I had ordered from this place a week prior and 2 times before that they always came to my door. I spoke with Tim who seemed to have a dismissive attitude towards what I was explaining. He said it's store policy not to come in the gate, do I want my food or not? He said it didn't matter what I told him. He was very rude. I ordered a pizza on the app and it asked if I wanted plates, napkins, cheese and peppers with my order and I clicked all of it, with the discount code my pizza cost about 20. I tipped 20% and with tax I paid over 27 dollars. When I got to the store, I asked if I could get my soda because I picked up, they said my order had to be over 25 dollars to qualify. I was very disappointed to hear this because I spent over 27 dollars and when I was handed my order, they did not give me any plates, napkins, cheese and peppers. I give it 4 stars for the pizza and 1 star for their ordering system. Do not order through a 3rd party i.e. Yelp, grubhub, and so forth. Order from their own online site or else no pizza for you when you get there. I'm at work craving for pizza and its the closest to me. I called in an order for a medium pepperoni and sausage pizza. They said 15 min and so it was 15 minutes, very good on that part. It was slow, with three workers. The total came out to 10.85. I brought it to work and it looked piping hot and scrumptious, but I was so dissapointed when I seen the sausages! There was barely and sausages. I felt like I was taken for my money being charged on an extra topping. There was maybe three sausages on each slice of pizza. Wish i got what i paid for. The location is very clean, despite the outside being littered with trash. They manage to keep their food areas clear of any trash or unused boxes. I absolutely love their pizzas. The lady recommended I get it double cut (cut into more slices) and well done for my husband since he don't like soggy bread. In addition, we ordered 12 piece boneless chicken and 2-liter crush soda. I only live 1.9 miles from the location. I even got a confirmation e-mail! Literally 45 minutes later, at the time the pizza was supposed to be arriving, I get a casual phone call from the store. "We don't deliver to that location." Okay, but I already paid for it in full. "Oh I will void out the transaction and it will go back onto your card in 5-10 business days." 5-10 business days, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! They had NO problem taking $30 out of my account, and then waiting 45 full minutes to tell me they don't deliver less than 2 miles from their location. I am beyond pissed. They could have called me 45 minutes ago and NOT charged my card. Better yet, they can fix their website so people don't think delivery will actually happen (again, 1.9 miles from their location). I ordered online to give a friend's 8 year old daughter a surprise birthday dinner. I ordered at 3:30PM and the online confirmation said delivery would be at 4:17. It was 4:45 and I still hadn't received a text from my friend so I assumed the pizza hadn't been delivered. I called the store and when they looked up the order, the girl put me on hold and came back to say that they require ID upon delivery. I started to explain that I could email or text her a copy of my ID when she interrupted me and said they are letting it slide this time but they won't be able to do it again. I said fine, I won't be ordering from your store again. Not only was the pizza over 30 minutes late, but I ordered cookie dough ice cream to go with it. The delivery driver forgot the ice cream and called my friend to ask what kind she had ordered. I added the ice cream without telling her so she had no idea what he was talking about and couldn't understand his English anyway. Instead of calling his store to confirm the order, (or maybe checking the order receipt he probably didn't have) he stopped and picked up the wrong ice cream. For the record, it wasn't until after I placed the order that a note popped up on the receipt saying my ID would need to be present for the delivery driver. But the manner in which he spoke to me was very rude and unkind he demanded that I return the pizza and I explained to him that my children ate half of it he was clearly unhappy with that but said he would still send out a pizza and he would be expecting to get half back. I have no idea how many orders have been delivered to my house and office. I've had nothing but excellent and prompt service. The one time they put hot peppers on my Mexican Taco pizza they immediately brought me a new pizza to replace the one I couldn't eat. One afternoon their driver was hit broadside after leaving my house. I called to inform them that he was injured in a car accident and they called back to make sure I had received my order before the accident.
