I got to give a recognition to this place for being the only pizza shop open on Christmas day. This place has decent pizza for reasonable prices. We ordered two XLG pizza one combination and one with sausage and pepperoni. I got to admit that the combination pizza had more sausage than the meat pizza. The meat pizza looked like it was a pepperoni with a few dots of sousage. The taste of the pizza was alright but I was not a fan of the dough since it was tasteless. There are other better pizza spots in the area. They have good online deals and if you pick up your order you get free ice cream or a soda. read more

Just tried this place, what is left of what I ordered is actually still sitting on my table! I love it super super good! The food was a good price, the pizzas were so good! The sauce is light and not over powering like many other places. The "cinna twists" are basically churros (a Mexican Sweet Snack of deep fried flour with lots of sugar). But they are still good, duh I am a fan of churros. The delivery was fast, which is always a plus! Phone services was good as well. Recommend!! read more

The pizza was good and the customer service was very nice when I arrived to pick up my pizza. Maybe my judgment is very high because I have eaten pizza all of the US and this world and I have had some wonderful pizza in places like Bangkok, Chicago, Houston, and Montreal. read more

The pizza is a 5, but the restaurant itself is a 2. There is very little room inside. The only things I've tried here are garlic sauce pizza with chicken, bacon, and mushrooms, and a cheese bread, and they were fantastic. read more

Horrible customer service, I had paid for extra dipping sauces aside from the ones I was suppose to get for the wings. As soon as I realized the delivery guy forgot them (2 min max) I called the restaurant and woman over the phone said he could come back. 15 min pass by and nothing, I call again and was told it would be an extra 15 min. Quick, clean, and definitely a step up from your standard Pizza Hut or Domino's. There's also a nice selection of pastas and salads to go along with the pizzas. Taking orders via Yelp is also a big plus, as I forgot my wallet today.. read more

Wow. I'd give zero if I could. Here's the timeline: 6:30 - Order pizza. Confirmation says 7:38 delivery. 8:00 - Call, ask about my pizza. They say 5-7 minutes. No apology, not even apologetic. 8:20 - Call again, they say he's "on his way". Still, not even *slightly* apologetic. I tell them it's now 40 minutes late and I want a refund. Phone person says "Fine. It'll be on your card in 24-72 hours." Hangs up. 8:25 - Pizza guy calls me, says he's outside. 8:26 - Pizza guy calls back, says he's been instructed not to deliver the pizza. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars, would not recommend to anyone. I live ~5 minutes away from their location, so the delivery being 40 MINUTES late is insane. Add to that the complete f-you attitude expressed by their staff, there's nothing that could make me try to eat here again. read more

I have been coming to this place for a few years. My first job was at a pizza hut then later on i worked for extreme pizza. Extreme pizza is good but its too expensive. I've tried Dominoes and it good but too greasy for me. I have tried little cesars and its ok for the price. But my go to place to enjoy with the family in pizza guys. I am a regular and always get the combo pizza. The price is great for us. I love that the place is always empty when we go eat there. I don't like their pizza shaped plates. I am always looking for new places to try pizza but I still keep coming back here because its close, delicious, and affordable. read more

We had been ordering consistently here, and there pizza was fine for the most part, but we ordered one recently and got incredibly sick from it, vomiting and such (won't go into details) for literally 24 hours after. We know it was the pizza as we didn't eat anything else and we're only drinking clean water. We called and the manager refused to take accountability for the food poisoning or compensate us for the price of the pizza. We will definitely never be buying from here again and are telling all our friends to avoid Pizza Guys unless they want to risk food poisoning. Yuck yuck yuck! read more

Pizza guys gets a solid "meh". Not good, not bad, but certainly food. We ordered a pizza cooked well done and some bbq wings. The pizza was barely cooked through, requiring us to cook it at home for an additional 10 minutes or so. The wings were, I don't know, kind of weird. They were swimming in bbq sauce, but only half of them actually had sauce on them. In spite of this, they were actually quite soggy and rubbery. The flavor was ok, so take that as you will. They delivered before the quoted time which rarely happens, so you know, yay. If you're in the mood for mediocre food and you want it relatively soon, look no further! read more

I was in the area with my girlfriend. Wasn't to sure if we would find any good spots to eat. We didn't wanna go to any of the fast food joints. The staff greeted us and helped us right away. We ordered and the pizza came out really quickly. It was very good, I'm going to get extra mushrooms next time. The dough was soft yet crunchy. Overall my experience here was positive. TLDR: Incompetent and Rude, Stay Away. Probably, the worst experience I've had for delivery anywhere. The customer service is very friendly, fast, and great. Love their Jalapeno bread cheese sticks. Everything tastes fresh.

I have never had problems with them until tonight. The driver sat outside in the car more than five minutes my order was late. I had to call to see what was going on then to be insulted by the driver who accused me of drinking and attempt to throw my food at me all the time while on the phone with his employer. I'm from San Jose but I am working for a friend of mine before I go on my trip. I wanted to eat something good last night and watch a movie. I looked around for a few pizza places but this one was my choice. I picked it because of the guy that stated he gave these guys a 1star for leaving flyers in his door. Persistent, I like that, I own a business too. As far as the pizza and customer service it was really good. Rick was the guy who helped me and he had a great personality. This review is for their costumer service. Last night was the second time we have ordered from Pizza Guys. Honestly, only reason I ordered again was because I had coupons that came with the first delivery box. The pizza itself is alright although it is a little expensive. The 2 star rating is not for the pizza, but for their customer service. Especifically the delivery man, Paul. The first time, he was very nice! But this second time, it was around 915pm and I came out in a black fleece robe and my house slippers. Paul made me feel very uncomfortable by making a comment questioning whether or not I was wearing any clothes underneath and something about leaving it to the imagination. Regardless, my husband and I tipped him $10, (we work in the tipping industry so we know what its like to work for tips). Unfortunatelly, we will never order from Pizza Guys again. read more

Pizza Guys as a chain is a very good comparison point for other pizzas out there, not because it is exceptional, but because it familiar enough to everybody by now. The pizza is certainly good enough to satisfy that greasy hole in your stomach that only a pizza can fill, but not so good that it would change your life. I've had nothing but good experiences from this location and have been ordering from them every now and again for years now. read more
