Children are allowed in this brewhouse, but I found it to not be the most exciting place to bring children. The bar had two arcade-like games (a shooting game and ski-ball). The shooting game was broken but charged us anyway (a manager had to refund us), and the ski-ball was entertaining, but with the amount of kids, and there only being one machine, it was a challenge. I wouldn't call this a sports bar either. There were some TVs but nothing big or to write home about. Come here for a chill time with adults to enjoy conversation and great beer. They have a fairly large merch section in the back, with tons of great shirts and items to take home.

The frybread was crispy and pillowy, the meat was very well seasoned and the pickled red onion really brought the whole dish together. The tots were nice and crispy without being too oily. The place itself was like walking into Williams itself. Lot of wood and mountain core decor with a small creek/wishing fountain. The front part of the place is where you'll find their gift shop. There is also some games upstairs. And they sell their beers and spirits. This is a great place to spend a few hours.

They were generous with the cheese and the meats, and you could tell that they were using a very good quality meat. It was an excellent pizza. They had a couple of "Arizona gunslinger" hot sauces is on the table. I didn't care for the red sauce, but I loved the green sauce. It's a jalapeño based sauce, but the jalapeño didn't take over the rest of the sauce. It had a complex slightly sweet flavor, and not too much of a "kick". It said "smokin ' hot" on the bottle, but it wasn't all heat. The complex flavor played very well with the heat I liked it so much, I asked if they sold it in their gift shop, and they said no, but there was a shop a couple of doors down that carries it. I wish I would remember the name of the shop. It was your standard gift shop, but they had a huge selection of hot sauces available I got my bottle, and I'm glad I brought it home. I love this stuff. I hear that you can also buy it in grocery stores around Arizona. Regina was our host, and she was very helpful in guiding me through the selections and helping me choose my wines. The tasting room is comfortable and inviting. We sat at the bar, but there are also tables and chairs if you prefer a more relaxed setting. If you're hungry, you can order food from the restaurant next door, and they'll bring it right over to you. A great way to experience Arizona wines while enjoying a fun stop along historic Route 66!

Not worth it! Stay away! Their sign outside says they open at 11am. I went in at 11:15. The worker acted frustrated. She said they weren't ready yet so I said I'd wait. Gave me a rude attitude as I sat in a seat looking over the menu a guy walked in looking like the manager and asked the lady what I was doing. Neither one acted like they wanted to serve me so I left. My mom lives in Williams I made a vow I'd never give those rude people my business. But, I did return several months. Another person was working she wasn't real friendly at all. This time I tried the food! Tasting like a thawed frozen pizza crust. Whoever said they have fresh ingredients. No they don't! I'd rather eat at Pizza Hut in town and at least the staff is friendly! But, the pizza to eat in town is brick oven at The Italian Bistro. Had it several times. Awesome real friendly staff read more

I dont know what this woman problem is. My brother ordered first then my mom and I walked in and ordered a second pizza. She took my order with a whatever attitude, I tried small talk and she just gave me a half smile. Then we sat down to eat she brought the pizza and we waited for my brother and hes lady. When they arrived we started to eat and the bitch walked to our table and said. You should had told me you were eating here so I could save the boxes we looked at each other and we said sorry, we don't need any plates, she then brought plates and threw them on the table, we decided to leave, we felt targeted and uncomfortable, it was snowing and we decided to eat in the car which it wasn't fun. I recently dined at Pizza Factory, and I must say, it was a highly disappointing experience. The restaurant is poorly managed, with chaos and disorganization evident in every aspect. The most glaring issue is the attitude of the manager, who was incredibly rude and dismissive. What's even more concerning is the lack of attention to families and children. It's clear that the manager has no interest in creating a kid-friendly environment. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and there were no accommodations or considerations for young diners. Overall, Pizza Factory needs a serious overhaul in management and customer service. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially families. read more

Rude Rude Rude.. if you want to feel like your business is not wanted then visit here. I went in at 8pm on. Saturday night and the girl at the register told me that it would be an hour and a half wait for a pizza to go in which I said that is fine so she called over another girl that I assume was the manager and she said that she that my pizza would not be ready until 9 and I said ok can I I order that.. she gave me the dirtiest look and stormed away. The person who answered the phone was polite and helpful, and the pizza was made just right...hot, fresh, and exactly as requested. I had read some mixed reviews about the customer service here, so I was a bit hesitant, but I'm really glad I gave it a shot. My experience was nothing but positive.
