Stopped here on our drive back to LA from Grand Canyon - Pizza and Service was 5 STAR!!!!!!!!! AMAZINGGGG We got the western BBQ chicken pizza. we got a small as a snack but 2 people were able to share it. Flavors were perfect, crust was delicious! Although I don't see myself going to the Grand Canyon again, I would absolutely come here if I did! So good I'm sad I don't have more! Gave 4 stars because none of the workers had a mask. My tour group stopped here on return trip from Grand Canyon tour. I ordered an individual calzone abd small one trip salad to-go - wait time was given as 30-35 mins. They gave me a small plate for my salad. I noted that I was getting my order to-go and the cashier who took my order responded that I had time to eat the salad since it was a 30 min wait. I then said that I'd like to take it to-go to eat when I ate my pizza and his response was that they only had large salads to go. I asked if I could fix my salad on the small plate and get a large salad to-go container to put it in. He said he'd ask and then came back with a no. I then said that I'd pass on the salad and that they didn't have to worry about refunding me. I went back 30 mins later for my order. As everyone on my tour waa eceiving their order - even those that ordered after me, I asked for status. They reluctantly acknowledged that they has just put my calzone in the oven. I requested a full refund which they granted. They were dismissive and unapologetic. I had tipped 25% for a cashier to take m6 ordee not knowing what my experience would be. I stopped by on my way back from the Grand Canyon. My brother and I are Hispanic, so we don't look like the majority of the people or the employees that were there. And from the second we walked in there, the looks from the man making the pizza was just plain rude. His coworker had to go up to him and ask if he was ok. Next, when we got our food, we weren't given planted. My brother tried calling one of the employees as she passed by us, but she ignored him twice! Then, when he got up to go ask for plates, the other lady working there just looked at him as if he were bothering her. And finally, every customer leaving was getting some sort of good bye saying. I had only walked two steps into this place and was talked down to by a waitress by the name of Jen also known as the general manager, saying to me, outside water was not allowed and did not make any eye contact with me while stating it in a very aggressive way. Mind you this water was for my baby to make her a bottle. I proceeded to sit down and began to pull out my babies food to feed her. I was given the upmost unpleasant stares from the employees. We hadn't even sat down before the General Manager aggressively approached us about our toddler having a water cup. They stated they would get fined if we brought water into their facility. I stopped at this location on the way to the east coast. I had been to over five different pizza factories throughout California and this one was the rudest and unfriendliest of them all. They give the franchise a bad name making up their own rules regarding use the app. I had a $10. Rewards coupon which they said I could not use unless I bought something totalling $20. Which is bogus as there are no spending limits on the coupon. I use my other Rewards at all the other PF stores no problem this one the rudest manager would not allow me to use the coupon. Incredibly rude staff. I'm gluten-free and this establishment posted they have a gluten-free crust. My family came in to order multiple pizzas, including my gluten-free pizza. At the register when ordering, the staff member informed us they ran out of gluten-free crust but had cauliflower. I told them I cannot eat cauliflower crust. My husband said to me in front of the staff, "Do we need to go to another restaurant since they do not have food for you?" I said no, and that my family could order the other 3 pizzas and stay, I would go next door to a different restaurant and get food that is gluten-free there and return. My husband then ordered 3 pizzas and I went to get a gluten-free food item from a restaurant next door. When I returned with my food in a bag to sit and eat with my family, the pizzas were already at their table and my family were eating their pizzas. I sat down and a different staff member from across the restaurant said in a loud voice "No outside food. You can't eat that in here." I then turned to her and said "Are you telling me I cannot eat with my own family even though you didn't have a gluten-free pizza as you advertised?!" She completely ignored me and went and got her manager. Her manager then approached me and told me to stop yelling (I wasn't yelling) and that it was a restaurant policy that I couldn't eat outside food inside. I told her that I allowed my family to still purchase 3 pizzas from her establishment despite them not having the gluten-free pizza as they advertised and that it would be kind of her to allow me to still eat with my family. She told me again, no, and that there was a "sign" stating this rule. I then told her I was going to leave them a bad review for the trouble they're causing us, paying customers. She then said she will allow it this one time, but that's not fair that I leave them a bad review. Very sad that paying customers, who are being treated poorly, have to threaten with a bad review to get better service. I didn't eat their pizza, but I asked my husband and family if their pizza was any good. They all said it was just OK, and that for the price it cost as well as the poor customer service, there is not reason to ever return. Find yourself better pizza and better restaurant with kinder staff over this place. I highly recommend the restaurant next door, Station 66, that I purchased my food from. We came in with high hopes, craving pizza after a long drive. Ordered bacon and pepperoni, with pineapple and jalapeños on one side. When we got the pizza it looked like they had just DUMPED jalapeños and pineapple straight outta the can, they didn't even bake them in. Not a huge deal since I was in no rush, but a little inconvenient. It was pricey ($22 for 1 topping) and the large was smaller than most large pizzas (see image). We went in (10 of us) where they could have made a killing since they were completely empty, instead they looked at us as if we were aliens from another planet. When we came into the establishment my daughter was holding a bottle of water and their welcome was, you are not allowed to come in with that! What triggered us to leave the restaurant was their attitude towards us, not the fact that they didn't allow outside food or drinks. General staff was very nice. Woman we believe was the Manager (wearing camo hat with American flag) was very rude. Pizza Factor is my favorite pizza place and I only get it once a year at your Oakhurst location. We are on vacation in Flagstaff AZ and noticed you have a location in Williams AZ. We decided to make the 36 mile drive since it is my birthday. My children were very excited about the cinnamon stick desert we were going to get using the loyalty app on my birthday. The woman in the camo hat rudley said "we don't have those so we won't honor the birthday desert" despite having a cookie on the menu. She went on to explain that "she has told corporate numerous times and they don't care", my kids were obviously very upset. I asked if there was another desert she could honor and she said "nope". I explained that I'm going to lose my birthday desert, and she walked away. My family sat down to wait for our dinner and one of the nice associates came out and said "I'm sorry but she (woman in camo hat) said your kids can't have their bottles in the restaurant and there is a sign on the door, can you please put them away". Both husband and I got calzones and really enjoyed them. We havent had good calzones in a long time and these didnt disappoint. The crust was very buttery, mildly crispy and delicious like a calzone should be. You can get custom ingredients, too. The breadsticks were pretty good and came out in a healthy serving. The service was fast and we couldnt find one thing wrong with our visit. As far as the price, we paid $44 for two calzones, breadsticks, a beer and bottled water. For the size of the calzones, that was a very fair price. They were so big, I have lunch for tomorrow now. We will definitely visit if we come through again. read more

I will only say one good thing about The Pizza Factory in Williams, Arizona... the pizza is pretty good. That is the only good thing. Now how can I say, without using expletives, what I think of the service? I can't. Complete and utterly shitty service. We visited on Monday May 3rd. Of the four individuals that were working there only one was pleasant. Everyone else needs to find something in their lives that makes them happy because working here is not one of them. One of the female staff took our order. We were told it would be an hour wait for our pizza. I was okay with that considering they had a lot of orders which I can imagine were for a large group based on how many they were in the process of making. We ordered an extra-large pepperoni and mushroom with garlic on half and a bottled water. After accepting our payment, she placed two drink cups on the counter. I looked at the receipt and it said two drinks instead of a bottled water. Oh well, no big deal. She made a mistake. We didn't complain but I point this out because that is not the only mistake during this visit. We left to go have a beer at Historic Brewing. Excellent beers by the way and great customer service. They should hire that team. Anyway, we returned about an hour later. I approached the counter near the soda fountain machine so not to crowd the front where there were two separate parties ordering. I asked if our order was done. The same staff member that took our initial order asked my name. I gave it to her and she rudely said, "It's been done." "You need to get it from up front." Alrighty then! I waited my turn and was handed the pizza without her asking if we needed napkins, plates, condiments, etc. When I opened the box the pizza inside was clearly the wrong size (it was a large) and was pepperoni and mushroom only on one half with cheese and garlic on the other half. Second mistake but I understand people can make mistakes. My girlfriend returned to the counter and explained that this is not what we ordered. We were told it would be another half hour. To add, the female staff member with purple hair starting complaining to the other wait staff, loud enough for everyone to hear including myself, by stating "I know there is only garlic on half that pizza!" You were correct. "Tell her what she won Bob!" Nothing. You won nothing for your awesome customer service skills and sparkling personality. You forgot the pepperoni and mushrooms on the other half. No apologies, no offer to make a new pizza quickly and argued the entire time. Third mistake. So, the total time from initial order to when the pizza was ready was one hour and forty minutes. Really? The staff clearly likes the locals and dislikes tourists or out of towners. That fact is made clear by their behavior during the time we were there and is consistent with other reviews on this site. One last thing. Patronizing The Pizza Factory in Williams, Arizona... last mistake. I'm correcting mine. Doubt The Pizza Factory will correct theirs.
