I've been reading the reviews of this shop and I'm confused. There is NO WAY anyone would give this place more than a 3 review. It is a halal restaurant that pretends to be a pizza shop. It's basic pizza at best, nothing fancy. I ordered my pizza, wings, and garlic bread for delivery. The price was $43 even though it should have been $40.73 after tax and they offered no explanation for the difference in price when I asked. The man I spoke to, who claimed to be the supervisor, was unhelpful, rude, and acted like he didn't know the prices of his products. He told us 40mins for delivery. It arrived after just 25mins. Each of my kids and my wife had a slice and complained it was raw/undercooked. I called the shop to figure out what could be done and the "supervisor" told me he would only replace the pizza if we hadn't eaten any. I explained that each kid had taken just a bite but he refused and refused to refund any of the price of the pizza either. He then hung up on me. The rest of the food was fine, except the "ranch dressing" was an off brand, weird flavored dipping cup like from a fast food place and the garlic bread wasn't worth the $3 I paid for it. I will never get food from this place again. I'm actually actively involved in a Better Business Bureau investigation into the shop. Honestly I would rather eat 7/11 pizza. read more

Sadly this pizza joint just didn't do it for me. Basically you get a pizza that could've been made at home and the wings seemed under cooked. After finding this place on Yelp I was asked and interrogated as to why I didn't call in to make my order. Customer service is why this rating is so low. I feel the food is average after being a cook for a pizza place 3 years. If you can make the drive to Placentia to a place called Tony's I highly recommend it. Always fresh. Best tasting quality pizza and sandwiches. Been going to Pizza Corner since they opened in 2008 my family loves their pizza.

Service was good. The workers were laid back and friendly. The pizza was good for the price. Will be back.

My husband and I like to try different pizza places in our area and decided to try Pizza Corner for the first time. I pulled up their website to see the menu and it offered online ordering. Cool...I placed my order online for pick up since I was already on their website anyways. My husband went to pick up the order and part of the order (salad)was missing when he got home. I called Pizza Corner and talked to the owner (I assume based on the way he acted). He said we could come back and pick up the salad. I declined because we were hungry and wanted to eat our pizza before it got cold. I requested a refund. He told me that the online ordering was through a third-party (Slice.com) so I had to call them to get a refund. I called Slice.com to request a refund and they called Pizza Corner to verify the missing item. This is where it takes a turn for the worse. The Slice rep gets back on the phone and tells me that the owner of Pizza Corner blamed my husband for the error because he "forgot to pick up all of our order". That irritated me to no end because you don't blame the customer for their oversight. So I called Pizza Corner back and asked him why he blamed my husband. He said "why didn't your husband tell me the order was incomplete". I reminded him that we are the customer and it's up to the business to be sure that orders are complete. We went back and forth about that for awhile. Then he scolded me for using the online ordering ON THEIR WEBSITE instead of calling them direct. He says that he loses 12% of his earnings through online ordering. Ummmm ok....then why offer online ordering on their website??? I'm sure they had to willingly contract with Slice.com for online ordering. He finally offered to deliver the salad on our order since he was going to be out on another delivery anyways. It was absolutely maddening dealing with this person. I thought the pizza tasted pretty good but we won't be going back there. This person does not seem to value his customers. Also he was not wearing a mask inside the pizza place when my husband picked up, nor did he wear a mask when he delivered. read more

Checked it out because of the Yelp reviews and was disappointed. The pizza had a decent flavor but almost zero sauce. We also ordered cheese sticks which are essentially a pizza with no sauce (so just about the same as the pizza). The pizza is delicious. And the prices are on point. Customer service can use help: A couple months ago, when I got to the store to pick up my pizza, they had messed up the order. I had to cancel the order and place an order elsewhere for delivery - since waiting for them to bake a new pizza was not time efficient. Today I placed an order for delivery, and the price I was quoted on the phone was far higher than what is posted on the website. When I brought this to their attention they insisted that I am incorrect - even though I was staring at the laptop screen while on the phone. Please bring the customer service up to par and your business will succeed. UPDATE: When I walked into the room with the Pizza, 2 people quickly said they have stopped going to this business because they were overcharged. When the person pointed it out, they were told not to order from here in the future if they didn't like the new price. Looks like overcharging this is a bit of a habit at Pizza Corner. read more

I can't believe I didn't try this place sooner. Do not be fooled by it's modest exterior/interior. This is the best pizza in Brea- period! The price is affordable and the pizza is consistently good. The cheese is freshly grated; therefore, never oily. The crust is always perfect and never burnt. I can't comment on the meats because we have only ordered vegetarian pizzas, but I highly recommend Pizza Corner when you are in the mood for a good old fashioned pizzeria pizza! read more

I've been going to San Giovanni's pizza in Anaheim for years because it was the closest Halal pizza place near me. I'm glad this place opened up closer to home! My regular is the peperoni pizza and chicken wings. Their pizza is great, except it is sometimes overcooked, and I don't like burnt pepperoni. However, I'm sure their other pizzas are just fine! The pizza itself is great and based on that alone I would give them four stars, but because of the service and lack of professionalism I am giving them three stars. The person who took my order was not friendly at all and did not repeat my order back or ask if I wanted to order anything else, which I did. I agree with the post above! My family and I are avid pizza eaters in which the best is the Ghetto Gourmet in Berkeley, California. Trying the pizza at Pizza Corner was not all that spectacular...mind you it's 95+ degrees as we wait for our pizza to be cooked, not once did they offer water or a drink while we waited. Then, once the order was up they did not even bother to offer crushed red pepper, parmigiana cheese or even napkins. We then head back home after our 22$ purchase of a not so great pizza less than 14" long considered a LARGE? And the ok buffalo wings for a total 19.99. For the pizza there was nothing that had a wow factor, it just tasted like a plain old pizza. Seemed like there was no seasoning in the dough and way too much cheese. In addition we had one half with mushrooms and onions, the least the could have done was to season or marinate those! Use the cooking channel for ideas on how to make old ideas like pizza new and hip with a more creative culinary take on zesting up the favors. Their Pizza is crap. Crust is a 'frozen round' do you know what that is? (frozen dough, like little ceasers) Toppings were nothing special Sauce is nothing special, very bland, would never go back.
