Been buying gluten free pizza (both cheese and the California Veggie) for over a year. Was able to take out yesterday. It's a cute place with lots of screens, and I could see how it would be fun to eat in here as a group. I asked the person who prepped the pizza if they use the same pans for both gluten free and not and she said yes, cause the heat kills the germs. Not celiac safe. My husband and I love coming here. It's our new favorite pizza place. The food, service and ambiance is wonderful. We try to come every other weekend, sometimes more. The only complaint is the floor. Got pizza here as I was staying in my semi truck across the street at manheim waiting for a pickup and it was the only thing close enough to walk to. Ordered over the phone and picked it up. Had a good bar style vibe inside so had good hopes. Then the came the Guy at the counter. He was rude and dismissive. Asked for some plates and napkin and he gave me 1 plate and 2 napkins. Went up to counter as I hung up phone. Ordered the lunch deal. Comes with pizza, drink and salad. She right away tells me there is no sharing. I will eat the salad that my granddaughter does not want. She said no sharing, well never going again after so many years and much money spent. Have me all un cooked from one side had to go back again , they re - cooked The food when I came back home still it was same thing . In support of our son's school fundraiser we tried to order pizza here. It looked good with the reviews and pics and we were excited to try. Our experience is based off of the customer service aspect. I placed an order and the employee answered took my order and address for delivery but said I'll call you back for the total. That was odd but I wasn't worried yet, I waited 20 min before calling back trying to confirm my order. She stated yes it is ordered. 1.5 hrs later I call and asked for an update, the next employee then stated it would be another 45-1hr. I've never had a pizza delivery take over two hours to receive. This place should not do fundraising if they are not prepared for the uptick of orders. Whoever the management/owner is... they did not prepare the poor employees for this fundraising event. We came here to watch the basketball game, but to my surprise a bunch of people were watching the UFC fights. We ordered two small personal pizzas and an appetizer to share. The food total was about $35 without tip and we bought thought it was pricey. I wanted to find out why it cost so much, but the lady didn't want to give me a receipt showing the breakdown. The wait for our food was extremely long. I understand pizza takes a long time to make, but even our appetizer took forever. We waited 40 minutes for all our foods to come and it wasn't that great. I had asked for extra pineapples and it didn't seem like they honored that. After eating, we wanted to check our the arcade in the back. We were disappointed at it, it was super small and only one machine worked. Overall, it's a nice place to watch the game. It wasn't at all too crowded. There's also a spot/room for celebrations. The gal that was working tonight was a pro at what she does! I really do have to say. With that said, I ordered 6 buffalo wings with Ranch and blue cheese and a medium "works," Pizza with extra pepperoni. Honestly, not the greatest of pies or wings. Spice level was good but the wings were just middle of the road. The pizza though! Oh man...so much flavor and taste packed into a circular food. The pizza was good and I would say it's worth a try but make sure you asking how long delivery will be if your going that route. I have been inside and they have always been nice.
