I'd rather go to Safeway and buy a frozen Red Baron pizza, it would be 10 times better than that crap they are serving. We were hungry for pizza on our way to the Grand Canyon and decided to stop here. Order at the counter and they'll bring your food out to your table. We got the Route 66 pizza and the free order of breadsticks (yelp coupon). The owner didn't even know about the coupon, but honored it anyway. I was a little bit under the impression they get frustrated with obnoxious tourist types, but we're friendly to us once we got them talking. The owner even gave us some tips about things to do and good shops in the area. On to the food- great breadsticks, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and topped with parmesan. Dipping sauce was nothing special. Pizza was excellent, loaded with toppings. Veggies were very fresh. Worth 4 stars for what it is, nothing fancy but knows its niche and does it well. read more

The first time we walked in it was 815 pm and the waitress looked at us like we were insane. She told us that it closed at 830 or 9 (which is it?) And then proceeded to look at us like it was already closed. Another waitress walked behind her and said that it closed at 9. We left anyways because we were irritated by the service. The next night we had markedly better service although still terse and slightly awkward. However the good was very good and definitelyworth the stop. I want to start off by saying that the pizza was pretty good but there were other factors for the two star review. Firstly there wasn't a single mask in sight from the staff. None of the kitchen staff or servers were wearing masks. There was no plexiglass between the customers and the kitchen and it's all open plan. This was in stark contrast other restaurants in town. I wasn't comfortable but we had three starving kids who were promised pizza for dinner after a long day of walking the South Rim so we stayed. Had I known the situation in advance I would have promised Burgers instead. Second there were no signs that said you had to order first and yet the staff were noticeably annoyed when people sat down before they ordered. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend going until you're fully vaccinated. read more

The pizza was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The sauce was sooo good and they give you plenty of toppings. The dining area was kept very clean, clean restrooms, and the service was top notch. I live 2 hrs away but will make the drive more often because it's that good! read more

Made a decent size take out order for pickup. Went in to pick it up and Kendra snapped and yelled at us, stating that they were not taking any more orders for the night. Took our pizza home and the order was not correct. Went back and Kendra again gave us attitude. So sorry you screwed up the order Kendra. It was your fault. Incredibly rude staff. A couple friends and myself stopped in for lunch and were discussing amongst each other what we want and the worker at the register turned around and rolled her eyes at her co workers, obviously annoyed by us. There was no one else there so it wasn't like we were holding anyone up. She was very short and abrupt with us. We ordered our pizza and breadsticks. Our breadsticks came out and they were pretty much raw. We didn't bring it to their attention because they were already pretty rude with us. The pizza came and it was delicious. The girl that brought us our pizza was friendly, but that's it. I love Pizza Factory in other places, but I definitely wouldn't recommend eating at this one. read more

We were visiting after the Grand Canyon Railway to the park. The restaurant was just what we were looking for. Hand tossed, traditional pizza, small size is perfect for two people. The garlic cheese bread was great, but only offered two pieces - we being used to 4 pieces per order. We "yelped" pizza local to the Polar Express a special trip we made for our kids. We brought our jolly mood into the buzz kill pizza place of Williams. The front clerk and cooker didn't say 1 word to us or each other. They were clearly in a bad mood. The food was good, so at least that was a pro. Great pizza!! A little pricy but in the end worth the price. It took about 45 minutes for pickup but we were totally fine with that. Will definitely be back when we come back into town. Also staff was very friendly!!! No complaints there, very good experience. read more

I stayed in Williams, Az for 4 days the first place to visit was Factory Pizza. It is sad to say the lady at the register was rude and truly do not understand how she is allowed to talk to customers. Wether she is having a bad day or not, just know someone else might be going through worse. read more

The breadsticks I ordered were pretty good, though the side of pizza sauce was definitely not. The girl at the cash register was polite, though a bit terse, like she would rather we just leave instead of waiting for something to eat. Said we couldn't eat there, otherwise I might have gotten a pizza. They do not serve pizza by the slice, which would probably be a good idea, given that most of their nighttime clientele are probably not hungry for an entire pizza. read more

The food was good. Unfortunately, the experience was awful. We arrived 45 minutes prior to closing, which was the crazy early hour of 8 for a tourist town to begin with. They were automatically rude because 45 minutes is too close to closing. My husband is a restaurant manager, I've worked in food service - we'd never walk in 15 minutes prior to closing but as there were other patrons we felt this was ample time. They were rude, they literally started putting tables and chairs up all around us, started sweeping and mopping the floors - ALL BEFORE CLOSING TIME. We felt rushed to finish our $70 pizza (and we left a sizable tip even though there was ZERO table service). Ruined the experience for what would have been decent food. read more

The pepperoni pizza was quite good - literally covered with pepperoni. The crust is thin with a touch of crispness, light rather than dense. The salad bar is tiny but fresh. Breadsticks were good. Service was excellent. It was a crowded night and the staff very friendly. We had a large party that needed a bigger table, for which the staff kept an eye out (it is seat yourself). The staff watched for a free table, got it cleaned, and got us transferred very quickly. 4 stars because it is not the best pizza ever, but it is a great place. Prices are reasonable for combo deals, otherwise a bit pricey for pizza. read more

We stopped here while on an over-nighter in Williams. Ordered two calzones for take out. I had pepperoni and sausage, the wife had just pepperoni. Took them back to our room and scarfed them down. Took kids there for a quick bite. Tired, not really caring about touristy stuff. Staff very helpful. We were going to order two medium pizzas, they suggested one large half and half pizza to save money. I ordered the lasagna and garlic bread, and we got the antipasto salad to share. They had unlimited refills on the soda which was great. And a couple video games to keep kids entertained. Salad was pretty good and just enough for the four of us while we waited for the hot food. Service was very, very good. Restaurant was very clean and well maintained. Pizza was average. Average priced, average tasting. Nothing special. The kids and hubby were satisfied and fed. The lasagna was good flavor but not very hot. Just sort of warm. Garlic Bread was not really toasty. Overall the experience wasn't bad. Just nothing special. Not particularly friendly when ordering over the phone. Caesar salad had dressing already tossed even though it was a to go order, so the lettuce was completely soggy and the croutons were mush. The chicken on it seems like the chicken you get out of those pre-cooked chicken packets from the grocery store. The calzone was extremely bland, and the meatball sub was only slightly better. The garlic bread seemed like frozen grocery store bread. The fettuccine Alfredo was the only thing that was ok. Nothing special, just ok. Run! We arrived in the morning, the only customers, and ordered a calzone and a salad. We waited five minutes just to place our order (again, ONLY customers), and then waited 50-minutes for our food. I called for a pizza while staying at a hotel in Williams. It was about 5pm on a Sunday night. Even though their website BOLDLY states that they deliver, and is almost the main attraction of the page, we were told that they "were done delivering". If you only deliver during specific times then you shouldn't make such a big deal about your delivery service. We decided that it was fine to pick up and mentioned that we had an online coupon - they didn't bother mentioning that we had to have a physical copy. Regardless, we didn't have a printer in our hotel room and weren't able to provide a copy - they refused to honor it. They didn't bother cutting our pizza so we could actually pick it up one slice at a time - it was also half raw. The customer service and food left a horrible taste in my mouth. Was told "sit anywhere", then told us to move. Twice!! Ordered wine with pizza but had to wait for the wine until the pizza came out. Mgr told us "most people 'know better' than to sit at a larger table. If a table/section is reserved put a notice down as soon as the staff is aware. Then 10 min before closing, mgr takes people's drinks away saying "we're closed!", practically throwing unasked for empty pizza boxes in front of the remaining customers.
