We ordered a small thin extra Canadian bacon, extra black olives and pinapple and an extra large thin extra pepperoni, sausage, mushroom abd onion. What we got, small normal crust regular Canadian bacon, regular olives, mushroom and extra pineapple and an extra large normal crust with extra pineapple sausage, mushroom and onion. The sign said "voted best pizza in Skagit" Showed up about 2pm on a Saturday there wasn't a single person in the restaurant.... Literally no one. Should have been the first sign. Ordered a pep pizza and wife got baked spaghetti... half of the other group tried to order a verity of things but the didn't have them including a coors light or bud light. Etc Than the food came timely I must say ( should have been not like they had any other orders) baked spaghetti was so dry in a foil tin... I didn't think you could present spaghetti bad... but this just looked horrible had zero flavor too. Another person in our group ordered a salad and sandwich. 30 minutes later still no sandwich... they ended up getting it to go. Also the pizza you ask. Was staying across the road so decided to get a pizza for dinner. It was very pricey and the box leaked on me while I was carrying it back across the street. When we opened it and started eating sure enough the bottom was pretty soggy. The bread sticks definitely need dipping sauce, it was nothing but what looked like rolled out pizza dough with some spices shaken on top and cut into strips. Certainly not what I saw on the menu. You know its not too good when kids don't eat pizza and breadsticks. We didn't even eat half of it total waste of money. I was so upset I forgot to take pictures. read more

Excellent pizza! Excellent customer service. We ordered 3 pizzas for a get-together at Pioneer Trails RV Park. Everyone was happy with the pizzas: meat lovers(loaded), chicken, bacon, garlic, ranch on cauliflower crust(tasty), and a pizza half cheese half pepperoni with fresh sliced tomatoes (perfect). Hand tossed pizzas were not too thick/not too thin. The customer service both on the phone, and timely delivery (on a Friday evening) was top notch. We will be regulars. read more

Service was very confusing. It wasn't that the people working there were mean or rude, just confused. Two girls and one guy were working. At one point one of the girls called the guy a name that was apparently not his. I overheard their conversation because the place was absolutely empty at 7:00 pm on a Tuesday night. The to go orders were being made though and one them was actively tossing pizza dough. Which indicated to me a possibility of a good pizza. The pizza was good. Not greasy at all and a well cooked thick crust. I ordered a veggie with pepperoni to avoid an overly crowded meat pizza. They have a variety of sizes from mini, small, medium to large. The side salad I ordered was huge! Maybe they made it that way because they forgot to bring it to me when my pizza was cooked. I had to go to the counter and ask for it. Oh, sorry said the girl. I waited a long long long time though for my to go order. So long I ordered a beer And ate a slice of my pizza while waiting for the salad. The beer list was a small printed list barely visible in front of the cashier. A decent selection. I had the Anacortes Ale which was similar to a red ale. It was actually really delicious. I think though overall I'm not unhappy I spent money here. I have leftover pizza and salad! Yummy. My recommendation is to call in an order. Then come to get it and eat there. There is an all you can eat salad bar too. It was closed when I got there. Tip to staff, you're not closed until your closed. Stop trying to close up the restaurant when people are still dining/ordering and coming in to eat. Lol. read more

Came back with a group of friends to give this place another go. This time I ordered a pizza rather than from the pizza bar. The veggie pizza was fresh and very good. This was our first time visiting Annacortes, this place cannot be topped. Our family loves pizza, we live for the next slice, the wheel keeps turning.... Until all the slices are gone of course. Hats, hats, Hats! I've seen license plates, jerseys, business cards, and all sorts of other collectibles hanging from the ceiling at restaurants. Hats hanging is a first, awesome idea! The pizza here was spot on. We ordered the all meat and and a supreme style pizza. The crust was great, not burned, not to chewy. The topping was VERY generous, the amount of meat or vegetables on top of the pie was as if the intention was to create a topping salad. We would absolutely come back when we visit next. Pizza is tasty. Service was good. Place has been around for a long time. We got our pizza to go so I'm not sure about the ambiance.

We were in town at Fidalgo Bay Resort and tried ordering online for delivery. Needless to say after 10+ attempts and the payment page not working properly we had to just drive in and order. At the restaurant we explained to them the issue and they mentioned "some have experienced issues". So we ordered and brought it back to the campsite. Overall good pizza. The staff was friendly. It just really would have been nice to have been able to order it online and delivered. read more

We ordered online and had it delivered. Pizza was delicious! The crust was crunchy and had the perfect amount of chewiness. We ordered the meat pizza and then one custom, both size large. The custom was supposed to be thin crust, but it was made with regular crust. We also couldn't taste the garlic we added. Total was pretty expensive, but we'll definitely order again. read more

I get that started right away!" I proceeded to eat 2 slices of cheese/ranch pizza, and patiently waited for a slice of pep... after 45 minutes I asked again as I watched them clean up the buffet... "no sir, we don't make pizzas after 2pm" it was 1:50pm, not even "after 2pm"... long story short, I paid 13$ for 2 small slices of ahitty pizza... and to think this place sponsored my little league team... to the new owners, please call yourself something else, you are not worthy of the name read more

I'm not sure what the meat was on the pizza ...I guess sausage? - again, NOT what we ordered (and our order was even repeated back to us and confirmed) and there was no bell pepper. This place has become a Friday night ritual. Awhile back we were worried because the business changed hands and things were awkward for a couple weeks. But they have got their chit together now & it is delicious. We almost always get pizza & a dinner salad. The salad is great with lots of little goodies. Great now that the weather is warmer. Pizza has lots of meat on it. Very friendly staff & the pizza makers are great at what they do. We always call in ahead of time & the food is done & ready for pickup when they say. Never had to wait. So give yourself a break & try it out. They also have other items like pasta and sandwiches. We will eventually try it all. Very happy with this business. read more

Since we were staying nearby, my s/o and I decided to try out the "Pizza Factory". With so many options to choose from, we decided to get hot buffalo wings, a meat lovers pizza, and cheese ravioli pasta. I have to say the sauce tasted right out of the can. So you can guess how the ravioli came out. The pizza was pretty good though since the employees actually made it themselves. The wings weren't so bad either, except that there was a lot of the fat still left on them. It was a messy ordeal trying to remove the skin without removing the meat. The quality of the food definitely wasn't worth the money spent. $45 for a pizza place is too much, considering the food wasn't even that great. Overall, not my favorite pizza place. Avoid this place unless you have no other options. Ordered the baked spaghetti and it was far and away the worst I've ever tasted in my life. Actually it had no taste. It was the most tasteless spaghetti I've ever had. The calzone was also awful but not as bad as the spaghetti. Also ordered a salad. That wasn't bad. But it's not salad factory. It's pizza factory. So, I just ordered online. To be DELIVERED to an address in Anacortes. It came back saying I did not spend enough to have a delivery. So, I added more to the order. Over the minimum. Then it came back as CURBSIDE PICKUP.(I don't even live in that town) So, I phoned. Apparently they WILL deliver, but they are adding $6.00 to the bill. The website made NO mention of such fee..... I have no idea if what I ordered is any good or not. So I can't speak to that. However, I do feel totally ripped off. This is no way to run a business. Done with this place. read more

There was no distinguishing taste factor that set this pizza above other pizzas I've had. There was adequate amount of cheese and ingredients looked fresh it just didn't taste delicious. The delivery person remembered the plates, napkins, crushed peppers and parm. cheese and they were polite. This town is very small and there are limited restaurant options. I may give this restaurant another shot but I would dine in the restaurant I would NOT have it DELIVERED, because it was disappointing that my pizza was delivered cold especially considering that this business is literally less then a 5 minute drive to where I am staying. It was our first time in town and late in the afternoon, around 3pm. Many of the food places that weren't fast food were not open and we came across the Pizza Factory. We were greeted quickly and then told about their special which we decided to order (med pizza with 4 topping for $12) The person who took our order (forgot to get his name!) was really and was also [pleasant and friendly to customers leaving the restaurant as well. He brought over our pizza about 20-25mins later and well worth the wait! We ate all but 2 slices so we could have later at the hotel. Comfortable environment, welcoming and personable staff. Will definitely visit again on our next trip to Anacortes! read more

What a clean and efficient group of employees working here. I was visiting from out of town and was familiar with other Pizza Factories from my childhood. Stopped in for pickup and was not disappointed! The sausage and pepperoni thin crust was so, so good. The (manager, I'm assuming) was a pro at making the perfect pizza crust. Every person was in their assigned position and I was impressed how it ran like a well oiled machine here. Restaurant was organized and spotless; not an easy feat on a weekend night during rush hour at a pizza joint. Well done and thanks for a great dinner! read more

I've been coming to this spot for years and noticed that I hadn't written a review yet, so this one is overdue. The pizza is pretty good. So far they haven't failed me and I doubt that they will. I used to drive from Bellingham just to get the Turkey sandwich (I add extra mustard). This sandwich is awesome! They include a drink and chips with that which is pretty sweet. My son and I stopped in here starving after a whale watching tour. Not something to write home about. The pizza was burnt, the crust was not edible and it was pretty expensive for what we got. The only saving grace was the half stocked salad bar. If you are starving and need a kid-friendly place this might do in a pinch - there were video games and large TVs with sports. After living in Anacortes for a bit we finally decided to give this place a try. We went in for the lunch buffet, around 12:15, and the posting said the lunch buffet was until 2. There were three other table in the restaurant along with us, making it around 16 people eating the same buffet at the same time. Why in the world they felt 2 pizzas was going to cut it is beyond me. On top of that, both pizzas were littered with pineapple. Which is cool with me, but the other people I dined in with are anti pineapple pizza. So... they were shit out of luck, and just went with a salad even though pizza buffet was purchased. After being there for around 30 minutes, another pizza finally came out and it was Buffalo Chicken. Ever heard of a basic pizza folks? Pepperoni, sausage, bacon, or cheese for goodness sakes. I mean, go nuts, live your life. Be a pizza genius, but when you have over dozen people eating in your storefront, cater to them with the crap you make. I normally try to see the upswing in a place when reviewing, but there isn't one here. Perhaps ownership should consider hiring someone with a bit of common sense and gumption? Until then, I would avoid this place like the plague. Hell, Little Caesars is down the street. Even that would be a better option. read more
