UPDATE: within a couple hours of my review I was contacted by Farah from Pizza Guys who apologized for the mistake. She said it clearly wasn't thick crust and apologized for the mistake. She credited my account with a free large pizza for the error too. Pizza Guys went above and beyond to correct a mistake. Nice to see a business working hard to keep their customers happy. Will definitely go back to support them. Original review: Decided to try out Pizza Guys after reading some reviews. Pizza was real good. No complaints there. Topping were generous. And there were lots of signs pointing to freebies. I also thought it was interesting to be able to pay on an iPad off to the side. My one complaint, which is why I only gave it 4 stars, is related to the picture. One of the pizzas was ordered with "thick crust" for another $2. Care to guess which one has the "thick crust"? Wow! It's been quite some time since I've had excellent pizza!!!! Greg T. and his beautiful wife invited me to join them for pizza tonight and I was amazed!!! The breading was delicious and not doughy, the topping tasted fresh and of great quality. Not overly greasy (it's pizza, there will be grease). The salad was also fresh and tasty. I cannot review the place for ambiance or my customer service because I didn't place the order and the food was delivered. I will say that the T.'s seemed extremely pleased with this businesses' customer service. I will visit this pizzeria soon and update with my experience. Great customer service, pizza was ready earlier than expected (pretty good for a Friday night), and I got the option of a free 2-liter soda or ice cream because my order was over $20, what a steal! However, pizza was lackluster at best. I really wanted to like this place because of the reviews and the amazing customer service but my pizza didn't look very appetizing and unfortunately it didn't taste that good either. I got one pepperoni pizza and it was bland. I think my issue is that the crust was so thin and there was little to no taste in the pizza that it reminded me of elementary school pizza days. Like the type of pizza you only eat because its free (somehow that type of pizza always tastes the same to me). I say go here if you want to talk to nice people but not actually eat pizza. read more

The cheeseburger pizza drew me in and the breadsticks won me over! The cheeseburger pizza tastes exactly like a cheeseburger and a pizza had a magical food baby (shocker I know). Unlike other ones I've had, the meat is still tender, not at all tough and chewy. The onions add a nice crunch and sharpness and the sauces work well together. And the diced tomato add a great freshness. The jalapeño breadsticks were a last minute addition and they made it fresh in front of us super fast. The texture is super chewy, and they brush a garlic sauce on the breadsticks before adding the cheese for an extra dimension of flavor. The service was also super friendly and the cashier reminded us that we qualified for free soda or ice cream! The website to order was easy to use and had clear instructions and customizable options. It is a bit pricey compared to Pizza Hut or pielology/blaze/mod/pizzarev. But this kind of specialty pizza is far different from anything you can get at those big chains! As soon as I placed the order I received an email confirmation and a time when my pizza would be ready to pick up. I got there about 5 minutes before my estimated pick up and it was ready to go (which was a plus since I was starving lol). As soon as she opened the pizza box I knew it was gonna be delicious, just by the amazing smell of the pizza & how scrumptious it looked. When I picked up my pizza I had miss placed my wallet and he walked me through using Apple Pay Ive never used it so I needed help and the gentleman was nice about it I didnt feel rushed. Had a free large specialty pizza coupon and we decided to use it. It was only for online orders, so we placed an order for 3 large specialty pizzas. Website is easy to use, and is really easy to place your order. Majority of the pizzas have a thin crust option which is nice. Only after placing the online order I found out to my dismay that when you order one online you get one for free!!! So that means for the 3 pizzas we're only paying for 1. So I was kind of hesitant since they already gave me one price after I checked out already. Getting there I asked to speak to the store manager about the possibility of price reduction. I forget his name, but whoever was the store manager on tuesday night (9.4.18) was fantastic!!! He was really nice, didn't make a big problem about reducing the price. Was friendly and conversative but at the same time professional. Shoutout to him!!! For sure!!! The pizzas themselves were ok. Better than most chains but not as good as the first pizza I ordered in the past. I ordered their creamy pesto chicken, garlic lovers as well as spinach garlic chicken. I am not a fan of olives or artichokes on my pizzas FYI. We also got their free cheezee garlic bread for ordering online. It was thin pieces of bread, definitely cheezy but unfortunately no garlic flavor... so I'm very satisfied with the customer service I recieved and will be back again in the future. I first heard about Pizza Guys through a Yelp Elite event and have been back twice. For a take out service, the quality of the pizza is excellent. They don't cheat you out of your toppings like most of the chains, and always have you visually verify your pizzas at pickup. There are lots of interesting specialty pizzas. I'd like to try them all eventually, but I have ordered the same thing twice in a row--Hawaiian Delight and Pizza Brother Combo--because I like them so much. I keep forgetting to take pics because by the time I get home I am a greedy piggy and immediately start stuffing my face. So next time, I will try to exercise some self control and take pics before diving in. read more

My experience started when I called in my order. My call was answered promptly and warmly. I had some questions about toppings and the whole ordering process took about 5 mins. It was really hard to select one pizza because they have a lot of great selections. I opted for the spinach chicken garlic pizza, without the artichoke hearts. The pizza was delicious and it was ready as soon as I got there. It was not overcooked the cheese was perfectly melted, which as a pizza connoisseur I hate when my cheese is dry and overcooked. The flavors matched perfectly. They even had a thin garlic crust which was almost like eating a flat bread stick and it was phenomenal. It's definitely on my places to go back and try some other pizzas There is plenty of parking at their location, but they have a very small eat in portion. One downside was that if you are using the yelp app or an Apple phone for directions it will actually take you to the suite across the street by the Starbucks. So I had a difficult time finding their location and had to call again. They were so helpful in getting me turned around where I needed to be. when I mentioned it to them they were totally aware and said they've been working on it really hard to make sure that it gets updated. Best pizza I've had in a while! Staff was welcoming and friendly. Restaurant was very clean. The lady at the register gave us the specials of the night and showed us the menu. We settled on 2 lrg's, a 1 topping pepperoni, and a specialty garlic chicken artichoke. It was $27.99 plus tax, husband paid so I'm assuming it was around $30 after tax. We were also given a free pint of ice cream for spending over $20. We waited approximately 10min and pizzas were ready. The gentleman showed them to us, and gave us some paper plates, hot pepper, and cheese/napkins. It took us 15-20min to get home, pizza's were still hot and tasted delicious. We will be ordering again for sure. The only downside is that they don't offer soft drinks, so bring your own or take pizza home. Definitely a great place. read more
