Walked in after first poplar express train ride. We been here many times and loved it. I had been craving this the entire trip,there. When we walked in there were a few customers there. Not many agar. Us a party of ten and behind us a party or probably 6. We ordered two medium pizzas, two salads, wings, garlic sticks with two pitchers of beers and some soft drinks. So a good amount money and food. Food was great and service up till 745pm was great. We hadn't been there long and noticed a waiter putting up chairs. I asked my brother in law what time they close. He said 9pm but we good. The One side of the place had all benches on table and our side was left with us and another family behind us.we then felt the tension of them rushing us through our dinner, few com,eats made by a guy with a beard said "yeah I here til 9", and then close to 845 we were sitting and finishing up our beer and women came over and we asked if we holding the up. Expected a No take your time and enjoy. But she instead said " we just waiting for you so we can mop and close up. I was so irritated at the lack of manners to our table basically kicking us out. So I yelped "Pizza" for Williams, AZ and got Pizza Hut and the Pizza Factory...I was NOT going to Pizza Hut, so I ended up here by default! The place is okay; not terrible but also not very good. I split a small Route 66, and asked for thin crust, since many previous yelpers said their crust was thick. We also got two small salads and one beer...$28! That seemed like a bit much, but whatever. The salad bar was very small, only green leaf lettuce that looked old available; no spinach. There was a limit to ONE trip to the salad bar, so my wife and I loaded up on our tiny salad plates. They gave us a packet of dressing (odd), or offered vinegar and/or oil. The pizza came in a timely manner, and the first thing I noticed was the copious amount of green peppers, and uncooked onions. The ham looked like it was either packaged, cubed ham or a canned ham that was cut into very small cubes. I would have given this place a 3 if I went with my first impression which was that they seemed to be closing and I got kind of a cold attitude when I asked if they were still opened. After I stopped being petty I had a look around and like the vibe of the dinning room and got my food which was some super good pizza. It was a different thinner style than what I am used to but with the tons and tons of market fresh toppings that came on it so I was very satisfied. we had some small talk with a man who seemed to be the owner who was very nice. Me and my family tried this for the first time today only to be met by one of the rudest "order takers" that I have met. From the way she talked to us to taking our simple order of a mini pizza and bbq wings, she made this as hard as possible to order... When the food got to us after waiting 30 minutes, the wings were the wettest pathetic wings I have ever had. The manager was terrible, she did not want our business. We had about 20 people. She said they were almost full and she was about to leave. Mind you, it was 12:30pm. But when we got there, there was several open tables. This lady kept rolling her eyes, making rude comments under her breath, messed up our order and almost blamed it on us. So there is a really cool Photo Shop next to this place. If you stop to look at the cool cameras and old time photos...DO NOT GET PIZZA RIGHT NEXT DOOR! As you can imagine, this scenario just happened to me. Large PLAIN Pizza, Bread sticks, and 2 regular sodas $27. Even for RT. 66 this is highway robbery. The Pizza was Lackluster, the bread sticks were fair, and the soda was, well, soda. Here's where it gets fun. My friend and I are the only 2 customers in the joint. It is Sunday, and there is a playoff game on the TV. My friend asks if he could turn on the TV to catch some of the game. The owner obliges. Five minutes later, he comes out from the back of the Kitchen and turns down the volume on the game. We are still the only ones in the place, mind you. When my friend asks why he turned down the volume, the owner quipped "WE ARE NOT A SPORTS BAR!" and then walked to the back of the kitchen. Subjecting his only Patrons for the day to Janet Jackson piped in quietly. Just seems sad that with all of the bad food, you'd want to make your customers welcome. We were pleasantly surprised about how good the pizza was. I wasn't expecting a quality pizza in Armpit, Arizona but this place is really good! The pizza here is really good. Much, much better than I anticipated. All the pizzas were hand tossed and the ingredients were really fresh. The cheese, crust and sauce were fantastic. Cooked perfectly. We got the "dine-in" special. For $28 you get an x-large, 2 topping pizza, 2 small salads, drinks, and bread sticks (can you say carbs?) There was a lady who was bussing tables and cursing under her breath.. She was the rudest! Reading other Yelp reviews it seems like this is a common issue. Seriously lady, get a new job... Wow! crazy that they don't have a better rating. We have eaten there twice 2016 and 2017 both times our Pizza was really good. A slightly sweet taste to the crust, all ingredients were very fresh. Employees were very friendly. Clean and good food. Maybe a little better beer selection would help. read more

I would rate 5 stars, but the prices seemed a tad high for a pizza, two drinks and a trip to the salad bar... $38 bucks... seemed a tad high? regardless - the food was fantastic. I was actually shocked when the pizza came and it was massive and had a ton of toppings.. I mean it was not worth the price, IMHO, but it was a fantastic pie. The Pizza was pretty good, we got an XL meat lovers or something of the sort and also made use of the free medium cheese pizza deal. You can't use both that and the free breadsticks deal, as I discovered when paying at the counter at pick-up, hence the 3 stars, as I then had to pay more for the breadsticks when I would not have ordered them otherwise. The food is so so. It is warm. The salad bar is just average and the atmosphere is basic. Prices are a bit much but if you are hungry and pizza is what you crave, it gets the job done. Probably better as take-out. read more

We are staying in Williams after visiting the Grand Canyon and we were so tired we decided to get takeout. The clerk at our motel recommended Pizza Factory over Pizza Hut and I could not agree more. TERRIBLE service- sub par food. First disappointment was when I tried to order a "build your own calzone" version of one their pizzas and they told me those toppings can only go on pizzas. I don't understand why if you have spinach/artichokes for pizzas that you couldn't incorporate them into a calzone. The only toppings available for a calzone where the ones offer in the one listed on the menu- so I'm not sure why there is a "build your own" option. My second choice was Baked Spaghetti and I asked to upgrade the bread from garlic to cheese bread- which then took them nearly an hour to prepare. When it came to the table the baked spaghetti was merely regular spaghetti that they had placed under a broiler to melt a measly 2 table spoons of cheese on top and dry out a large portion of the spaghetti that wasn't covered by the sauce. Though it was disappointing to not be actual baked spaghetti, I gave it a try because I was starving after waiting so long. It wasn't disgusting- but it definitely wasn't what I had in mind when I ordered and I just didn't enjoy it at all. While the rest of my party enjoyed their pizzas, I took my meal back, explained I just didn't like it and politely asked for a refund (as we didn't have time to wait another hour for more food.) The man working the register signaled a woman over who I believe was the manager, possibly the owner; I again politely asked for a refund. She did say a word to me- just let out an exasperated sigh and rolled her eyes as snatched my plate away and handed it off to someone behind her. She aggressively counted back every dollar and cent of my refund and then walked away. She never said sorry, asked what was wrong/what I didn't like, offer to make it right in anyway, or even respond when I said thank you for the refund. The place wasn't very busy and there were a lot of employees. I was told my pizza would take about a half hour. Forty minutes later I asked about my food and the guy that made it said it would be ready very soon. He boxed it and walked it over to me. He was clearly the most functional employee they had. Really good pizza. The crust is not too thick and it's nice and crisp. The pepperoni is spicy along with a slightly sweet sauce. We ordered the dinner meal that came with a large pizza, 2 salads, and 2 drinks. I had to pay extra so everyone could have salads and drinks which is ok I guess. She handed me tiny dessert plates for the salads and then I was told that their salad bar is "one trip only". For the price I paid for extra salads I would have liked to have more than 5 pieces of lettuce and a couple of tomatoes. The lettuce was brown and not a lot of choice of items for the salad, the pizza was ok but I've had better. The cashier was impatient and indifferent. More like pizza nightmare. Pizza crust was doughy and soggy at the bottom. Ingredients on top weren't fully cooked. The pasta was clearly re-heated with COLD and hot spots throughout and they skimped on the marinera meat big time. The bill was over $30.00 for a small pizza, pasta and a fountain drink.
