Clean & safe. Music playing. Definitely waited a while, but they were very busy! A little more waiting and order was called and received with good day wishes! Appreciated! Lunchtime! Veggie chicken flatbread was Really DELICIOUS. Fresh veggies & tasty chicken! Definitely a lot too. I had 3 pieces and thst was plenty. Lots of leftovers. Worth the wait! Finally got to try this new sandwich spot. Service was friendly and place was clean. Ordered a 4" Italian and a 6" veggie sandwich. Got them with everything minus the oil and vinegar. Everything tasted great and fresh. They are at a higher price point but what isn't in 2024. read more

The organization that I work with has ordered from west coast sourdough for various meetings and events. I had placed an order ahead of time through the west coast website and when we went to pick up the order today, they had mentioned that they had made the order the previous day. We showed them the receipts and confirmation that we had received through text and email to confirm that it was for the time we came to pick it up. We asked if they'd be willing to make the order since we were there but they were unwilling to remake the order since they had made it the previous day (which isn't when we had ordered it for). Im only leaving this review so that if others order on their website for an order in the future, please call and confirm with the store. read more

Today I placed an order using the app and was not satisfied. The placing of the order was smooth. The speed of the preparation of my order was fast. The interaction with the counter person was fine. However I ordered (3) 4" sandwiches and (2) bags of chips. It wasn't delivered or anything that might add to the total cost. My order was $40 and I gave about $5 tip. Exactly $45 total. That is pretty expensive for 3 small sandwiches and 2 small bags of chips. I wouldn't really have a problem BUT my sandwiches were not made the way I ordered them (2) Turkey add avocado and pepperoncinis (1) roast beef add pepperoncinis. I got charged and paid about $4 for the avocado and pepperoncinis and DID NOT RECEIVE THE AVOCADO . All previous orders have been exactly as I placed them. Disappointed in service today. Sandwiches from this location have always been very good. I expect to get what I paid for. Honestly it makes me miss the $5 footlong deals at subway. The convenience of app order and pay do not outweigh the service and quality of food. Even now I think my math isn't wrong and I could get 2 foot long sandwiches for about $20-$25. Different experience/type of sandwich but more of it for some hard working construction guys. (2) 4" sandwiches cost about $20 plus tax and tip. read more

Best sandwich I've had in a very long time. All the bread was fresh and all the meat , cheese and vegetables tasted fresh. The girl that took the order and made our sandwich was friendly and did an excellent job. The place was quiet for being the day after thanksgiving , if we ever get the chance to go back we definitely will. read more

It was okay. Probably won't go back. The meat was very fatty. I guess compared to others I would say it was a little dry.

To start the sourdough bread is flavorful and soft. We tried a turkey sandwich for our first time and a bowl of clam chowder. The clam chowder is sweet. If you like it sweet this is your chowder. I ordered delivery and everything arrived perfectly packaged. We will definitely return for more sandwiches. read more

Casual dining area with pictures of various sandwiches on the walls. Really nice and informative staff. I got the the garlic pesto turkey and my wife got the Italian. Sandwiches loaded with meat. Sourdough bun was really good. A bit pricey. We got a 6" and an 8" without any and sides or drinks and it was over $23. I don't mind paying a little bit more for a quality sandwich though. read more

diablocial. came here eat in like October and ordered the Mac n cheese and it was COLD. Service wasn't at bad and yea. Ambiance of location was nice but the bad part is it gave me food poisoning. Never in my years of living have I never felt worse. Took two trips to the doctor and gave the Mac n cheese gave me diarrhea and it hurt so bad to move I was in pain and PLEASE do not order the Mac n cheese just please save yourself. Everything else I've eaten from there is good but Mac n cheese will make you feel the worst. read more

I love their sandwiches! My favorite is either turkey pesto or cracked pepper turkey sando add avo or bacon with the works or their Ruben on marbled rye is also very good! A loaf of sourdough Bread is super yummy too to take home and make with dinner. This is my fav sando shop over, deli delicious, subway or togos. read more

Kay I came back just to find out that my new favorite was only limited! the heartbreak but you know I had to still try it. I will say it was obviously still delicious however I did miss something else in here might I suggest bacon as an option? Or something as a topping. I'll leave it to you, you're the pros. The food is good solid sandwiches. You get exactly what you expect. The customer service is beyond expectations. When my little guy dropped his food, they replaced it, and quickly. We ordered takeout from West Coast the other day and we were very pleasantly surprised with their food and service. The staff is still learning the ropes I think. But, I will definitely be returning to try some of the other sandwiches on the menu. It's nice to have another sandwich shop to choose from. read more

The food is amazing. Ingredients are fresh and delicious. It's best option is to allow you to pick what you want. The house sauce is a unique flavor and blend. I recommend it on your next trip. I made a mistake and ordered online and ordered through the Bakersfield store. I went to pick up my order at the Madera store and when I got there, they told me to call Bakersfield and see if they'll refund my money. Well, Bakersfield will not refund my money and they won't make the order good at the Madera store. They will make the order there, but they will not. They'll charge me again for the same thing that I ordered to the Bakersfield store. I will not recommend that store again because it's not good business practice I know it's a $31 order that they have to eat in Bakersfield but It's not good business practice to not make the order good. The location in Madera is new and I am a member of the Madera country club and I will not recommend that place to anyone else out there. If they asked me where to go get a sandwich and Madera I'll tell him to go somewhere else besides, I work for Jack-In-The-Box and I understand that we have a problem when we have bad orders but we eat them. read more
