I was pleasantly surprised to find a good rated pizza place in this little town. Though the shop did smell amazing, the salad bar wasn't too inviting looking. It is a small town so I wouldn't expect a big salad bar. The problem came, when I ordered my medium pizza and the total came out to $25. No bread, no salad, no soda, no beer, just a medium pizza. That was kind of a shock in itself. I live in a small town as well, and the extra large pizza isn't $25. I think the extra large is maybe $22 with tax. After receiving the pizza, which did come out fairly quickly, again it smelled amazing and there were a lot of toppings, I was still disappointed. The crust was cooked perfectly, however nothing about that pizza was worth $25. The crust had almost no flavor, the sauce just tasted like salted tomatoes. I didn't taste anything in there that tasted Italian or pizza-ish. Every review site that mentioned these folks, gave them 1 or 2 $ signs, to indicate cheap or reasonable pricing. That's absolutely incorrect. They should be at least at two to three pricing signs. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this overall was a bad experience. read more

Pizza is just so-so but overall a pretty nice cleanly place. Keep an eye out on your credit card. They'll add a tip to it if your not careful. It happened to me 2 times already and had to call to get it corrected. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to friends. read more

Incredibly average. The food was edible, but I wouldn't go much further than that. Maybe it was our fault getting sandwiches at a pizza place. Subway uses far superior ingredients. The Italian sandwich looked and tasted like a bologna sandwich. The spicy sausage was microwaved. read more

Pizza was OK, just your average pizza, prices were outrageous- $56 for 2 large pizzas and one small plate for the salad bar. Service was horrible, not sure if the waitress was stoned or what but she had trouble answering my questions and didn't remember me when bringing us our pizza and there were only 3 other parties in the place. read more

Pizza is great! The crust is crunchy not soggy. Lots of fresh toppings are overloaded in a good way. Unfortunately service level is not so good. You have to be a local to even get a smile and hello. Call your pizza in and take it back to your hotel. read more

We arrived 45 mins before they closed after a beautiful day in the Grand Canyon. When we walked in, 75% of the chairs/benches were on top of the tables and the young woman sweeping the floor not so quietly said "You suck" to us. She was rude our entire visit. We felt unwelcome. Horrible customer service. They close at 10 and we arrived at 9:09. The doors were open, lights on and they said they were closed. Like really?? And then . Not even making this up. We proceed to walk out and one of the workers yelled at us for not closing the door all the way. Who does that?? Someone obviously doesn't like their life. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars... The service was fairly quick ....about 6:30pm on a sunday night. The pizza was incredible!!!! The crust was PERFECT and the toppings were plentiful! kinda pricey.. but its not little ceasars.. however... the wings..... what the hell happened with the wings? I almost wanted to go back up to the counter and ask what happened....they were mushy... decent flavor I guess.. but mushy? yuk... we didnt even finish the wings.. says 30 years on the sign... you would think after 30 years they could figure out that people want crispy wings.. not mushy... hmmm.. yeah.. was going with 4 stars.. but the more I think about the wings..gotta go 3 stars... sorry guys... go for the pizza!..... :/ read more

This place is awesome! The pizza was delicious. We got half Hawaiian half pepperoni, the pepperoni has a little bit of a kick to it but it is goood! The crust is crunchy but not burnt. Didn't have a chance to take a picture as it was gone right away. We ordered over the phone to go, and it was ready in 20 minutes as promised. They even provided plates, cheese, pepper, and utensils. If I'm ever in Williams again I will definitely come again. read more

Web menu does not match their actual offerings, vegetarian spaghetti was served with meat sauce, spaghetti with meatballs was served covered in cheese after we requested no cheese on it, and after forgetting to include the drinks we ordered and paid for with our to-go order, one of the members of our party was given complete attitude when he returned to pick them up, to include the manager. Came in at 8:00 on a Monday night had a question about there calzone the lady threw a menu in front of us pointed at there calzone section and didn't say a word and to top it all off she's the owner! Got our pizza it was okay could of gotten better at a Pizza Hut right down the street for a better price and probably much better service! Asked for a side of ranch and they charged us 50 cents and then she rung it in and said 56 cents not 50!!! They are charging tax on a small ranch, as if your pizza isn't expensive enough! Great pizza! I grew up in the town of the original Pizza Factory, and miss it so much. I was so excited to see a Pizza Factory in Williams while on vacation. I was a little concerned that it would not be like the Pizza Factory back home, since they are a franchise. But it was delicious! Just like the pizza back home. Order the breadsticks (I prefer the ranch dressing with it) and the Combo pizza, it is the best! Took the leftovers back to the hotel to eat for lunch the next day. read more

Delicious! If driving past Wiliams AZ, the Pizza Factory is a must stop for lunch or dinner. Crust had a nice density while being light and crispy at the same time - not sure how they accomplished that tricky feat. We ordered the Route 66 and the Artichoke and Garlic. Both were delicious, veggies fresh and thinly sliced on the Route 66, and the cheesy Artichoke and Garlic everything you would hope the name implies. An overall delicious pizza! Pizza was good but service was a joke. Ordered pizza, Wings, drinks. Got pizza and drinks and after 20 minutes had to ask about Wings. After another 10 minutes told them to cancel Wings. Delivered Wings and said they made a mistake so they didn't charge us for Wings. Checked our bill and we were charged for Wings. Considering it's a cafe style restaurant where one orders at the counter and sit at picnic tables, the cost is extremely overpriced! There is a reason they don't display pricing on their menu over the counter. We would have walked out if we knew how much it would cost us. A single child's size pizza was $13.00! One trip allowed to the salad bar with a medium plate was $8.00. Plus they wanted to nickel and dime us for condiments! The comments about the unprofessional or unfriendly service is 100% correct. The lady who cleans the tables and takes the order apparently has tourettes or has schizophrenia. She has got to be one of the most miserable workers I have ever seen. One example other than total rudeness and making you feel so uncomfortable, that you don't want to order again out of fear is..... I ordered anti pasta salad with "RANCH". First off she tried to convince me to just buy the salad bar, as we would have to wait 10-15 minutes or so as she had to make it. I ordered it anyways and specifically asked with Ranch. About 5 minutes or so she delivered it with Italian dressing and walked away as fast as she arrived, I was not able to ask her for ranch instead of Italian. I Then asked my 13 year old son to go exchange it. He came back with a huge grin on his face. I asked him him why, he said the lady went off, grabbed the Italian from him, Mumbled "Jesus Christ" as she walked away. She then came back with the ranch and more or less flung it at him. At least he had a laugh at her stupidity. Just sayin... This is a tourist town. Maybe Pizza factory should market her , kinda like the "Naked singing Cowboy" in NYC. I would starve before I go to this place again... After a long drive, my family and I went into this restaurant more than 30 mins before close. One side of the restaurant had all the benches put atop the tables. On the other side, only 2 tables were being occupied by customers, the most of the others had the benches put on top of the tables as well. We wanted to eat in but were told, "we are closing in 30 mins so there's only take out". She gave us a menu and I felt like I was taken hostage to place the order. While we were deciding what to order, we were being asked to place the order "now" as the kitchen is closing. Terrible attitude. So we placed our orders. We sat on one of the available benches just waiting for the pizza but this gal (whose photo is posted by Lily L - Mesa AZ; Yup. She hates her job and life or both!!) was sweeping the floor and was distinctly upset that we were waiting in her cleaning area. Gosh, we are customers. Aren't we the sole purpose for their existence? Atrocious customer service. If there was a way to put "zero" stars, I would have done so. If you like NASCAR, you will enjoy staring at the wall of fame!!! The staff was fabulous and attentive. My daughter (2 years old) was sitting on my lap. A gal noticed and asked me if she could wipe down a high chair and bring it to me. That was very kind of her!! I politely declined only because my daughter thinks she does not need a high chair. I appreciated her kindness so much though because it is rare to hear someone offer to get you a high chair or booster, none the less ask if she can wipe one down for me. Usually I have to ask for one of these items. Thank you to her!!! The pizza was delicious!! We had a sausage, onion and bell pepper pizza. It was perfect!!!! My son ordered spaghetti with meatballs and he and my daughter loved it! I tasted it and it was good. My son is extremely picky and picks they spaghetti to pick anything out he may not like. Pizza was great. They covered it in toppings. Every employee was hustling and was always friendly. As soon as customers left the table, someone was there to clean it. Salad bar was clean and fresh. The lettuce could have been cut into smaller pieces. And you have to ask for the dressing. If you want extra ranch you have to pay for it as well. read more

We had been waiting 15 minutes to order despite being the only ones in the restaurant. They took a phone order before us and said our wait would be a minimum of 35 minutes even though we were the only ones there, and we were in the restaurant before the phone order came in. I called the manager/owner the next day, and he was so rude that he hung up on me. I've never been treated so poorly in my life. Don't waste your money. Pizza has a wonderful thick crust feel but without all the dough. Reminds me of something we had in the '70s back east called New England Style Pizza (but without the sesame seeds). Beer was good - salad bar was not enticing (very sparse). The staff needs some training in people skills/customer service. All in all, I'd go back for the pizza. Great crust, a little thick around the edges, which we like. Would have given it five stars except that I realized after leaving that I got charged $3.30 for an individual soda. I'm sure it was a simple mistake. Nonetheless, the pizza was great. Side note: The staff was very friendly (not like the other reviews), though some of the clientelle had just finished a hunting trip and seemed a little redneck. My husband and I were staying in Williams overnight and were craving a carry out pizza. We had gone to a competing pizza franchise, but their wait was 40-45 minutes. We were starving and came here. We walked in, to the register, the first thing the cashier said was, "We are only doing take out pizza. No dine ins." The time was between 7-7:30PM, and I thought that was strange being that they didn't close until 10pm. Nonetheless, we were there for a take out pizza anyway, so we didn't care. We ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños. The base price for a large was $16.95 and adding the two toppings was $4.60. We used the coupon on yelp to get free twisted bread. After we paid, the cashier told us it would be 30-35 minutes. The service was less than great and I should also mention that prior to our arrival, we tried calling multiple times to order, but no over ever picked up. The pizza was also less than great. The only perk is that they used a ton of pepperoni (too bad the pepperoni was not very good). I would not recommend pizza here, nor will we ever return. read more
