Just found out they opened a new pizza guys near me, I use to go all the time when I lived in Concord so I had to give them a try. Just finished our large half Hawaiian and half cheese and it was delicious. When we went to pick it up the staff was super friendly and even gave us a bunch of free goodies while we were waiting like a reusable bag a lanyard and a coupon for free garlic bread on my next purchase. Visiting a friends house in Hayward, 0.05 miles away from this place. Called in for delivery, gentleman on the phone tells me it'll be delivered within the hour. We wait am hour and the pizza comes. Opened the boxes and the pizza feels cold. I called back and let them know the pizza got here but it's cold. The gentleman on the phone tells me it's ok because he said it will be delivered within the hour and it got here within the hour. The place is half a mile away... You do the math. read more

These guys are great! They really try to cater to you as the customer and have made those long study sessions at CSUEB a bit easier. They deliver to campus and will meet you at whichever lot is convenient for you. They can also double cut slices to accommodate more people. Don't really post alot of reviews but when you're impressed by good service and good food, why not. I usually eat lots of chicken and fish but today was my cheat day so I went all in and ordered a cheese burger pizza. That's right. A cheese burger pizza that was amazing. Ordered for delivery a large combo/veggie pizza and chicken wings on a Friday evening. An hour passed without a call or text to let us know about the delay. By the time the pizza came we were famished and annoyed. The delivery guy gave us a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi as if that would be enough to compensate for the extreme delay. To add salt to the wound the pizza was below average - the crust was dry and chewy and the toppings were minimal. I ordered from here because I wanted thin crust and my normal place doesn't do thin crust. Oh well. First Issue: I had to go pick it up, because they wanted almost $4 for delivery. My normal place is free. Second issue: I specified "No Olives", but the pizza has lots of olives. When I pointed it out, all I got was a smile and nod. Apparently, the guy didn't speak english? Decent pizza at a decent price. Two medium pizzas cost me thirty seven bucks. They were very polite and friendly. The pizzas were ready before I'd finished checking up on hurricane Irma. One review says everything is alacarte, that's simply not true, their menu is on-line. We had two combos. Another review said $30 for a small with a tip... well then that was an $18 tip! Staying in local motel, long day driving. Found them in hotel directory and was skeptical. Never heard of them. Ordered a pizza to get delivered. I ordered their "Tuscany thin" crust and white garlic sauce and four toppings...salami, artichoke hearts, mushrooms, and black olives. Boy, was I wrong. The crust is killer and both my wife and I ate it all. The pizza was BURIED in toppings, which were all fresh. It was a delight to chow down. I was told 45-60 mins (Friday nite 1830) and it was at my room in 30-odd minutes. Very impressed with the service and quality of the pizza. The team is really friendly and accommodating. They even held conversation with us while we waited. There was a small, minor mistake on our order and we were offered free ice cream for the inconvenience. Who would say no to that? The place is nice and clean inside with a few tables to sit, wait and eat. I am from out of town on business and arrived late .,.. I was tired and hungry...looked up the yelp app to eat something delivered and this was open... I enjoyed the pizza but it was not exactly what I thought.... I didn't complain but the nice manager Kumar called me back the next day to see how everything was, apologetic for the crust error. He sent me a free pizza the next day., It was actually not better than the first one. Instead of complaints i just didn't give feedback....he asked for my opinion... I have loved the Pizza Guys. However, after today, I think I'll have to find another great pizza place. I called to order pizza for my teen and friends. I'm rushed off the phone, while trying to place my order. I tell them I'm paying by card, and ask "well don't you any to take down my payment information?!" He responds with No. they can take it from you when they deliver. Okkkkkkk, never had done that before. He's about to hang up and I ask "we'll do you know where you're delivering to!? " he puts me on hold. Comes back and says he has my address. They pull up an hour later not to my front door but to my garage. This woman is holding my order with a receipt. "You don't have cash!? " no. I told the man on the phone when I placed my order. She asked for my card, takes it to a man in his car and he calls in my credit card number to who!???? Online ordering directly through the Yelp app was very easy. I ordered for delivery. I ordered a pretty generic Thick crust Large Pizza with Canadian Bacon and Mushrooms. I did like the thick crust and it was worth the extra Charge. I ordered BBQ chicken wings...10 pieces...with extra ranch...yes I paid for the extra ranch. It was a rainy day....still the estimated delivery was 45min - 1hour....it took 94 minutes....so they got that part wrong. The delivery driver said he forgot my BBQ chicken wings...but he had boneless...did I want to substitute....sure....its been 90 mins...i am not waiting again....The boneless chicken nuggets...and they were literally nuggets...cold and nasty. And it was a 6 piece...I paid for a 10 piece with extra sauce....I'll just use Pizza Express down the street....same quality without the delivery hassle and cold food. read more

Decent pies. Fairly standard as far as pizza chains go. Ample toppings, decent crust, fine toppings. Nothing to complain about, but nothing that I'd go out of my way for. The service at this particular location was very good. The guys here were efficient and very nice.
