We had several kids in our party and they enjoyed the novelty of it. Our waiter Cam was great and made up for the poor service with the host. He had great recommendations as all were spot on. Cam recommended "family style" as many of the entrees are large and it gives you a chance to sample everything. We started with the asparagus summer rolls and tricolore salad. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was left on hold for ten minutes after a man hastily said someone will be with in me in 2 seconds. This has been ridiculous and very upsetting. I was told the wait would still be 35 minutes after being left on hold for ten flipping minutes! All I wanted was some darn flipping breadsticks and the most rude unapologetic employees. "Yea it's busy". You don't leave someone on hold for 10 minutes! Great pizza!!! You have to try their new gluten free crust, it's by far my favorite now. Sometimes the wait can be long but we get breadstix and use their free wi fi and the time goes by fast. We've also had several orders over the years that simply weren't what we ordered. Mistakes happen, and that's understandable. But pizza isn't cheap anymore, and when you're spending that kind of money, you expect the order to be accurate. We'll probably continue to order from Marco's because when they get it right, it's excellent. I just wish the consistency matched the quality of the food. If they can tighten that up, this would easily be a five-star review.

Customer service was great! NEW! They have this amazing deal, like for reals. 1 large pizza, one topping for $14.99!! I don't think you can beat that. They also have a deal for 2 large pizza for $36.95 that comes with cheesy bread. That's a pretty insane price for some good food. I got the pepperoni pizza, comes out fresh with tons of pepperoni on it. So good! It's a big pizza. The sausage and olive pizza was my perfect two combo topping. I loved this one. It came with the cheesy bread, cheese in the center and cheesy on top, it's cheesy alright. You have to get it. I tried their Philly cheese steak, that was loaded with tons of meat, good flavor, topped with melted provolone cheese. One of their popular items. I wanted something healthy and got their chef's salad, I love the salami rolls on there. They have a few claw machines for kiddos, super spacious inside with a lot of dining tables. Cross streets are Herndon and Cedar. This is a local business! Go support! I definitely go back if I'm wanting some pizza!

Order: Boston special pizza (med)- Sausage, linguica, meatball, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions and bell peppers. Garlic cheese bread (large) My order was delivered at my front an hour after I had placed it. Might have gotten it sooner but my GH driver had 2 other stops before dropping my order off. Food smelled amazing! The garlic cheese bread was meh nothing special, I only tasted a hint of garlic. The Boston special was amazing! The pizza was loaded with toppings mushrooms were canned but everything came together. The dough wasn't too thick and it had a great flavor. My husband is quite a critic and said the pizza was really good! Would definitely order from the again.
