I ate a slice of Meatlover's thin crust pizza on a full stomach & loved every bite! Near perfect pizza (I wanted to try a 2nd type but I was stuffed, huge pieces)! The atmosphere is great & the service is good & pretty fast. It's cafeteria style so no tipping "necessary". I think they did an awesome job so in went the "bill". If I lived in Manassas, this would be my "go to" pizza spot! read more

Located in the Twinbrooke Shopping Center, I love that Tony's Pizza offers pizza by the slice, making it easy to grab something quick. When you walk in, you're greeted by the friendly staff behind the counter and a display of nearly 20 different pies to choose from, which makes deciding a bit of a challenge--in a good way. Plenty of seating and a tv mounted on the wall. My top pick is the Pepperoni Bacon Focaccia pizza. The focaccia base is light and airy, and it's generously loaded with cheese, making each bite rich and satisfying. Will definitely be back to try other slices in the future. read more

This is a super cool local pizza place! It's new to Twinbrooke. Very friendly service and spacious seating atmosphere and nice environment/ambiance. We ordered a slice of cheese and buffalo pizzas. As well as the garlic bread pizza. The cheese and garlic bread were FANTASTIC!!! Super crispy and toasty. Served with delicious hot marinara sauce. The buffalo was good... but some of the chicken in it was chewy and questionable. Overall a great place especially for pizza by the slice! read more

Outstanding pizza- Tony's Special is! Friendly staff, consistently good pizza, perfect crusts.

Overpriced for soggy pizza. We ordered two larges for takeout, ate it when it was still piping hot, yet the toppings and cheese would not stay on the crust. I don't mind a floppy pizza, but not when everything is falling apart and the crust is soggy. Their Fair Lakes location is great, so this was disappointing. I do not recommend. read more

This was my first visit to Tony's latest location in the Twinbrooks strip mall. The location is brand new and very clean, with a good number of seats for dining in. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had the chicken parm sub, which lived up to my high expectations from Tony's other locations. I didn't try them during this visit, but they had a very large selection of different pizza by the slice. I'm very happy to have this location open up close to my house. read more

3.5 stars! Was happy to find a non-national chain pizza place near home. I had a half margherita/margherita special pizza. Great friendly service, it seems like a casual family owned spot. The pizza was pretty good. I always order margheritas the first time at a new pizza place to gauge the quality. Can't say this is the best pizza I've ever had but it is truly a solid option in NOVA. I will be back the next time I have a NY style pizza craving...which is pretty often. read more

There are several pizza tiers in the Nova area. In my opinion, Andy's Pizza and Frank Pepe's are the top two. Tony's is in the second tier with the likes of Mama Lucia's in Fair City Mall: rock solid. This is another new great addition to the Twinbrook shopping center. They do slices and have lots of options -- including a small bar area -- although we went with a couple of made to order pizzas. Both were very good as they really filled the meat lovers. We also ordered wings which may have been the crispiest I've ever had. Overall, we're really excited to have this place in Twinbrook and will definitely be back. read more

Pizza was good, we got a Tony's special and it was above average for this area, toppings were good and the extra sauce we asked for was in a small container on the side. We ordered for take out and it was ready on time. Restaurant was clean, bright and nice, it was a brutally cold night and there were several people eating there. 2 stars for nice staff but this is the second strike for Tony's. The first strike was a pizza with the wrong topping combinatio, which they remade but I still had to drive back (20 mins) to pick it up. Strike two was an Italian sausage sub. I got no links of sausage, they use shredded meat that made the sandwich look like a really small cheese steak. I'd be really surprised if it had more than 3oz of meat, which was pretty tasteless under all that rubbery cheese. Not close to any thing I've gotten in NY. read more

Definitely a solid NY Style pizza and possibly even better than the Fairlakes location. Only thing is my jaw got a workout chewing the bread. Not sure if the dough sat too long or if the mixture was off but otherwise, the flavor and temperature was great. Spaghetti with marina was decent. I called an ordered over the phone and told 30-40 minutes. Walked in at the 40 minute mark and walked out 3 minutes later with my order. Much smoother than opening week. Inside was not as big as the Fairlakes location but definitely comfortable to dine in. Give it a shot. read more

I love Tony's New York Style pizza. My only regret is I can only eat two large pieces before I'm full. It has the ambiance of a typical neighborhood pizza place ... nothing spectacular but clean with a friendly staff. As a single person, I really like that you can order by the piece. You order your pizza at the counter (15-20 different options). They reheat it and deliver it hot and cheesy to your table. Beer and wine are also available. I've been going to the FairOaks location for over 15 years. This was my first visit to this location. I was not disappointed ... great pizza in a friendly atmosphere. I'll be back. read more

For over 20 years I have been going to the different "Tony's NY pizza" locations in Northern Virginia. The mostly new staff were accommodating but need additional training on menu items. Didn't know that Entrees came with bread and salad. We sent the Lasagne back - it had no flavor. Just plain ground beef with bland tomato sauce. The Chicken Marsala: Chicken was tender, however it was all cutup mixed in with the fettuccine and had parmesan cheese on top. The taste of Marsala was very faint. The pizza: toppings were fine but the taste of the dough was like cardboard. Had never experienced that at other locations. Sfogliatella was fine as at other locations. read more

Ok, I went to Tony's NY Pizza at Twinbrooke. The pizza was phenomenal! An unwritten pizza rule is to always get cheese (no toppings) at a place that makes really good NY style pizza so that you can better taste the signature sauce and crust. Notice how nice and orange the cheese piece looks. That's what you want: a perfect mixture of sauce and cheese. I ordered it well done which made it super crispy on the bottom and perfect (not burnt) on the top. This will be my new go-to in an area (Burke) that is in desperate need of good places to eat. read more

We really really want to like Tony's and we're super excited to have one open down the street in twin brook. But the three times we have ordered from this location it's been experience has been the worst. They never have our order ready and just give a lot excuses " we lost your order" "we dropped your pizza and need make a new one" and last night my wife waited for over an hour for our food and it pretty ruined the start of our Halloween. We called in our order at 5:00 and were told it would be ready at 5:30. We arrived on time. When we traveled the 1 mile to our house, our pizzas were barely lukewarm, the pasta was cold, and the "hot" Italian sub had never touched any kind of heat yet had been placed in a specialized container to keep it "warm". When I returned the next day to report the poor service I was told there was no manager there to talk to. I tried the following day as was told the manager was in a meeting.
