I can't understand why this place is always packed. The pizza is absolutely horrendous. I realize that I grew up on Long Island and I am a pizza snob but seriously. Their pizza isn't good even by upstate standards. I tried it once. Couldn't finish one slice. I just picked at some toppings. Ugggghhh. read more

Tried this place, because it was only one open near my house on Sunday. My opinion, don' t do it what a rip off, I would have been better off with a hannaford pizza. Smallest 8 cut I ever saw, no sauce on pizza, pizza overcooked.....yucky! One and done for this family! Definitely the McDonalds of Pizza. read more

Recently my family and I ordered 2 pizza's, 2 garlic breads, and a large antapasta to be delivered to our home. 30 minutes later the door bell rings. We take the food and tip the driver. First thing we notice is no garlic bread. 2nd thing was the antapasta was big enough for maybe 2 people. This was not their large antapasta as we have had it before. Now the pizza's. Both pizza's were in the front of the box all squisehed together as it looked like they were carried under someones arm. I called Pizza Gram and spoke with a manager and he said "yup" the garlic bread was sitting on their counter, the antapasta was their large and that the pizza's left perfect. I asked for new pizza's and garlic bread and he told me "NO". But he would leave a note near the telephone in case we ordered again so I can get 2 free orders of garlic bread. We buy there 3-4 times a month, $60-80 per order, but he did not care one bit. Needless to say I will no longer do business with them. read more

Was there for "Parm" Night a couple weeks in a row. The first week was very good. However, very, very disappointed in the service that was provided the 2nd and third visit. The first time we had a wonderful waitress -- however, the last two times we had horrible waitresses -- we had to ask and also wait for drink refills (even though the glasses were clearly placed on the edge of the table for refills); and had to ask to have more bread brought to the table. Waited over 15 minutes for the check and then another 5 minutes or so for the waitress to bring my credit card back. I understand when restaurants are busy that the process takes longer; however, when they walk past our table and see empty glasses and bread basket - we should be asked right away if we want refills - not 15 minutes later. The parm dinners were "ok" - but the portion sizes of everything was so unequal that it was ridiculous - one salad was great - the other hardly had anything on the dish --- and the same thing was true for the chicken parms. The sauce is clearly straight from a can -- and I can deal with that when the rest of the meal is good and we get good service. I just have to say that by the time we left, I was so frustrated that I felt like I never want to go back - and that's too bad - because the chicken parm was better than average and there's a nice atmosphere --- but don't go there thinking you'll get waited on the "right" way. read more

My father-in-law used to love Pizza Gram. He'd go to Chicken Parm night with my brother-in-law and his family, and my husband and I would take him and my mother-in-law out for pizza on Friday nights for many years. Even after he became ill and homebound, we would drive past many pizzerias to bring him pizza from Pizza Gram. The night before his funeral, on a Thursday, 9 members of the family went to eat at Pizza Gram. We were told that they could not accommodate such a "large" party unless we wanted to sit at opposite sides of the restaurant. We indicated that we were willing to wait until space opened up and that we were a family in town for a funeral. It didn't matter. We were told we should have called in advance if we expected any restaurant to seat such a large group and we would have to sit separately...end of story. Two months prior they had seated 7 of us on a weekend evening without any advance warning. One last plea...again we said we would wait, that Dad had loved this restaurant and we had come to celebrate his life in a place he had enjoyed. It didn't matter. Apparently they would rather turn away 9 customers than be accommodating. We drove to a competitor's establishment, where two tables were immediately pushed together and we were treated with respect. Pizza Gram lost several long-standing customers that evening. read more

one star is even to much for this place. Today was the last time I will ever set foot in Pizza Gram. It took almost 40 mins of waiting before someone from my Party went to get a staff to even bring us drinks. They said someone would be over shortly and 15mins later still no services. The "manager" was no help gave us some excuse then Said she would find our server and never came back. Finally after getting our orders in we waited another hour to get food. I was ready to leave but the kids in the party wanted to stay. Before leaving i decided to speak to the "manager" again who was busy eating dinner. She was really rude and came up with more excuses. I would never recommend this place to anyone with a "manager" like that. She only cares about herself and could careless about her costumers. I could have eaten other places that are a lot busier but still manage to serve and respect their customers. Live and learn I guess. read more

NEVER attempt to order a delivery from them. I tried today and it was a disaster (and I work in the food industry so I am always very considerate and patient, but this time they deserve this).. I ordered one large cheese pizza around 1 o'clock today, I was babysitting two kids and didn't have their booster seats so I had no choice but to have it delivered. The man told me it would be about 45 minutes.. so I waited 45 minutes and before I knew it, it had been almost two hours. With two hungry kids I couldn't wait any longer so I called and asked about it. A guy answered and I couldn't even believe how he handled the situation. He told me that the pizza had been delivered but the driver said that he banged on my front door a bunch of times, rang my doorbell (which I don't have), and called my phone several times. I politely told him that I had been home for the past two hours and was right near the front door the whole time with my phone in front of me, and I had ZERO missed calls. I even double checked to make sure they had the right number and the guy said they did. Then he proceeded to tell me that I CAN come and pick it up if I want but they can't come back here again (which clearly they had never come in the first place and must've gone to the wrong address). He was so inconsiderate and unreasonable, I hope to God I wasn't talking to a manager because if that is how they handle business I don't know how they keep their doors open. I nicely explained that they must've gone to the wrong apartment but the guy didn't care at all, he just kept on saying that they CAN'T come back here, as if it was written in stone. I am so taken back by how I was treated that I will NEVER order from there again, they don't deserve my business. I would also like to add that this is my first yelp review ever, because I don't ever care enough to go on here but like I said, this time they really deserved it. And if the owners end up seeing this I hope they know how much of a "FUCK YOU" this was to a very loyal customer who has given them a lot of business. read more
