New location! Quite possibly some of the worst pizza I've had! We called in to order and were greeted by a rather short tempered girl that didn't offer any sort of help/ suggestions. While picking up the pizza, that same girl was drinking a redbull out of the fridge dedicated to customer drinks (2 liters, etc). The pizza itself has no flavor and is very dry :/ We also ordered ranch on the side that ended up all over the place. The only thing this place has going for it is the cheap prices. The service is not good, all of the employees are just running around like chickens with their heads cut off. I tried calling in my order and the phone does not work. I could not hear anything and then they hung up on me. I only went there because I got coupons in the mail and the cashier didn't believe me when I told him a 2 liter soda came with the coupon and had to double check his own coupon pamphlet. The ambiance and vibe of the place is poor too, the cashier did not speak loud enough and was not welcoming, The food is horrible too. I got a pizza and the party platter. Burnt, dry, oily, not enough toppings and the chicken tasted weird. I will not be coming back here even with coupons. read more

Very clean environment and GREAT pricing! We came in with our kids who noticed the pizza signs while being in the area. The lunch special was a personal one topping with a soda for $6.95! Customer service was good. Employees were nice and helpful. Place was superbly clean. But the pizza was bad. It was the same quality pizza you get at let's say giant pizza or famous pizza or pizza guys. They bought a franchise and pump out low grade pizza. But the worst part is when I took the pizza in the car from pickup it smelled horrendous. Usually pizza smells good and you can't wait to get home. This smelled horrible. I deduced it was the pizza box. The hot pizza on the overly chemically treated pizza box. I removed the pizza from boxes at home to test this and yes the boxes smell horrendous. Especially when warm. Threw away most of the pizza. Whoever bought this place didn't care about pizza. Just making money but they won't make as much as they could by having a decent pizza and pay extra for good boxes. read more

I've been coming here for 12 years. Have never ever had an issue. I called today and ordered a personal Hawaiian. First I was told they can't do personal only small. Confused I asked why. I've ordered this several times before. It's my go - to. Finally the girl said fine we can do it and repeated the order to me. This time she mentioned white sauce. Again confused I clarified I wanted red sauce. She said Hawaiian comes with white. Never have I had it this way. So I asked for red instead. We finished the order and she repeated it again I again clarified red sauce pineapple Canadian bacon. When I went to pick it up, I took a quick glance but didn't notice until I was home it in fact had white sauce. So disappointing, not a flavor I typically enjoy. The worst thing you guys should do when somebody's ordering you should let them know that it's a four dollar charge to be delivered. I just looked online to see that you guys charge 450 but that you guys should let people know. Delivery fee is four dollars and not them look on the receipt when you get their food that's common sense Then pay attention to somebody says they want white sauce instead of red. An order was canceled within 6 minutes of being ordered due to the fact that the food had an estimated delivery of 9:38pm. The food was order at 7:40. I called and cancelled it at 7:47pm. Too late for pizza delivery. They cancelled my order but would not refund my money because they made the pizza in 6 minutes they claim. Be careful doing business with slimy business owners. As a business owner you should always honor the business with the product and or the refund for satisfaction. Refusing to issue my refund because you're upset someone changed their mind on the business with you shows a lack of business, you shouldn't need my money that bad what else is going on over there??? Exactly like a classic generic pizza, and in a good way to be frank. Good cheese portions. Staff is good. Inside is pretty darn clean.

We did online order for 2 xl pizza, medium cheese and a 10 piece of wings. When I got home and opened the wing box, it was chicken strips instead of wings, it costs more for the wings too, I was too tired to go back so we just ate it. But other then that, the pizza was good. Next time, I just have to check my wings box before I leave the place. read more

Found out about this place during my pregnancy, their personal sizes is what I order alot and I've been going here for almot 3years. The best pizza I've tasted. Our family favorite is the bbq one and the ranch one. Their service is great. My brother in law bought 4 S-Large pizzas from this place and total came out about $160. I think it's a pretty good price because the pizzas were big portions plus after covid everything went up so expect it not to be as cheap as it used to be. My brother in law says the service was good and the place is clean. I would need to come in person to be the judge of that but I trust him. The pizzas he ordered were combination, chicken bacon, meat lovers, and cheese. The pizzas were hot and fresh. It didn't taste like cardboard like most pizza restaurants nowadays. I've been a customer of pizza house for years. At least 10+ years. Back then, they would've gotten a solid 4 stars. Now, it is a 2 due solely to the customer service. Like other reviews have stated, customer service is lacking and hit or miss. It seems like it's getting a bit worse. Whether it's over the phone or in person, they never sound happy when taking your order. The vibe I get is they don't want to be there and don't want to help costumers at all. I recently put in an order for here over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. We got there 35 minutes after putting in the order and it wasn't ready. So we waited... And waited... And waited... And saw people come in and out with their orders. After waiting almost 30 extra minutes, we walked up to the counter and were ignored for another 5 minutes as the workers continued to help new customers that had walked in. One of the workers walked to the back and didn't even tell us he was checking in our order. Turns out it was ready and he boxed it up for us and gave it to us. The quality of food is still good. It's also still cheap. Can still get 2 x-large 2 topping pizza for about $25. We still get a free soda when we pick up in person. I believe the minimum threshold is $12 now (don't quote me). I'll go here once in a while now. If you call in your order for pick up, expect a pretty long wait since they are usually very busy. read more

Worst customer service ever! After ordering, they said the large pizza will be ready in 20 mins so I waited 30 mins before I got there and the pizza was still not ready. The young girl with brown curly hair told me that it will be ready in 3 mins. I paid, then sat down for them to call me when it was ready but they didn't. After 20 mins of waiting, I went up to check on my pizza but the two young boys didn't even acknowledged that I was up there so they kept talking and ignored me. I had to tell them I had a question. I asked them to confirmed if my order was ready because I wanted to make sure if the young girl said 3 mins or 30 mins? The young boy looked down from the counter, picked up the box of pizza, threw on the counter and said, "it's been ready and you get a free soda with it." I told him, "if it was ready, why didn't he call me to pick it up?" He looked at me confused. Then the young girl shows up, I told him the young girl told me it would be ready in 3 mins., which she did confirmed. Then, I repeated myself. Why am I going home with cold pizza if one of the worker knows that I am waiting for my pizza? It's not like I came late and my pizza was waiting for me. They couldn't own up to their mistake, the young boy started mumbling some unrelated excuse and the young girl was speechless. They didn't even apologize for their mistake or offer to fix the issue that a customer was having with their poor service. It could have been easily corrected but they did not show any concerns to how the customer was feeling. I just wanted to put it all behind me so I asked for 4 ranch just to leave the issue alone, but he wanted to charge me after he gave me poor service. Because I had already paid for my order, I took the cold pizza home and microwave it! I did not enjoy that pizza. This event was so upsetting especially on a Saturday night! The workers have poor work communication, lack of customer service, lack of work training, lack of unprofessionalism. I understand there are young children employed there but at least train them on customer service skills if they are going to be working in client relations. I hope the workers read this and improve their customer service skills and learn that "the customer is always right." read more

Today I ordered two large pizzas and discovered a piece of metal in one of the slices while chewing. This could've been fatal given the pointy end. We will Not be back. My husband ordered for pick up. When went to pick up the staff did not wear masks. There where children inside not wearing masks. My husband observed one child putting a necklace in his mouth, and spinning it on the counter, putting it back in his mouth , taking it out and and spinning it again.
