After living in Anacortes for a bit we finally decided to give this place a try. We went in for the lunch buffet, around 12:15, and the posting said the lunch buffet was until 2. There were three other table in the restaurant along with us, making it around 16 people eating the same buffet at the same time. Why in the world they felt 2 pizzas was going to cut it is beyond me. On top of that, both pizzas were littered with pineapple. Which is cool with me, but the other people I dined in with are anti pineapple pizza. So... they were shit out of luck, and just went with a salad even though pizza buffet was purchased. After being there for around 30 minutes, another pizza finally came out and it was Buffalo Chicken. Ever heard of a basic pizza folks? Pepperoni, sausage, bacon, or cheese for goodness sakes. I mean, go nuts, live your life. Be a pizza genius, but when you have over dozen people eating in your storefront, cater to them with the crap you make. I normally try to see the upswing in a place when reviewing, but there isn't one here. Perhaps ownership should consider hiring someone with a bit of common sense and gumption? Until then, I would avoid this place like the plague. Hell, Little Caesars is down the street. Even that would be a better option. read more

How do you let your product leave your restaurant like this?! You take it out of the oven, box it up, knowing the whole time what it looks like. Burnt on the top, bottom, & extremely dry. Extremely chewy & hard to swallow. The bacon soo overcooked it hurts your teeth. We did order at 8:30pm & they close at 9, & this smells of "we hate you for ordering 30min before close." My family finally got into town, my kid was starving & all she wanted was pizza. She ate a piece, but i feel really bad feeding it to her. They are closed & tomorrow is July 4, id love to save it until the 5th & bring it back, but we wont be in town. Im just in shock about the lack of care. read more

Meh. We went 45 minutes before closing time and the salad bar was already taken down. The iced tea wasn't made. There were no kid's lids available. The video games didn't work and ate our quarters. I only went here one time and I have to say is this. We were driving around and looking for something to eat. Then we stumble on this place. So we decide to check it out. So I order customized small pizza. When I got a total, I was in shock how much it cost. it was like $27.40 plus tip. So I told myself, this better be good. So i tried it. Cheese was really stretchy and I don't mind it, but it didn't taste that good. Side note: at that moment I was really hungry and when you hungry, everything tastes good. Not this time. I threw crust away also. Ranch tasted good, but was too runny. I made a conclusion to not come here because its not that impressive of a place. So I compared MOD pizza with this pizza and MOD 2-3 times better and much cheaper also. I can customize my pizza and get a drink around 12 bucks. read more

Clean and cute, with great food! Prices are cheap if you are coming from Seattle ($38 including tax to feed a family of 5 with pizza, salad, and drinks). We stopped on a whim on our way to the ferry, and caught the lunch pizza buffet. Both regular and gluten free were delicious (nice and thick, no weird texture). Salad bar was yummy and fresh. Extra plus were the pinball and at arcade games - everyone was happy here. We will definitely be back! read more

I ordered online, which was pretty easy to do. Online said it would be 50 minutes before my pizza was ready. Unfortunately, my pizza only took 20 minutes so it had lots of time to sit before I picked it up. After picking it up, we open the box and I ordered extra ingredients such as mushrooms and spinach. There were only mushrooms on about 2/3 of it and spinach was lightly speckled about. It was obviously a rush job. The garlic was not detectable. Nearly $40 is way too much for that. read more

After trying a couple of other restaurants in Anacortes, I was giving up hope there was anything good to eat around here. Then we went to Pizza Factory. It was delicious. We got the unlimited pizza and salad bar. The salad bar was nicely stocked with fresh toppings. The pizza was hot and fresh with at least 5-6 different options. It was a great experience. This place isn't gourmet pizza, but it's good and the staff is friendly. I walked in with a fru-fru order (I wanted a Margherita pizza) that wasn't on the menu, they did their best to accomodate me. The pizza was ok, but they went through such trouble to give me what I want they earned an extra star. Atmosphere is casual... the kind of place you take a hoarde of kids after a soccer game. I stumbled upon this place in May 2015. We were hungry and pizza sound right. We walked in to a 5.99 pizza buffet with a drink. The pizza was great. The crust was AWESOME. The choices were plenty. On a cross country trip and we're 3 weeks in. Headed for bad weather so we're hanging out in a motel for the night. We walked around the corner into this lil pizza joint... Had good reviews on google. We were the only customers in the place, they have 5 employees up front.. ordered a meatball sandwich and small chicken Alfredo pizza. Fast forward 20 mins, sandwich comes out.. flat, kinda like subway but nicer bread.. can't see the meatballs.. tastes ok at best. 30 mins in, my pizza shows up.. holy bland... Talk about grilled chicken slices out of a bag, not seasoned, thrown on some crust with a dab of Alfredo and some mozz. I've had better pizza out of a bag.. totinos anyone??? Haha. I don't know what is so difficult, but everytime we order delivery from this place, it's nearly 2 hours before we get our order! I'm fet up, and have decided this warrants a review. I grew up with the Pizza Factory. It is my favorite pizza in town. The monthly specials are always worth checking out before buying anything because they will save you some dough and usually makes eating there reasonable compared to other cheaper inferior options like Little Caesars. The specials are not always posted, so it is always worth asking what the monthly special is. We always order the cheesy bread sticks with ranch. The ranch is also good for dipping pizza in as well. They have good beer as well. I highly recommend the Pizza Factory. It has remained consistently good throughout my life, and I look forward to many years of pizzas ahead. read more

Great pizza, but NO ONE cooking the pizza and other food wore a mask. Very disturbing. When asked why not when it is required, they stated "it was too hot to wear". We were in town for an overnight stay and needed a place to eat. The Pizza Factory won the random selection. We were very pleased. The decor was very pleasant with numerous ball caps tacked to the ceiling and old school video games against the wall. We ordered from the attentive girls at the register, they were very nice. The salad bar was not large but all the vegetables were fresh, cold and crisp. The pizza was delivered to our table in timely manner and was delicious! A cross of thick and thin crust that was hand tossed for a dense and chewy texture. The topping were very generous, with large pieces of sausage and thick cut salami. They had a killer deal for a 4 topping medium that would feed two to three people, easy. Highly recommended. read more

We have given this place about 5 trys (because we live near it). And I find it to continue to be disappointing. The salad bar filled with the core of lettuce rather than leaves, the pizza sauce - THAT DOESNT HAVE THE SWEET SPICEY TASTE it should have... Rather sour acidic. The crust is a non event. And the toppings are never done. Who wants to eat raw onions??? Raw green pepper???? When we called to complain (after several cruddy pizzas) we were offered 20% off our next order. Swell... Great tasting pizza. We had the Bbq Chicken pizza and added red onion and bacon. The crust was great. Lots of wonderful mozzarella cheese and It was piping hot. It was DELICIOUS!!. The staff was very friendly. We had fun taking the napkins with mustaches printed on them and making mustache masks and taking silly pics. It's a casual environment. Large screen TV's with an obnoxious sports narrator arguing and cursing was the down point. Although when asked if it could be turned down, the staff gladly complied. Well, we must have caught this collection of chuckle-heads at the wrong time. So off the boat we came in search of a pizza to take back to the dock for the Seahawks game. We ordered, paid, and told the crew our name so they could shout it out when it was done. Well, we sat on our behinds for a long, long, long time before we walked up to the counter and asked what was up? Well, the pizza was long done. They just sat in the take out pile and let us sit and rot. Great. Nearly an hour and $30 later, we got back to the boat with our pizza - and it wasn't cut.
