC's pizza and crazy bread. I in particular was exhausted from the continual poor service I get on our side of town. It was well worth the hour out of my life. The young man who took my order was so respectful and kind, I believe the receipt said his name was Douglas. No joke, order taking, paying, handing over of full order... less than 60 seconds. The food smelled great and looked just as good. I didn't even care that it would be cold after the 1/2 hour drive home. I didn't have to wait there for 1/2 hour and watch dumb kids fool around in the back. They had exactly what I wanted without having to make it when it's supposed to be on hand anyways. I wasn't ignored or treated poorly. It's sad to have to say that a well run business truly made my Sunday, but it's true. Thank you Owings Mills Little Caesars. Keep up the good work! Best cheap pizza for Friday nights with my toddler. Love the drive thru dynamic during Corona. Always hot and great customer service.

Decent pizza made from fresh dough for $5 and could use more cheese. Best bang for your dollar for pizza around here.

Good Pizza for the price. They are a little stingy with the condiments but they have very little profit margin so it is understandable.

The dining area was rather small and poorly maintained. They had a little bar like area with tall chairs, most of which were broken in one way or another. They had three regular tables with old dining chairs. They also had three booths all of which had ripped up benches. It looks like someone left some plastic wrap, balled up on a table in the dining area as well. It was not crowded on a Friday night. I had a taste for pizza so I wanted to give them a try. I have previously had carryout and gotten subs from here that were pretty good so I wanted to see what their pizza was like. It was easy to place my order at the counter. I ordered a medium pepperoni. It was ready in about 15 to 20 minutes. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind waiting, but you can call ahead to order and it looks like they have an online ordering capability as well. The pizza was not super expensive. I went for the large but most places it would be considered a medium. They also have a extra large pizza on the menu as well. That looks to be more of what a large should be. The pizza itself was pretty good if you enjoy a lot of cheese . The crust was a little thick for my liking, but overall, it was pretty good. Not a lot of sauce, but a decent amount of pepperoni. It was greasy like you would expect from the corner store carry out. Overall, not too bad of a place to come and I would do carry out here again. I would never die in just because the state of the dining area is in disarray unless they remodel but does not look like they will do that anytime soon.

The pizza is supposed to have ground beef and bacon. I think they skimped on the toppings because all I could taste was cheese, crust, and sauce. Either that or the toppings are so tasteless that I didn't notice them. I think it was the former although since they tend to put the toppings under the cheese in these parts I couldn't well tell. I did get a bit of stringy bacon though, so the little they are using does not seem to be nice. Maybe a bit of both? Cheap and tasteless ingredients as well as not much of them? That wouldn't be so bad if the base was good, but it wasn't. The crust was marginal, the sauce was too sour. The Asian salad was... warm. Interesting choice for a salad, but it doesn't really work. It was also doused with some sort of oil. I think sesame oil, but who knows. It ended up looking and tasting oily and soggy. A far cry from the fresh and sharp-looking vegetables on the image. Overall an unpleasant meal. It was a little cheaper than usual, but not by much. Maybe 10% less than the expensive places.

That is always a favorite, and must order of mine. Service was ok but it was hard to order due to a language barrier and this location not having the Caesar wrap on their menu in person. However, the guys working were more than accommodating! The store was clean and filled with so much yummy smells in the air. The wrap was good! The big pita chips in it were definitely a highlight for me and the dressing was creamy and sweet. This mixed perfectly with the saltiness and spice of the grilled chicken. Overall, it was a great experience and I'm so glad I finally tried this spot!

First time I ordered something off the menu, and the employee prepared it incorrectly. I didn't make any adjustments or anything, they just didn't know how to make it properly I guess... Second time was Cinco de Mayo. I waited 15 minutes in line before someone took my order, and I was first on line! Behind me were 10-15 people waiting as well, while all the workers seemed to be preparing a catering order. People actually walked out of line cause nothing was moving. Shouldn't the manager be handling this scheduling problem, especially on Cinco de Mayo of all days? My coworker also asked for a receipt and none of the employees knew how to print her one. I'll be going to Taco Bell instead i guess.
