They had a bunch of pinball machines, which was a fun surprise, and there were murals all around the walls -- including ones of Lakers legend Kobe and the LA Dodgers. It definitely gives off strong local pride and a laid-back atmosphere. The inside is very spacious, with plenty of room to move around and a lot of TV screens, making it a solid spot to catch a game. I could easily see myself coming back to watch a Dodgers game there. That said, my experience at the bar wasn't the best. When I stepped into line to order, it seemed like the two beertenders were a bit distracted. There was a group of ladies sitting at the bar, and it felt like they were getting most of the attention. Usually, beertenders are welcoming and might ask something like, "Is this your first time here?" but the guy with the long mustache who served me gave off more of a "What do you want?" vibe. I asked for a taster, and he did provide one, but I didn't feel comfortable enough to ask to try anything else. At other breweries, I usually feel encouraged to explore the menu a bit more. Instead, I just winged it and ordered the Pink Lemonade Seltzer. It was okay, but compared to a lot of seltzers out there now, it wasn't very flavorful. It almost had a slight medicine-like taste. Because I didn't really feel the love from the beertenders, I ended up having just one drink and heading out. The space itself has a lot going for it -- great theme, fun games, plenty of TVs, and nice outdoor seating -- but I definitely think there's room for improvement in the customer service department. I might give it another try in the future, especially to catch a Dodgers game, but I'm hoping for a warmer, more welcoming experience next time.

Very disappointed with this place. Decided to give it another go with the new owners and am very disgusted and let down. As my children and I are trying to enjoy the same old overly priced canned sauced semi decent pizza, we witness the new owner disrespect and verbally abuse one of his vendors. It has to make you think, if this man has the ability and tenacity to dish out the amounts of profanities, while his employees and patrons witness his verbal bashing and bullying, how much of that negativity is going into his establishment. If you have children, not worth the attempt of walking through the door and possible encounter. Not worth the one star. I can however thank you for the opportunity to explain to my children what a bully looks like and how to respond to them. So, thank you for the advancement in their maturity on how not to act. Smh, it's a pizza joint! It's supposed to have a "divey" feel (I say that with love). I bet those same people review chuck e cheese and say "oh this place is so not sophisticated." GET OVER YOURSELF! This place is the best. Our family comes here for all our birthdays and we've known the owner for years. He's a super nice guy. If you come on the weekends, yea you'll get the sports/kids crowd. But weeknights are great for dinner with not a lot of ppl. If your edged cuz of "the crowd" then quit wheezing on the grindage. Go wheeze some grindage somewhere else. Been coming here since I was a kid and always loved it. Pizza Dick was the man! Stopped by for lunch today and was disappointed. The lunch pizza is now about a 5" Pizza and its 0.50 per additional topping. The hospitality by the lady behind the counter was more than lacking as she seemed offended that I asked any questions.
