Went in for the lunch today and was saddened by the options. They had 2 half pizzas that were old and stale. When we asked if they were going to make another pizza they said they were short staffed and we're not going to just make one pizza. Salad bar was also disappointed broccoli was clearly out dated and greens were wilted! Nothing was clean from the front door to the soda machine! Paid $25 for 2 pieces of stale pizza! If I could give no stars I would. We ordered a combination pizza NO GREEN PEPPERS!! Well as usual we got a pizza loaded with them!! So here's the issue a lot of times our pizza is not cooked all the way even asking them to cook it extra. We always get a salad the past few times we had to throw half of it way. I understand you are busy but don't tell people the order will be delivered in an hour then let it take two hours. Not only that but it tastes like it's been in the delivery vehicle for those two hours, it's barely 80F and the crust is already inedible because it's just been dehydrating in the muggy bag it was stuffed in. Pizza was really good , they definitely don't skimp on the toppings either. Staff is friendly too. The crust tho I never eat crust but I can totally eat all the crust :) the dining area is very clean and very homey , nice place to just have pizza and the kids can enjoy some games. read more

Best pizza in the north valleys hands down. Prices are half of what round table is and the food is better. The wings are always tender and the pizza is always great quality. They have limited delivery distance, but they get to my place (cold springs) so that's good enough for me. The staff in store and the delivery drivers are always nice and professional l. I have always loved Pizza Factory! However, last weekend (Saturday) they were super busy. We ordered for take-out. Once we got home, we realized we didn't get our salad. Error on our part not checking, but error on their part for not checking as well. I called down and they said 35 minute wait! Of course at this point- I'm annoyed, lol. 5-10 minutes later my doorbell rings with my salad and the delivery guy sincerely apologizing. Yum! Is all I can say. They pack on the goodies. Favorites are the Panther Pizza no onions add olives and there wings. A little pricey. Extra large that serves 12 runs about $30 for specialty pizza but they do have specials so ask before ordering. This location has a large back room for parties and a fun game section to keep the kids entertained. This is probably one of my favorite pizza restaurants. Kids that work their are sooooo nice and friendly and well groomed. They have an open kitchen concept so you can see everything going on. Recommend trying this location. read more

Atmosphere - Not much has changed from when it was Red Rock Pizza. We were the only ones dining room. We sat at a high top table; the problem with it was that it spun. Having a kid at the table did not help that issue as she wanted twirl in her stool that was designed to spin and held the table to spin her chair. Of course the table went with her. Food Drinks - Coke from the fountain machine. Appetizer - none My Main Course - I ordered a large 14" meat lovers pizza that which they call the Wolf Pack. Solid amount of meat on it, the problem was the meat wanted to escape. There was no cheese on top as a binder. The large flat pieces off meat, pepperoni and Canadian bacon, wanted to slide of the cheese and sauce. The sausage and cubed ham want to jump off of the pepperoni and Canadian bacon. Dessert - none. Service - The only real interaction was when I walked up the counter to place my order. As we sat there we watched the drivers come and go for delivery service, clearly their main business. The pizza is delicious and the prices are fair. The only complaint I have is they aren't very punctual about getting your food to you. You have to wait longer than it should take and they don't really pay attention to who they're giving the food too... Went here with my bf and daughter. I've been here before a few years ago, it looks a bit different but in a good way! There was a bit of a mix up when trying to pay but they were very sincere and professional about it so I wasn't bothered. There is a good selection of games available in the arcade area and the restaurant is very clean with a nice vibe to it. we went for the lunch buffet and everything tasted great! I saw on their board that they have a lot of weekly deals and it was cheaper than a lot of other pizza places in town. The staff there was super nice and even offered to make whatever pizza we choose for the lunch buffet. 25 minute wait for pick up (1 pizza and 1 order of bread sticks) turned into an over hour wait. All others recieved orders before us even though we ordered first. Pizza was disgusting and congealed, bread sticks were stale. My wife emailed and whom ever replied could care less. Let me start this review by saying the pizza isn't horrible for chain pizza, but it is just that. My wife got a buy one get a free cheese pizza coupon, so she decided to order dinner for the family. I still have no idea how, but somehow the cheese pizza had more flavor than the Combo I paid full price for. I called them to let them know that the pizza sauce they were using had no flavor and that it may be a bad batch, only to be told that it comes from a can and they do nothing to it. It is located in Red Rock, a great restaurant with delicious pizza. There is not much in the valleys concerning pizza places other than fast-food pizza, such as Little Caesars or Dominos. This place does its job by being that higher-end pizza eatery. Of course, you will pay a little more, but that comes with the territory, and it is well worth it. I ordered an awesome mini combo with extra anchovies; the wait wasn't long, 10-15 minutes. Finally, I got my excellent steamy, smelly, and seductive pizza out of the oven. My eyes were drooling with disgusting intentions. I took a slice and put it in my mouth, and as soon as I bit into it, my tastebuds tickled with pure sexiness. The meat, veggies, and anchovies hit the spot harder than bombs in Afghanistan. The crust was crunchy, thick, and slightly moist. Just like a desert with a bit of rain. 8/10. Not the best in Reno, but in the valleys, it takes the cake for now. Love! Great pizza comparable to Round Table. I usually get take out and it is always ready on time and in a timely manner. My only negative, the toppings were once a large mountain on the pizza. I grew up with a Pizza Factory in the town right next to mine (Carson City) and have always loved their food. So when The Lady and I bought our house I was so excited that there was a Pizza Factory within walking distance from the new pad! I bought everyone pizza the day we moved in and all the memories I had from childhood came rushing back when i went to pick it up. The interior decor is the same as all the other Pizza Factories and I like it. The color scheme is kind of crazy (green, red, white) but I think that the place is charming just the same. The food is top notch though. I have no idea where they get their supplies but they are great! My personal favorite is the regular pepperoni because they stack those pies with toppings and bake it until the pepperoni get nice and crispy... Just perfect! The regular cheese pizza is great as well as their cheese blend is also exquisite. The only downside I can think is this chain's increasing prices... It will run you around $13 for a medium cheese and $15 for a one topping. The price definitely keeps me from coming back on a weekly basis but it is totally worth it for the occasional treat. This place has been open for quite a while and is one of the only places to get pizza in the North Valleys without having to drive too far. They even deliver to Cold Springs which is a huge plus. I think their pizza is kinda just fine to perfectly honest, it's not bad but it's nothing spectacular. Their chicken wings taste very good and they have a nice selection of other items to choose from. Wait times can be pretty long but the staff is pretty attentive and seems like they know what they're doing. If this restaurant was located further away from my home I might be tempted to give it one star lower, but it is great for our location. We had one experience which comes to mind where the delivery driver handed me a pizza box with a bag of chicken wings on top. When I took the bag inside I realized the wings had been spilled all over the place and it was all just a big mess. I got very angry and called back and probably made a way bigger deal of it than I should have. The staff was very kind and drove back to deliver me fresh wings. I commend them for putting up with me as a cranky customer and helping to fix the situation. That's how you build up loyal customers! read more

Its like they aim to get something wrong with the order. It's exhausting . But we are limited to our food options out here in the north valleys so I keep trying to give them chances. And I just check my order every single time I order with these people. And they got me. They slipped past me not putting in my sauces. It's Monday Night Football tonight, and after a long day at work all I wanted was to munch on some great hot wings, but my wife wanted pizza. The choices are slim here in the valleys, so we decided to give Pizza Factory another try after having refused to eat there for some time now. I gave them a call, hoping to time the food being ready sometime during halftime. The young man on the phone taking my order seemed very distracted and we had to go over pizza and calzone ingredients several times before he could repeat them back to me successfully, but he finally did it. I also ordered 10 hot wings and some cheesy sticks. He asks me what combinations of ranch and blue cheese I want for the sticks and wings and I tell him. I asked how long it would be for the order and he said "Yeah, uh, bye" and hung up. Okay. I called back to ask again and was told 30 minutes. 20 minutes later my phone rings. "Yeah, this is Pizza Factory, we don't have wings, we've been sold out for two days and our order for more hasn't come in yet. Would you like us to take them off your order?" Alright, really? You're calling TWENTY minutes after I place the order ... just ten minutes before it's supposed to be ready ... to tell me you've been sold out of something for TWO days??!? And you're really going to ask me if I want you to take the wings off the order? What, do you think I'll sit around for two more days until you get your delivery? What kind of question is this? YES, TAKE THEM OFF MY ORDER! I didn't say these things going through my head, or yell, of course, but I wanted to. The wings, as I've noted in my previous review, are really, really good and the only reason I even wanted to eat here tonight (and I think their pizza is really, really NOT good), so right now I'm very upset as there's no longer any time to order from somewhere else and still get to watch football. Upon arrival, I paid for my order and he walked away without offering a receipt (one of the few times I've ever wanted one, because the price seemed high and I wanted to verify my wings weren't on the order). The order is ready, which is unusual as I normally have to spend 10-15 additional minutes past the time they say it's going to be ready for pickup, so this is a nice surprise. No ranch or any sauce is with my meal, so I check inside the boxes. Nope. I ask for my ranch, and the dude seems perturbed that I actually want to receive what I was supposed to get. Never received an apology about the wings. Back home, we start digging into the food. It's not what I wanted, but at least it's something and I have a good game to watch on TV. A couple bites into my calzone and something isn't right. I start poking around in it, and sure enough it seems pretty empty and lacking. I had ordered it with sausage, salami, beef (listed at meatballs on their site, but they refuse to call it that at this particular shop), and feta cheese. it's missing the beef and feta, and instead has olives. So now I have to take the food back to Pizza Factory during a Monday Night Football game with my favorite team playing (go 49ers!). I show them my order that has the ingredients broken down that I had asked for, show them the calzone that was obviously wrong, and ask for a refund. No apology offered but I did get my refund. I wasn't rude, but I was visibly upset about my dinner situation, and thus short, but did not cause a scene of any kind or make a big deal about it as I knew I'd be here on Yelp to say my piece. She did ask if I wanted them to make a new one, but the last thing I want to do is hang out there for 30 minutes just to have them tell me they're out of calzones and ask if I'd like to pay double the amount as well as camp there for two days until they get more dough. On my way out, I can see ahead of me in the giant glass store front the reflection of two younger guys jump over to the girl at the register behind me and hear them asking what happened. After she told them, they began laughing and one of them raised his hand to wave after me and said "lol, have a good night!" Apparently they found it quite funny my dinner was ruined and decided to openly have a laugh at my expense. I can only surmise from their reaction that they did it on purpose.
