Best pizza we've had in a long time! I'm glad we decided to stop before we went into the market. Good service, old school pizza parlor feel, plenty of games for the kids. This is our new place for pizza when we come up to Shaver

I fortunately have always had a good experience with this location. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I don't usually have any problems with ordering. The pizza always comes out fresh and has a good pizza slice flop ratio lol. They do a good job with their toppings and the pizza always fills me up pretty good with its ingredients. We've either ordered or have gone to the location where it's spacious inside and has a good atmosphere for families and individuals. Thanks for your service.

Menu showing description of awesome combo. Which is what I ordered.

I called and ordered a large pizza half pepperoni and pineapple and the other half combo. I showed up to pick up my order and the lady reads the order back to me and says half pepperoni and pineapple and half sierra special. I tell her I ordered a combo. She says that is their combo. I look on the menu and it distinctly says what she gave me is the factory special not the combo which I ordered. Pretty simple fix. Own your mistake and make another pizza. Instead she argues with me. I've had several arguments with this lady before and was not about to but heads with her. Been going to pizza factory for 35 years and never had a problem until she started working there. She needs to be retrained on your guys menu and customer service practices..

Just keep getting full leafs of lettuce we have to cut up ourself.

The ride up the hill is always relaxing and scenic, at times you can see wild turkeys and other wildlife, taking the old Millerton road you ride past a property that has Bison, Alpacas and Giraffes along with horses and cattle. A ride with a late breakfast was in order so after riding through the hills it was time to satisfy my biker appetite and dig into some delicious food. As you can see I chose a hearty meal something common but still appreciated. The restaurant was a buzz with other travelers and with the TV on and conversation wafting through the air the thought of my travels around the lower 48 states occupied my mind. The service was prompt (never an empty coffee cup) and even the proprietor shared the duty of checking the customers at the counter bar (he was very cool). The decor was reflective of the years gone by and I could identify myself with some of the items seen, always a nice touch. Be sure to travel and see the these small mom n pop business you gain much more than just a good meal, included is a view to the past and maybe just maybe a glimpse of yourself back in time.

Cute restaurant, like a old house transformed, really only smelled like an old house in the tiny narrow bathrooms Service was absolutely fantastic, everyone we interacted with was so lovely. They all seemed to know everyone who was dining there, we were for sure the out of towners. I had a filet with side salad and baked potato. The vegetable side was well seasoned and cooked well. Basic side dish but done so well I ate them all. The thought that went into making my baked potato ready to scoop out was a small thought but I appreciated it! Even my salad was cold, crispy and crunchy. The bread on the table was delicious. My stake was yummy and loved the jus and mushrooms served with them. Hubs had the prime rib, he said it was one of the best ones he had in a long times he had the clam chowder to start and it was super tasty!!! Glad we had my birthday meal here!

Charles Street Dinner House, Mariposa: 2026 Mar 12 (4 of 5)…read more Let me start off by saying that we were extremely pleased with the service, thanks to Dillon (who showed genuine rapport), Tomben (his honest opinions) and Amya (who brought me piping hot water in a beautiful mug and teapot). Their friendly, yet professional attitude make this eatery stand out. (5 of 5) This eatery has a vintage feel and historical charm. We felt we could really relax and take our time instead of being rushed to order, eat, then leave. The atmosphere feels rustic, exposing the past. It was a time capsule for folks who enjoyed that era. FOOD: Sauteed Mushroom Soup: The soup arrived with garlic bread. The soup had an earthy, savoury and nutty texture. The rich, velvety mushrooms were bouncy and cooked well, while the umami-packed broth felt comforting. The garlic bread that accompanied the mushroom soup had a perfect balance of textures - heavily buttered, with savoury garlic flavour. The golden-brown, crispy exterior was not overly toasted and the sticks were enhanced with a touch of herbal flavour. (5 of 5) New Zealand Rack of Lamb: This was my order - cooked medium-rare. The perfectly cooked meat was tender - unfortunately lacked seasoning, but a dash of salt brought this to a perfect 5. (5 of 5) I had a choice of potatoes or rice pilaf and made a wrong decision. The rice pilaf looked like baby food, and the fresh red pepper over-powered the entire dish. I tried a small scoop and was disappointed. Needless to say, I couldn't eat another bite of the rice. (1 of 5) My vegetables were mostly cooked well. They had a bit of crunch and texture but not raw. My dinner came with Tomato Soup. The soup tasted nutty and lemony, with a slight heat - and has a good aftertaste. It was silky and smooth, rich, and velvety. (5 of 5) Scallone: Our other order came with onion soup. My dinner partner had the privilege of tasting one of the best scallone years ago and was hoping to bring back great memories of this special dish he loved. This marriage of blending ground abalone and scallops is a savoury dish formed into patties. It is then breaded and lightly pan-fried in butter. The texture is supposed to be tender yet firm. The temperature was perfect but the patty came out almost like a regular pancake. A chunk of fresh red pepper was also thrown in, perhaps for colour, but it overpowered the dish. The pilaf rice was also a no-no. When the server came and asked how we enjoyed the dishes, I had to be blunt and said, "I didn't like the rice". Our server apologized and immediately offered to remove the rice on both plates and asked if we'd like potatoes instead. My partner opted for the baked potato. (5 of 5) The onion soup that accompanied this order was also a fail. Overall, this dinner was a 2 of 5. We were there to celebrate my birthday, so for dessert, we got Coconut Crème Brulee. Even though it wasn't cooked evenly, the light flavour of the coconut did not take over the mild flavour of the crème brulee. A lovely ending to an interesting dinner... and the crème brulee was a birthday treat, on the house. (4 of 5) Would we return? I think we would. I'd like to try other items on the menu because we feel it our privilege to have met some of the nicest staff in an eatery.

My partner and I were excited to see this Italian Resturant open in our area, and we were very pleased with our first few visits. Sadly, our pleasant dining experiences were short-lived. First, the food is mediocre at best and not comparable to other fine Italian restaurants we have enjoyed. We'd never order a steak there again. What kept us coming back were the servers. They are kind, efficient and create an upbeat vibe. Nikko, in particular, in our opinion, is by far one of the best Bartenders/Mixologist Fresno/Clovis has. He is definitely an asset to Willow Osterio. He not only creates crafty/delightful drinks, but he also cares and meets your expectations while you are there. He is very seasoned in wine pairing, and his crafty cocktails make up for the subpar dinners. He can also deliver a full restaurant's drink order while making you feel you are the only person at the bar/counter. At last, our choice not to return to Willow Osterio has nothing to do with the food or service, but simply because of the manager of the restaurant. I didn't care to catch his name while we were there, but he created such a negative, vile, arrogant atmosphere and did NOTHING to ensure guests were taken care of on Friday night, June 13th (other than taking notes, as if he were a student). The restaurant was also uncomfortably warm. I have no idea how the manager of Willow Osterio is in the Hospitality Industry. Must be "grandfathered" in.

The arancini were perfectly crispy on the outside with a warm, creamy center. They were topped generously with fresh parmesan and paired with a rich pink sauce that really elevated the flavor--definitely a standout appetizer. The rigatoni with chicken cutlet was just as impressive. The pasta tasted fresh and perfectly cooked, and the chicken cutlet was tender, crispy, and full of flavor. The pink sauce (labeled as spicy vodka) was absolutely delicious--more savory and creamy than spicy, which made it super enjoyable and well-balanced. If a restaurant is going to add that kind of charge, it should be clearly disclosed upfront before customers order or make reservations. Unfortunately, the experience did not come close to justifying the extra cost. The steaks were badly overcooked, the food was mediocre at best, and there were large flies throughout the restaurant, which made the meal even more unpleasant. I understand that Mother's Day is a busy day for restaurants, but being busy does not give a business a free pass to surprise customers with excessive charges or deliver poor food and service.
