I went to their website, placed an order, and paid online. Shortly after, I received a text saying DoorDash would be delivering my order. The charge on my credit card showed the business name, so the whole situation was extremely confusing. I ended up having to cancel the charge with my credit card company, and since we had a large group with limited options, we had to go inside and place an order directly. Walking in, the place had a very strange vibe. It almost felt like a restaurant that was not fully set up or had recently changed ownership. It was very bare, there were no napkins in the holders, and the arcade area was completely empty except for a couch. The whole atmosphere felt off. They also should have refunded our drinks, because it was their fault not to have warned us beforehand. This is simply an example of poor management.
