Blob of cheese hiding hardly any meat

Workers seemed nice enough, until they served me the worse steak sandwich I ever had won't eat here again got a refund for one sandwich threw the other one away. Bread was soggy, bell peppers and onions weren't cooked, didn't get mushrooms and steak was about one ounce. Floppy unseasoned didn't taste like anything, rediculous they need to be trained to season, cook and how much food goes on the hoagie. French fries were ok, nothing to write home about, don't say you weren't warned wouldn't waste my money. My family spent $50 here what a waste.

Small CHICKEN BUFFALO minus a bite!

The half sandwich is quite generous and they followed the instructions to add no mayo. The food is also delicious. We used Door Dash and it was worth it.

Super great service! I liked how attentive they're! Food was so delicious! I will be back.

Fresh and hot but slow. They took forever taking orders. Once I did order I received my food quickly it was decent from the looks. Piping hot meat stacked nicely between soft roll size of choice. All condiments pertaining to a sandwich also provided including onions peppers and mushrooms upon request depending on your order. However, taste was not up to par. They grill so much steak my chicken sandwich tasted of cooked beef prominently. I don't eat beef at all so my sandwich was unpalatable. I assumed they cooked certain meats on separate parts of the grill but I could be wrong. If you are a not ok with cross contamination sapor of meat juices than this place is not for you.

While checking out the Round 1 within the mall, me and the gf were getting hungry so we decided to see what the food court had to offer. Having a sudden craving for cheesesteak, I suggested we try out Charleys since they had a special for a small chicken cheesesteak with fries for just $5.99. The wait in the line was ridiculously long, which I don't blame the cashier for as it was due to there being only 1 cashier and the two ladies in the front constantly changing their minds and one walking off several times to see what members of their family wanted while holding up the entire line in the process. For times like these and when business gets busy, I highly suggest management consider adding a second register so we don't wind up waiting 20mins in line. Although the hold up in the line was not something I faulted the cashier for, what I do fault the cashier for was her apparently inability to take an order down correctly. We literally repeated ourselves 5 times before she managed to get our order right. I even spoke very slowly, and deliberately, to make sure that I was enunciating correctly, and even asked my gf later to see if I was clear in my request. I get if there was a language barrier, however the cashier spoke perfect English, but was just completely spacing out. We ordered a regular Philly Cheesesteak, the above mentioned small chicken cheesesteak, two sides of fries, and a drink. The cheesesteaks themselves were decently sized, however were quite greasy and messy, and started to fall apart as soon as you start to eat it. The order of fries that came on the side was quite small, so I would really recommend sticking to the Small cheesesteak & fries combo for $5.99 if you are looking for a better value.

haven't had Charleys chicken philly recently. decided to get one. menu looks expanded. offerings: many varieties of chicken & beef phillys eats: charly chicken philly (m.7.99) -chicken pieces, lettuce, tomato, pickle slices, cheese, mushrooms, skipped mayo -better marketing. came in a box. sandwich spread eagled on a small bun. made it look better. tasted ok. chicken had no taste. grilling in plain site is a great idea. ready in minutes....

I ordered from Grubhub during my lunch break. Their estimated completion time for the order was about 1hr to 1hr and 30 minutes. It was fine, however when I got to the store after receiving a notification saying "Order is ready!" the cook kept saying they did not have my order. I showed them my confirmation and everything, then they looked at the tablet and confirmed that they did get my order and they just need to make it. They said another 10 minutes. They took more than 20 minutes. As a customer, this was so unfair because my order took more than 2 hours to complete. It was so irresponsible of them to miss their online orders. Lastly, they had no respect for the food quality. They threw everything in the box just to get me out and moving.

Half of a small philly steak sandwich.. ordered with buffalo sauce.. barely notice the grilled peppers and onions..

Disappointed with my order of a small philly cheesesteak.. I have had better but this was lunch for today.. Cant go back now.. What else is there to say other than how greedy and cheaply made or how it was served today? Maybe not the cooks fault. You pay more for less in all aspects for food now.. Idk if I want to come back and waste my time in hopes for a better experience now. Good luck.

I love all places that have a theme that sets them apart from other establishments. Especially ones that have names for their menu items that are jovial. There's ample seating and the place is fun inside, with comic books on the walls, toys displayed and bright colors everywhere it really gives a burst of dopamine when you come in. We were greeted initially by the gentleman at the counter. He was super friendly and asked if we had any questions. Idk bout yall but when we go somewhere and the person refers to you as "boss" you can kinda feel the vibe that you're gonna get good service. And it was exactly spot on. The dude helped us with questions we had and after ordering let us know he'd bring our food to us. We waited a couple mins and our food came out! Initially my first thought was "damn, they're not stingy with their portions here!" We opted for the Goku fries and a regular Deadpool sandwich. It being our first time we wanted to try different flavors. BRUH, that food smacked SO HARD! We slammed everything and kept saying, wow this is good. The ingredients were fresh, the green sauce (whatever it is) was delicious on our sandwich! We will for sure be back & tell all of our friends about this place!

We tried the Ed Edd and Eddy and the Mr. Burns. Both were really good on Dutch crunch. We also customized our sandwiches by adding pickles, banana peppers and onions. I believe the sandwich comes with the standard lettuce and tomato. Easy place to grab a solid sandwich in my opinion. Can't go wrong with any of them. We'll be back to try their fries and other sandwiches.

Although the tofu was a little dry and lacked some flavor (had to use sriracha), the chicken banh mi was flavorful and well done, though there was quite a bit of chicken. We recommend ordering ahead since there is a good amount of people coming in each morning. They take phone and online orders. This is a nice sandwich spot and they have 3 round tables with 4 seats and 4 rectangle tables with 4 seats or so. There is plenty of seating to go around.

The inside interior design is something more akin to a 7/11 grocery store, with a wide countertop displaying colorful and tasty looking Mochinut donuts with the back area for food options. The space is peppered with some two or three person tables as well, with a small display shelf helping to delineate where the line to the cashier starts. Regarding the viet coffee, this one was particularly strong, with a definite higher proportion of coffee to condensed milk that doesn't offend but also risks being a bit TOO strong (wild to say that when all viet coffee at its core is strong). Overall, it's conveniently located, but I think I might prefer to go further south for something with a more balanced taste profile.

But don't think there are multiple locations...yet. Upon receiving my sandwiches, it was wrapped in a paper with their company logo, and from a quick glance it is super similar to the Jersey Mikes logo in terms of color, so it has a real familiar vibe. No hate just an observation. This used to be another restaurant (maybe even several) on the edge of an industrial zone/business park, but also not too far from several shopping strips. There's spacious seating inside, but in the later afternoon when I went, nobody was eating in. But quite a few take-out and third party pick-ups. I even saw a poster showcasing their catering aspect for common work lunches on the company dime. Good for them. Niles Canyon ($14.50/4*) I opted to up this to their combo meal which includes a bag of chips and a soda for another $5. So this was easily a $20 lunch meal without tipping yet. Pricey yes, but not because they are pricier than most, but that is just the going rate for eating a meal outside these days. $15 - $20 per person are common and anything under $15 is now considered cheap eats and getting harder to run into. This sandwich had slightly warmed up deli turkey that when stacked with the swiss cheese slices, kinda softened the cheese. It wasn't ooey gooey but the cheese wasn't firm and cold either. There was another layer of prosciutto as well which wasn't too noticeable but did add another dimension. I chose to go with the full produce choice, as I love the freshness of veggies to go with meat sandwiches. There was also a layer of fresh avo slices which lent a creamy richness to the bites. I tried one of their sliced breads to go for this sandwich, as I tried a sourdough roll for another sandwich that I got to-go for my work lunch the next day. That way I got to sample their bread offerings. Their sliced marbled rye bread is thick sliced, very soft and moist with a good bread chew. They use a good bread supplier for sure. On top of mayo and mustard which is common, they also put their Bomb Sauce which seems like a garlic-y spread of sorts. I can definitely smell it, but the taste isn't overly strong. I'd say super similar to Mr Pickles. Prosciutto Sandwich ($13/4*) This was an all-cold traditional sandwich. I took a couple of bites there to see how it was fresh from the counter, and I ate the rest the next day at work. I gotta say I liked it better the next day as all the flavors melded more together. Even tho the veggies get a bit mushier, I've always liked a well dressed salad sensation in sandwiches, kinda like a Muffeletta sandwich where it is refrigerated overnight, meant to be eaten the next day. Their prosciutto isn't the old school imported version, or at least I've never had one quite like it. I'm assuming a domestic version, even seemed more like cappicola to me as I sensed a tinge of fennel up in there. So pretty satisfied with my first visit. I'll definitely get sandwiches here again for work or day trip lunches. Pretty much on the same level as Togo's or Mr. Pickles, but just more local. With sandwich names as The Quarry Lakes, The Decoto and The Dumbarton, just pulls on my local lovin' heartstrings. Props.
