I'm on the fence about this place. Ended up ordering to go since I got in late and the hotel receptionist recommended them. Ordered the cheese steak, which honestly was just an average cheese steak flavor wise. Got the normal toppings...i like adding lettuce, tomato and onions on mines. It served its purpose i suppose. The bread was actually pretty good though. Got a side order of fries to go along with them and the fries were the best thing in the order. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside. I also appreciated the fact they delivered the food to my room. Can't recall the delivery drivers name, but he was friendly. All in all, I still don't know about this place. I probably ordered the wrong thing off the menu minus the fries. For what its worth, the receptionist at the hotel said their wings were really good. The quality of the foods has a lot to desire. You pay for extra meat and cheese that never appear in the order. They offer free food on the next order assuming you would be returning. The deliveries are very slow, and the food has arrived cold. We have attempted to talk to manage; explanation is always next time instead of improving the quality of service and products. They are now serving smaller buns for the sandwiches. Therefore, paying for extra meat or cheese is just an illusion. I would not recommend as a choice of spending your hard-earned money. The food was fine (i was missing marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks though). However, i had a rude encounter with one of the delivery drivers. My mom and I ordered something at night because we hadn't eaten all day and we wanted to try this place again because we haven't had it in a while. When the delivery person (a middle aged man?) came to the door, i answered quickly and excitedly for the food. We greet each other. He gives me the food, he then complains, in a rude tone, that I didn't tip him enough and that he drove all the way over here (5 miles) just to deliver. I wasn't even the one who tipped, my mom did. He said we tipped him a 1$? (I'm not sure if that's what he said, because he had an accent). My mom usually tips higher, so I know she made a mistake and meant to tip higher. So not only did i get the blame for it, he was rude about it. I didn't appreciate it. Even if someone doesn't tip, there's no need to be rude. Horrible customer service. I don't know why I love Bolis so much. Their pizza is probably not the best in the world, but for mass market delivery pizza, it's darn good. They don't have bacon and keep their meats halal, so no pork products, but their sausage is still very delicious and their other meats are great. So, what's the big catch that keeps me coming back? They have green olives as a topping. I'm a nut for olives, maybe, but to me, it's an important pizza topping. It ties the pizza back to its Mediterranean roots, gives it that slightly exotic, briny, salty flavor. It's not just those bland, boring, canned black olives that have basically no real flavor. Now, I'll eat a slice of pizza with about any topping available, but green olives are by far my favorite. The subs are usually spot on, as well, and their other dishes have bold flavors to them. Nothing is bland here, that's for sure. Can you find better in your NY pizza joint? Sure, of course you can. But, that's not Bolis' charm. You order from Bolis for low-cost quality, plenty of quantity, and a unique and broad variety of toppings and flavors. Definitely a long time fan (since they moved in!) and plan to be a customer for as long as I'm nearby. read more

We used to order from this Pizza Boli's location all thr time and never had issues. We decided to give it a try the other night. After 45 minutes of waiting and the Slice app indicating my order had been delivered, I called to tell them I had not received it. I was put on hold for 8 minutes as soon as they picked up. They told me the app is often wrong and the driver was just leaving. I only live 2 miles from the store and it was another 40 minutes before we got our order. Food was subpar and definitely not worth even half of the $60 we paid. I would never order from here again. There are so many other great pizza places in the area to choose from. read more

I have to change my review from 2015. I have been disappointed in the rising prices . I am now highly disappointed in the food and service. I called and ordered two pizzas. When I asked for the cheesesteak pizza, she asked what else I wanted on it. I said the set "cheesesteak pizza with its standard topping." After I said cheesesteak pizza a few times. She said, "ok, the Italian Cheese one." I agreed in frustration. When I picked it up, there was one pizza and a cheesesteak sub for $26 total. I explained that I asked for 2 pizzas. They offered to make another pizza if I would wait. No, I couldn't wait. They took off $2. Really? I made it clear that I was dissatisfied while the boss man looked on and asked questions of his staff in another language. He never addressed me or handled the problem. He just stared at us. Seriously bad customer service. I got home and started to eat the cheesesteak and quickly realized there was little to no cheese on it and the mushrooms were burned. I will upload a picture. I ordered a pepperoni pizza. Yelp defaulted to Eat24 ordering. 50 minutes later the pizza arrived. The crust was not cooked and the pizza had about 5 pieces of pepperoni on it. I immediately called Pizza Boli. The woman offered me credit for another pizza. I refused because this one had no favor along with it being uncooked and missing the pepperoni. I would never order from them again. She put the manager on the phone to see if I could get credit for the pizza I received. He explained I could not get credit from them since I used Eat24. I sent Eat24 an email so hopefully I will get the credit. I am changing the number of stars from 1 to 3 because of the customer service. As an update the District Manager contacted me and offered a free menu to encourage me to try the restaurants again. I have not heard from Eat24 to discuss my refund. The District Manager was nice and offered to contact Eat24 to ask about the credit. read more

Please do not eat here, my wife and I ordered pizza, regular wings and boneless wings. We began to eat the boneless wings only to find out they were 90% raw (pictures attached). When I called to ask for all the food to be collected and a complete refund I was told the refund would only be for the wings and cursed at by an individual who works within the premises. I have kept a small sample of the chicken in the event that me or my wife become sick. We will be contacting the Food Health Organisation to report this incident. read more

I have ordered from this location a couple of times!! The guys who work here are awesome!! They are very nice on the phone and never seem like they are busy, even when they are! They are friendly and always helpful!! I ordered pizza for my daughter's birthday party, as well as for dinner on occasion! I love their pizza!! And they have very good carry-out deals!! 1 large 1-topping pizza for $7.99! Very good when you have children who want nothing but cheese pizza!! They have very good salads as well as good sandwiches!! My entire family enjoys their food, so it is a great carryout that will please the entire family!! Love this place! I ordered so much the last visit, the guy walked me out to my car! Very nice!! And for my daughter's birthday, when I went to pick up the pizza, the owner gave my daughter 2 bags of chips free because it was her birthday!! Very nice place to find good, inexpensive eats!! Great customer service and good pizza. I ordered 2 pizzas and they accidentally combined the order into one pizza. When I got there to pick up we discovered the mistake and they said they'd fix it right away. They gave me a free drink while i waited and ten minutes later I had two fresh pizzas, and they also threw in the one that got mixed up, which actually ended up being pretty tasty. I live in NYC, the birthplace of pizza, however, Pizza Bolis is still one of my favorite pizza places ever. Their sauce is delicious, toppings are always fresh and cooked perfectly, wings are awesome, and they are pretty quick with delivery. I miss this place, and when I visit my family in the area, I always get Pizza Bolis within the first couple hours of being there :). If you live here, or stopping through, gotta check this great pizza joint out! One more thing: their menu is pretty extensive, try their sandwiches and wings. My brother's favorite sandwiches are the italian sub and meatball sub from what I remember. If I am wrong, forgive me, I just always saw him order it lol. I have ordered from this location multiple times and nearly 90% of the time the order has been incorrect. Last night I ordered 2 - 12 inch subs a cold cut and a steak sub. Once again one of the subs that was delivered was only 8 inches not the 12 that was ordered. It also had very little steak on it. Clearly this Pizza Boli's location fails at the one job they have. Warning of written prices on box. Pizza Bolis totally ripped me off. I paid $28 for a med pizza and Stromboli. When I placed the Internet order for delivery I added a $2.00 tip on top of delivery fee and taxes. The total was $25.74. When the gentleman delivers the order they added another $2.00 on top of the original tip. The pizza was $7.99 and $10.99. An order that roughly cost $21.00 cost me $27.74. Ridiculous! I come from NewEngland the land of truly awesome pizza. With that being said the Pizza was ok. The sauce had an out of the can twang to it. Props for the slight use of cornmeal on the crust as well as slowly rising your dough... Yes, that I could taste. If I could give a 2nd ratting of 5 stars it would be the garlic wings! AWESOME! You guys nailed it! Aside from the fact that our 2nd pizza was red instead of white not bad for a chain. My suggestions... A) Turn up the fire in the oven. B) Use a touch more cornmeal. Let me just say that the delivery gentleman was my best experience from this location. I have ordered several times in the past month, usually the 1 sub, 1 fry & 1 can of soda, special. Out of the several times I ordered they have not completely filled my order at all. One time it is the drink, the next it is the extra sauces that I paid for. The subs have been okay, it seems that they overcook them to make that they are not raw (this is both for the cheese steaks & cheese burgers sub ordered). The fries have been good only one time (the last time they arrived cold, and had to use the microwave to heat them). The issue is that they are less than 3 miles from our location, and the food is at best luke warm when it arrives. The folks that answer the phone are somewhat courteous, just that seem annoyed when you call in the order for delivery, and/or call to say that an item was forgotten from the order. If you must try them, just be aware and keep these in mind. I have stopped ordering from them. The delivery driver has always been friendly, and professional, that is the reason for the one star. read more
