I called at around the same time, 4:30 p.m., which normally has not been a busy time there before the dinner rush starts. This time, I was told to call back. What? So I went online and ordered there for pickup. I got an email back immediately, saying my order had been submitted but that it wasn't confirmed until I got a second email with my pickup time. More than an hour later, I'm still waiting for that second email. What a horrible operation they've become. Their pizza was excellent in the beginning and I didn't mind driving across town to a convenient location near the airport to pick up one of their pizzas. I should've taken the hint when I saw the help wanted sign on the door. Whatever made this place special is clearly gone. You do one thing here, pizza, and it's not that complicated. Just ordered two 10inch pizzas for lunch for pickup, and not only were they ready about 25 minutes before the pickup time indicated, they were perfectly topped and baked. I live here the cheese is super stretchy and the crust has a bit of a crispy texture to the edges. Got a nice portion of pepperoni too. The staff is always friendly no matter how busy it is. Rarely had an issue with an order and on the rare occasions it happened, they were always very quick to fix it. :)
