I've been here four times in the past 1-2 months. Always take out. Let me tell you why- 1. The calzones. And if you go on Thursday, you get a large for the price of a small. The large easily feeds and fills two adults. I love love their restaurant style ranch. I literally pour it on my calzone. My bf lives close to this place for 5 years and hadn't tried it. I thought that was the most ridiculous thing! There aren't many choices out there, let alone for pizza. To quote him "I am utterly impressed with the calzone. I had no clue." 2. The cheesy breadsticks. Or whatever they call them. It's a great quantity and they are so squishy and cheesy!!!! When I order them next I will ask for a bit extra garlic powder though. Easily the top 3-4 cheesy bread sticks I've had in Reno. And I have had a lot. Yelp- please work on a cheese breadsticks badge. Thank you! I did notice their sign said under new management. I like coming here. I usually order to go or delivery, but I like to come and have a beer almost daily, if I can. The pizzas are good, and they freshly hand-toss them. They are quick to take your order, and they have a nice lounge to enjoy a game or have a nice conversation, usually from a neighbor. They could elevate their service by smiling and greeting you as you come in. They say they are under new management, and hopefully they will make people feel appreciated. They should also watch inventory so not to run out of my favorite beer! read more

My family likes coming here for mostly take out. Dining in is pretty cool too. They have an arcade area & usually have sports playing on the mounted tv's. In the back, you can enjoy the pool table. Just good old fashioned pizza! Y'all can get fancy pies, but I like the simplicity of their thin crust, red sauce, cheese, sausage, pepperoni with red onions. Always done perfectly. Great pizza, the crust was really good. I had the barbq chicken pizza on their advice. It was a great choice. Also had a salad from the salad bar. Salad bar was well stocked with a number of options. Restaurant was clean and pleasant including the bathrooms. Service was excellent and prices fair. The restaurant has a game area and pool tables, and a separate party area for groups. I really enjoy Pizza Factory! It's one of very few places that deliver to my area (back of Cold Springs.) The only downfall of delivery is the time is pretty random. I ordered and it gave an estimated time of 1 hour, so I called after about 1.5 for an update and the girl said the online times are not accurate. After coming back since last summer, the food quality improved tremendously! Get the cinnamon sticks. Their icing is amazing. Service was great and you can tell the restaurant has made great changes. Had an issue with doordash, at the two hour mark of waiting. The dash app said the pizza had arrived though it did not, I proceeded to call the store and they were super accommodating (I knew they used their own drivers for doordash). "Awesome is what we do" is one of their mottos, and they aren't kidding! This was the first time I've ever ordered from here. I ordered bread sticks and rather than being dry and blame, they were crisp on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside with a light seasoning and parmesan cheese. I also ordered a large calzone with mushrooms, olives and extra cheese. I was not disappointed at all! The ingredients were fresh and flavorful, the cheese was gooey and not greasy. We haven't ordered here in a few years and thought we would try it again. We got two small pizzas and wings, ordered online. The quality was okay, except we ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, and it was literally just cheese, chicken, and a BBQ drizzle. None of the veggies. Also, with the new state mandate regarding face coverings, it was disappointing to see that over half of the customers inside were not wearing any sort of face coverings, even while standing at the counter ordering. None of them were actually eating inside, as the dining area was not set up for social distancing in a very good way. The food was good, even with the messed up order. Today I ordered delivery from here with an order of my usual, hot wings and Italian club sandwhich. My order arrived in about 40 min which is about usual. The delivery person was very nice and made sure everything was in the bag. My wings were good and came with ranch which I ordered. The Italian club however missed the mark. The club came with the usual meats lettuce tomato and dressing with a pickle and peppers on the side. What it didn't come with was THE CHEESE! No cheese whatsoever found anywhere on this sandwich as you can see in the picture attached. I find this odd as I don't see how you can forget a condiment such as this. Does Pizza Factory when you get there early their food is good and fresh. And the staff is very pleasant. Unfortunately the arcade games which is a big draw for this location are always broken. The worst part about it is that you don't see a sign it says out of order. In fact the Pac-Man game the controller's not bolted to the control panel. One of the pinballs they have the lights are just kind of hanging on the Playfield and one of the flippers doesn't work. This might seem like a small inconvenience oh, but when you go to a pizza place you expect to be able to play some games.
