The owner of Pizza Guys reached out to me and asked me to re-review their product after having the chance to make the order to my specifications. So like a Judge handing down a verdict in a controversial case, I will do so judiciously. Ordered a half and half specialty pizza: Half all meat (no salami), half texas bbq chicken, well done. The dough: 2 out of 5 The pizza sauce: non-existent in this round (I did not request easy sauce, they just went easy on the sauce) The toppings: Pepperoni: tastes like all-beef, does not crisp up 2 out of 5 Sausage: was not tasty at all (not good at all) 0 of 5 Bacon: Bacon is bacon 3 of 5 Salami: I told them not to put it on there, it was on there overpowering the pizza. 1 of 5 Cheese: hmmm it was there, but not as a delicious pillar of the pizza, it was just there. 2 of 5 I can state that I didn't enjoy something, but that's just my taste buds, so lets compare this pizza to an equivalent in the category I call: "higher priced pizzas" In this category, the pizza is higher priced and usually gourmet or mom and pop style prep. Red Devil (in Upland on Foothill) has consistently won this category for quality of toppings and overall finished product. Pizza guys fails, but I cannot codify this into a single point of failure, is it the cheese? is it the toppings, is it the dough, maybe it's all of the above. Even if this pizza were $5 for a large, I would not even drive across town to pick one up. TL;DR Not the goods, even if it were lower priced I would not make the effort to buy one. update: I left the pizza box on the counter and ants got into it, but they would not touch the pizza, repeat! the ants would not touch the pizza, the ants like everything even the cat food, but they won't have anything to do with the pizza, what does that tell you? read more

This is the 2nd I have ordered from here. The first time was when they first opened and it was amazing. Tonight I ordered through Uber eats and my pizza was blah and lacked any taste besides grease. There was hardly any cheese on it and some pieces literally it's bread and sauce. It was hard to tell if the piece had no cheese or the cheese was orange from the grease. I have never had to seriously try to pick up the cheese to see if it's on the slice or just grease. Most slices it was grease. I gave it 2 stars since they use to sell really good pizza. read more

Pizza Guys moved into my neighborhood maybe a year ago. It replaced another pizza place that my family was not particularly fond of. We had never heard of Pizza Guys before but the positive change they made to the physical appearance of the suite they now occupy called to us so we decided to try them out. I wish I could give Pizza Guys 6 stars, they are that good. The pizza is fresh and delicious, the toppings portions are generous and the wings are amazing. The cheesy bread is my very picky little guys favorite ever. I have heard some say that Pizza Guys is pricey but the quality is definitely worth it. Now let's get to customer service. Can I say a 10?! You will not find better customer service even at some sit down restaurants! Pizza Guys has quickly become our favorite pizza place and that is not an easy feat! Very impressed by their level of customer service! I went there for the first time today and we ordered a carry out pizza and two personal pizzas for my kids. They gave us a free pint of ice cream for the pick up which was awesome! And they were awesome enough to also honor their checkout deal as well! Very happy with the service!! Came here last year after finally finding the name of the place. I had one by me on Riverside Ave. but it closed around the late 2010's and always enjoy it as a kid so when I drove all the way to get it and brought it home and I was definitely not disappointed and quite honestly it was worth waiting in traffic for....
