This has been our go to pizza place but today I was highly disappointed. Our order is nothing complicated, we order the firey flatbread with white sauce and the fireworks pizza. The flat brave is our favorite because if the white sauce, but it was made with red sauce. By the time I made it home it was already late for dinner and not worth the drive back. Then we open the fireworks pizza and the reason we get it so for the crushed red pepper flakes, no red pepper flakes. My fiancé recommended I call but when I was in the store picking up the pizzas the phone was ringing the entire time and nobody answered. Healthiest pizza place I know. Today(5/13/2025): Pizza Guys gave me the tuscany italian sausage flatbread pizza, and the green onion was embedded in the sauce. The pizza had red tomato sauce base, mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, red onions, green onions(probably embedded in the sauce), crushed red pepper, and a creamy pesto drizzle. I will come back for dessert. Earlier in May: I would like cinnamon sugar on my cinnamon twists. I ordered these Cinnamon Twists but the cinnamon sugar was not included. I left with the cinnamon twists without the cinnamon sugar but returned and they both sprinkled the old one and remade it for me. When it comes to pizza chain restaurants, I think this is my favorite one in the area. I've ordered from them a couple times (takeout and delivery), and everyone has always enjoyed their pizza. They have really good specials and are more affordable than my usual mom-and-pop pizza shops that I go to. Don't get me wrong, the pizza from the mom-and-pop shops still taste better to me; however, if I want to save some money without sacrificing too much on the taste, then Pizza Guys is my choice. Horrible customer service. We ordered pizza last night, 12/26/25. We have ordered from this location several times, but first time we experienced this unprofessional crap. Looks like some young boys working there, rude and horrible customer service. They delivered the pizza, and when we opened it, looked like it had been dropped. Children were hungry so they went ahead and ate, we called back and they said it's against policy to remake another pizza, which they had messed up. 2/3 pizza's we ordered looked like they had either been dropped or mishandled. Cheese was off, and everything. They said they would prepare 2 fresh pizzas and it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. When we arrived, it wasn't ready. They asked if we bought the pizza back, I had taken pics thankfully and we waited an additional 20 plus minutes for it to be made. No apology or anything. Wow the freaking kid with the glasses work on Saturday 5/31/2025 8:50 pm. argued with the customer when pickup a pizza for a free soda. Just bc we used (pizza guy allowed coupon) coupon he want me to buy something to make it over $25. Never ever happened before at any locations (franchises)... Manager (boss) should straight this kid how to handle his attitude in front of other's customers.!! I have ordered from this location for a long time. Today I had an order for delivery for 12:00pm just a few minutes before I got a notification they had just started cooking it. At 12:17 I started calling and no one picked up until 12:30pm. I spoke to the man who informed me that thy had alot of orders and that it is raining out. Which i totally get but I told him that if it was going to be that late, good customer service would have been to notify me in some way. I come here to order a pizza because they had that deal buy one get one free. But when I come here to picked up the pizza it doesn't even give out free soda that's what it usually comes with when you order xl. What pisses me off is they said, "it doesn't comes with 2 soda" and I said not even one bottle? when you order so much food. I only give 3 stars for the food because its good, but customer service wise is alright and not above and beyond. Besides, beware even sometimes when you purchased the xl pizza by itself they won't tell you, you get 2- liter free soda which sometime they jipped you on it and don't bother tell you. I absolutely love this place. If my kids could eat here everyday, they would! They are always so fast & friendly. We eat here about once a week, on average. (Sometimes more) Shawn is literally the nicest human being in the planet. He really went the extra mile to protect his staff and customers during the Covid-19 pandemic. I can always call when I am in a pinch & I don't feel like cooking. They usually always know who I am when I call & I just say I want the usual. I love it. If I pick up we can grab a free soda, and often times Shawn gas given us complementary ice cream. :-) When we order delivery, they guys are always super nice & fast. Every family member loves something different, and 6 hot boxes show up to my door EVERY TIME. They are generous with sauces and never mess up my orders - so rare and a nice break from Door Dash. I only order during non-busy hours. This place used to be awesome, always delivered early. Last 8 orders, 7 were late and I picked one up. I've order through yelp and another provider. The quickest I got my order was just over an hour late. On average it took 1 hour 45 mins for a pizza when I'm 5 mins away. The longest it took was 2 hours and 10 mins. I have kids and a busy schedule. Their poor timing really throws everything off. During the last order, I paid through yelp Eat24. The delivery guy tried to have me sign for another order that was 10 bucks more than my own. Mistake or not, it doesn't add up. Watch out! Food quality has always been consistent. read more

We ordered the Garlic lovers pizza, lemon pepper wings & Nutella bites everything was hot cooked perfectly and tasty. This is my normal pizza delivery spot and I have never really had any issues before until now. Two days ago I ordered a special, two medium specialty pizzas for 20 dollars. With the delivery fee, I was told that the total would be about 26 dollars. My card was processed over the phone. The pizza was delivered and during clean up I realized that I was charged 40.38 for my order. I called the next night to get a refund and the gentleman who rang me up was the one who answered. He told me that he could not do anything since the order has been closed and for me to call the manager the next morning. So here I am, on hold for 13 minutes at 11am attempting to get my money back. Still no answer. If you open at 10, you need to answer the phone. Update: 17 minutes on hold, and was once again told that they could not help me right away. They will need to talk to the owner to figure out what to do. Update 2: No call back this afternoon. I called around 6pm and was asked to wait for someone to come on the line. Heard the manager on duty call the owner right then and ask what he can do for me. He came on the line and offered me 20 dollars credit on a future order. I want a refund and was told that it was not possible -- legitimately NO way to refund my card (really?....how is that even possible?). I asked for contact info for the owner and was denied and told to call back tomorrow morning at 10am. Will update. Update 3: Finally got ahold of the owner. He began our conversation with the reason why he can't refund my card then decided to tell me that I should not have have given the deal that I ordered because that was an online only coupon and I called it in. (I am sorry, but that is not my problem.) Suggested that I was confused about how many times I called because I couldn't remember the exact dates that I called. He swore that he worked from open to close on the days that I called. He even claimed that he was on the phone with the store's bank for 2.5 hours trying to find a way to fix it (really? give me a break). After pressing him for a refund, he offered me 2 medium pizzas for free. Pizza is not a form of currency. After about 10 minutes of going back and forth, he finally offered to give me cash if I came in to get it. Finally, the problem is solved. The owner has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was appalled that after this 30-some-odd years in CS he still doesn't understand that if your team makes a mistake, especially one that deals with MY money, you need to fix it regardless of how. Just do it. You overcharged me and tried to give me food instead of my money back. Also, after the first complaint that I had, I would expect an owner of a business to take charge and fix the problem instead of letting other workers WHO DO NOT HAVE AUTHORITY to fix it, take control and waste my time. There is no fault to the worker who made a simple mistake. Mistakes happen. But the way the entire situation happened has absolutely ruined this location for me. I was fair and made my review with 2 stars before, but after the awful conversation with the owner I feel like 1 star is all I can muster. Woke up at 9:00 pm craving pizza but realized that most pizza places in our area close at 9:00. Luckily Pizza Guys are open until 10:00 so I ordered an extra large thin crust combo. Within 20 minutes I was driving home with it. The pizza really tasted great. I love how the toppings are cut in big chunks. By far the largest sausage pieces I've ever seen. Even though the store is always clean and fully stocked, the customer service is just barely at the bare minimum. Today I stopped by to get a small pizza for my lunch with a coupon. I arrived about 15 minutes after placing my phone order and my pizza was covered is so much cheese, some of it had not even melted completely. Do not order from this store- people who answer the phone are rude. There is no supervision after 6 PM so expect to wait a long time for your pizza. Our pizza was delivered to the wrong house because people don't look at the house numbers. Then on the phone the delivery driver argued with me and staff was rude. I like Pizza Guys! There are usually good deals if you book online or other specials that can't be beat. Round table is pricey and little Cesar's is not always palateable, enter Pizza Guys. They have regular, thin, or thick crust and the standard toppings. But there are also a variety of sides including wings, breadsticks, and pasta, and I think salad. I order online for pickup and if it's over a certain dollar amount, you can choose from ice cream or soda-for freeeeee! The people who work here are friendly and my order is always ready.
