Yum! First time eating here last Friday. I have driven past this restaurant many times and it always looks busy. My husband and I wanted to try a new pizza place and he suggested the Pizza Factory. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable and casual and the food was delicious! We got a large combo pizza and a Caesar salad. Both were really good and I liked how the toppings were cut up really thin. Only thing that could be improved on would be the salad. I think they should toss the dressing for us instead of just giving us a packet of dressing on the side. Overall, a good experience and we will be back! read more

I dont know why but I just don't like their pizza. I've wanted to like it but every time I've order it it's just not tasty. Lacks sauce and bread is not good. I'd say the cheese and toppings are what makes it ok. Still on the greasy side. Little ceaser taste better honestly. read more

Ordered a delivery of fettuccine alfredo and a meatball sandwich. The fettuccine had chicken, which I didn't order, that tasted bad and made the whole dish inedible. I only took three bites. The sandwich had meatballs that tasted freezer burned and old. As I write this I'm concerned about getting sick. read more

The pizza is good but expensive and we received the wrong pizza. When I called I was told I could bring one of my pizzas back and get a new pizza - I paid for delivery. Then I was told that they don't get the special instructions that I completed ordering the pizzas. We also did not get the salad dressings we ordered. In the end, they did nothing to rectify the situation and I don't have the pizza they ordered. read more

First time visitor to Pizza Factory and chose it because of the other reviews. I ordered a medium Hawaiian pizza to go. I sat at a booth and decided to catch up on my Italian lessons on Duolingo. Happily I was totally immersed in my 2nd lesson when my pizza was delivered to my table. I lost track of time but arrived after 1 pm, right in the middle of the lunch buffet which is $8.25 per person including a regular drink. I left with my pizza, noticing the hefty weight as I carried it to the car. I didn't peek at it until I arrived at my moms house. WOW! It was generously covered with Canadian bacon and dozens of bits of pineapple. More pineapple than I've put on own my homemade pizza! Well done Pizza Factory! A coworker was craving pizza the other night so we Yelped for "pizza" in Salinas and ended up at Pizza Factory. We came in really late, as they close at 9:00 and it was about 8:25, but they served us anyway. I ordered the white pizza with garlic, and it was pretty tasty! Their crust is really good, and I plan on coming back here when I need another pizza fix. Reasonable prices (I think my pizza was something like $6.99), satisfactory food, and rather friendly service. All of the employees were helpful and even joked around with us while cleaning up the restaurant to close. Parking is in the back, which was a bit hard to find, but the lot is huge! My coworkers seemed to enjoy their food as well, one ordered sausage and tomato pizza and the other chicken wings, both of which smelled pretty good and put smiles on their faces. Bonus point: Beer! And, they do karaoke on Tuesday nights. Bottom Line: Good 'za washed down with a beer? Go Here! read more

This ranks right up there with Gianni's (in Monterey) for me. It just has a better small town atmosphere with great service staff. Pros: -Pizza is great! Crust is not too thin and not too thick. Sauce is great too. -They do NOT skimp on cheese and toppings. Very heavy pizza if you know what I mean. -Atmosphere is perfect. You really want to be there. -Service staff is over accomodating...very friendly...even when they are super busy which I have been there a few times when they were swamped. -Reasonably priced. My famliy of 3 can eat there for $35-40 with large pizza, drinks and 1 salad bar. -Pizza comes out nice and hot!! Cons: -Wish they had a fuller salad bar -That's about it. I've only eaten here twice and I love the pizza. I especially love the crust since it's not too thick or thin. The price for the pizza is pretty decent as well. The staff was extremely friendly and on of the members even offered a suggestion on how to enjoy such a great pizza. The atmosphere is also great for watching sports on the big screens and the kids can also enjoy a few games in the mini arcade. There is also a special room if you want to host a small gathering. I'll definitely come back for more pizza. Maybe watch a few games here since baseball season is around the corner. read more

I've driven by this place numerous times within the past year and due to a massive overflow at the newly opened BJ's across town, decided to try this place out on a whim and was pleased with the experience. To start, this is a no-frills type of pizza establishment, I like it specifically because it caters to those who enjoy sports, like myself. In a sense, they are pretty similar to nearby Mountain Mike's in that regard. Their staff is fairly accommodating and the beer flows heavily. Their pizza itself is pretty good, certainly better than Domino's, Little Caesar's and Pizza Hut. I thought the breadsticks were also very tasty. For those who enjoy cheese as much as I do, these are a welcome change from the run-of-the-mill junk that nearly everyone else seems to use. I would go so far as to say these are even "cheesier" than the breadsticks that Domino's has put so many advertising dollars into. Why three stars? Well, I found the pizza to be slightly above average. I like the fact that Pizza Factory piles the toppings on, I mean, REALLY piles the toppings on. This is a heavier slice of pizza that is almost guaranteed to put you away even after a couple of slices. The wings, however, were a definite deal-breaker to me. I know a good wing as I've had them from coast to coast and these were just....inadequate to say the least. The wings were diminutive, overly sticky and devoid of any real flavor. I know everyone likes something different about pizzas....and to each his own. But I LOVE this place! The food selections are great. The environment and ambiance is perfect. They have a party room and an ample dining area. Games to play, lots of TVs to watch...perfect location. I like that they make an effort to bring different entertainment opportunities to their establishment...singing karaoke, Salsa dance lessons every Wed nights, occasional concert performances by local bands. I ordered their promotional XL pizza with breadsticks, hot wings and an additional pizza. I was disappointed on the size of the pizza being that it's an XL which in my opinion is really a large at best. Ordered an additional pizza to be able to feed the whole family. When asking for Ranch I was given an individual size and told "I'm only able to give you one ranch for free" and then proceed to grab the individual ranch and then simply walked away. Ok, so I was extremely upset with the results of my grub hub decision after the wing spot and the bbq spot both stopping delivery (MID ORDER) i decided to go with the safe route and get pizza. Boy was I wrong. Pizza looked like chuck-e-cheese pizza. Sauce was interestingly sweet which wasn't necessarily bad but not good either. I also got wings just in case and spaghetti because I have had bad pizza before. Needless to say its all still sitting on my counter uneaten a hr later with a few bites or pieces gone from each. I'll give it a 3 just because the order was ahead of schedule and came early and hot, and prices are great. But quality is seriously what this place is lacking.....and real pizza read more

My entire family loves this place. They have a variety of food items including soup, salad and pasta. The salad bar has a big variety and always freshly stocked. They have great customer service. Ive never waited for an unreasonable timeframe. I've had several bday parties here and the owner is super accommodating. He provides reasonably priced party packages. It's taken me a longtime to write this review, but here it is: The Pizza Factory has a great atmosphere for dine in meals. Fun and lively atmosphere, video games for the kids, and all the sports that you need. The South Main location is convenient and I loved the deals that they offer during the week. I haven't been able to grab a pie in a while, so last week when my family wanted pizza for a mid week meal I complied and ordered our favorites. The Spicy Fiesta and a good ol' pepperoni. I was sad to find out that they have changed the recipe of the Spicy Fiesta. And there must have been a change in the ingredient quality. 3 out of the 4 of us were left with stomach aches.
