I have been patronizing Pizza Connection over 15 years and have never complained about anything! Ive taken business associates as well as my friends and family there! A few days ago I got a large Deluxe pizza for takeout. What I ordered is the same as I ALWAYS have! This time, for the first time, it didn't have black olives on it! I called them to talk about it and complain and they immediately told me it doesn't come with black olives on it although I have always ordered a Deluxe and it ALWAYS comes on it! They got belligerent with me, never apologized, and constantly told me I was wrong about that! Then hung up on me! When you pay $32(I gave them a 15% tip) for a pizza I would expect it to be right or made right! Outrageous and if this is how they do business they will be short lived! Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with mushrooms, got it home and it was so soggy, you couldn't even hold it! It was a patty of some kind, with some kind of sauce, and no mushrooms. Went straight to the trash! Guess I would have been better off with a simple pizza. Only gave them one star, for their effort. Won't be back. read more

REALLY GOOD PIZZA in an old-school setting with a family-friendly atmosphere, set up so that large groups or individual families can find seating easily. Great menu. Great variety. And the pricing was reasonable, with cost-saving options. It was easy to order at the counter and service was adequate. read more

Fantastic thin crust pizza. You can't go wrong here for a cheap lunch during the week or a quick dinner with the little ones.

We don't live in the area at all but on our way back from flea market we decided to try a local pizza that wasn't new york style. The place was busy for it being kind of early. Good sign. Being we never been there before it wasn't clear how dine in worked. Do we seat ourselves? Etc etc. No signs. Ok no problem ...the kids at the counter were ok to deal with. We got a menu we're gonna seat ourselves. We wanted to order drinks first..obnoxious guy making pizza rolls eyes shakes head says order over there. Um never been there before so no we are not familiar with your process!! Sigh. A little help without attitude would be nice. Pizza crust was really good, rest was just ok. First time I've been to this place and it's really good. I ordered the Everything Pizza and it was great, the crust, the sauce, the toppings.. You name it. It wasn't burnt on the bottom and I've never liked the thin slice pizzas but this one I really enjoyed. I noticed it's family owned and they take/bring your order. The wait time was decent as well as the envirorment was good. Bathroom was super clean and they also have Bud Lite, Budweiser and Ultra on draft! Don't let the outside fool you it's a lot higher on the inside. We pulled up and the place was packed. Walking in you can tell this place has been a local favorite for many years. Takes me back to the old pizza places in New England, don't think anything has been updated in years. Pizza oven was pretty cool multi level and spins around while your pizza cooks. They only serve American mass produced beer like michelob bud bud light and ultra. Yep you guessed water for me. But hey I don't live here so maybe the locals like water beer. Now for the pizza, not too bad. Me I am not much of a thin crust kind of guy so I normally go a bit hard on places that do. It was properly cooked could have done without the burnt cheese ends hanging off. Toppings were pretty good as well. All in all if you like thin crust pizza and Bud Light this is your place. Also they don't have table service. All is ordered at the register. Good for me, don't drink bud products, I normally spend $30-$50. When we go out for pizza. I'm dropping my rating because the last two visits the pizza quality was not good. Pizza was Under cooked, prepared dough laying out uncovered, no masks on those behind the counter and cook area. Both times were pick ups, one had been dropped prior to pick up and was smushed inside the box. So sorry for my rating but we don't plan to return any time soon. read more

Downloaded yelp just to write this review. The pizza crust here is very cheap. It's like flatbread/very thin. After a few bites, had to just eat the toppings themselves because the crust was not appetizing. As for inside the restaurant, it is not clean. There's trash over the floor and during my whole hour here I didn't see anyone attempt to sweep or wipe tables. Saw a food runner accidentally knock over someone's drink while handing them pizza. They wiped the seat with napkins and called it a day . New customers kept coming to sit at that table and switched tables because the seat was still sticky from the incident. read more

Have been here twice now. Both times to sit down. The main parking is in the back and they have a back door to enter from. There's a couple of game machines and a music box. You go and order and pay at the front, get your number, then move over to fill your cup at the fountain machine or tea station. You then go sit down at a table and wait for them to find you. The wait is about 15min for two pizzas. We get two 10" and finish them both. The pizza tastes fresh and they do a good job with toppings. The crust is thin and crispy/crunchy on the bottom. They are usually square cut and come out on cardboard round plates. We really enjoy the pizza here and think it's better than any delivery chain. The price seems similar to competitors. There's another pizza place across the street but we haven't even thought about trying that out because there's nothing about this place that is lacking. We will be back! read more

Order $60 worth of food at 8:49pm on a Saturday. Get a call at 9:15pm telling me they don't deliver to my area and offer to meet me at the home depot.... I literally live 1.9 miles from the home depot. Thanks for making me wait 26 minutes to find out you won't bring me my order. Now I get to wait several days for my money to appear back in my account. This has been a childhood staple! If you see bad reviews it is because people do not understand. It is not your everyday pizza. It is unique and tasty. Restaurants do not stay in business as long as this one has and a local tradition without being really good. We no longer live in the area but heading there today, and often stop to pick up a pie when we are in town and enjoy great memories and give back to a pizza joint that has given so much to this community. read more

Oh this was just... bad, BAD pizza! Total bummer. We are visiting here from Michigan. Came to see spring training. Got and air b&b and this place was close as we were tired from a long day of travel. Folks I was told to go to Pizza Connection and have good Pizza. Let's say this first, my wife and I are from NY and know good food especially. Pizza. Well folks this is not Pizza it's cheese and sauce on a Cracker. The only flavor was from the Pepperoni that was on the Pizza. There was absolutely no crust at all. This is not Pizza. The sauce had no flavor. This is not Pizza. It was served an a piece of cardboard making me think it was frozen Pizza. Nope, it was not it was hand made. This is not Pizza. This is officially my favorite pizza place in Florida. They do a tavern cut and it is as close to Chicago style thin crust as I have found. Good flavor and ingredients, and their 2 pizza deal is a great one. We tend to get one to eat in and one to take home. If we lived closer I would probably be here a couple times a week or even apply to work there. All the staff has been friendly and our order has always been right. My only issue is that as a big guy I don't fit in their booths so they have to bring me a chair from the back. Worth the drive if you have the time or are in the area. read more

This place is only getting worse. Not sure if they have changed ownership or what the issue is. But the staff is only rude now they have no customer service skills. We were hungry for spaghetti and not being from here we looked around till we found this place that said pizza and pasta...I ordered spaghetti and my husband ordered lasagna...I asked if it was meat sauce or meatballs...oh meat sauce...you can add meat balls of you like...the salad was nice and the garlic bread was good but Omg the "meat" sauce had very lil meat...I think it must be what they use on pizza as sauce! A tomato goo...husband's lasagna...wow never seen lasagna noodles spread with ricotta? And then folded then the same tomato goo all over top...very disappointing!! excellent thin crust pizza, now not the card thin like at Pizza Hut. in the 20 or so years, pizzas, sandwiches, and salads were tremendous. This time, the pizza was left within the oven only a little too long. frequently golden brown with a few burn spots. Just moved to the area, was excited to try a a new pizza place, I called ordered a 60$ order for delivery, at an hour in they called and said it was out for delivery, 35 minutes away they said, ok so I'll be patient and understand, 2 hours goes by I'm waiting outside like it should've been here 30 minutes ago, I called they say it's out for delivery. Still? 2.5 hours I got my cold not flavorful pizza and very dry and stale fries with the subs I ordered which were VERY soggy and , wow terrible experience, never again will I make that mistake. The pizza is good. Love the little squares. But, be mindful. You can always take your pizza to go. The owner is a huge anti-vaccer and NO ONE serving wears a mask. Patrons are encouraged to not wear masks. There is no social distancing. read more

my absolute favorite pizza place! i've been going here for years and nobody beats pizza connection.

I grew up on this pizza so it is certainly in my blood stream and you can certainly call this review bias. It's always a treat to come back when I'm home. The pizza is a nice thin, crispy crust and cut into squares so you easily end up eating too many. It is what they are known for but what most people don't know is that they also have great sandwiches and wings. I highly recommend getting a side of ranch to dip your pizza in. Pizza Connection is great if you like thin crust pizza. The salads are good and filling. Pizzas are made with lots of toppings, so many toppings you will think how are they staying in business. But if you like a thick crust or a New York style pizza do not go in expecting anything but lots of toppings on a flat bread type crust. That being said the pizza is excellent for what it is. My brothers love the BBQ Chicken Pizza, Mom is Cheese and extra cheese, Dad now he is the odd ball of the bunch Anchovies and Peporine ( gag but not soo bad lol) me I love the Sausage, Peporine an Extra Cheese please.... I've heard about this place from so many people that I had to go try it for myself. What makes Pizza Connection different from other pizza joints? 1. They cut their pizza into squares...yes, I know what you are thinking. Who cares? And you are right, the shape of pieces really doesn't matter. 2. Great seasoning on the pizza, which gives it great taste! 3. This pizza has what I like to call "cracker crust" - thin and crispy. I prefer Chicago style pizza, but this was rather good. Ohh yeah I went at 11:20am and thought I would be the first person there. Nope, there were already about 7 parties who already seated.
