Service was great. The cashier and gal that made my pizza was really friendly. I drive by these guys all of the time. It was late and I didn't feel like cooking so I stopped in. I didn't now that they offered delivery or that you could call in your order so I had to wait. Only about 15 mins. We ordered a cheese pizza with pineapples on half with an order of boneless wings and teriyaki sauce. I was astonished that my son ate half of the pizza! Obviously he liked it! The wings were good and my pineapple cheese pizza was good. Nothing spectacular, but then again we didn't order anything spectacular. They do have more "sophisticated" pizzas though! Feeling a bit depressed, I wanted to be like Kevin in Home Alone and order a large cheese pizza all for myself. I'd never had Pizza Guys before so I was really putting the future of my mental health in their hands. Aaaaand, they delivered. Literally and figuratively. The online system said 45 minutes. He was here in about 20. The food I am currently stuffing my feelings with with is splendid. Tip: Put a tip (I am hilarious, amirite?) $$$ on there when you order. You cannot write one on the receipt when the driver arrives. Luckily I had some cash and ran out to the driver before he could drive away. When a beautiful young lady texts you late at night saying she's curled up in bed, unable to move from hunger, what do you do? You get her some goddamn wings, that's what. I placed the order around 9:30PM using the Grubhub app. Initially it was for delivery but when the app informed me they couldn't do it, I switched to pick up instead. Panic mode kicks right after the order is confirmed -- the app tells me Pizza Guys is closed and I could pick up the order at 11AM the following day! I called Pizza Guys directly and a polite young man informed me not only were they open till 11PM, they were getting my order ready. A quick 15 minute drive over and there's the lady's delicious-smelling food. I noticed they packed the salad separate from the cheese bread and wings, which is nice because nobody like a lukewarm salad. I can't comment on the food at this particular location, but I have had pizza from other Pizza Guys locations and it is phenomenal. Given the quality of available food in the Sparks area during evening hours and the speedy service I received, I highly recommend Pizza Guys the next time a beautiful young lady tells you she's curled up in bed, unable to move from hunger. read more

I am not saying ALL Pizza Guys are BAD. But the one in Sparks on Vista is GARBAGE. My Son ordered 2 Pizzas for his Birthday. One Large Pepperoni and a Large ALL Meat. The Pepperoni was good for my Son. The other pizza was NOT what I ordered. I received an ALL-Natural Ground Beef pizza. It taste so nasty we could not eat it. Plus it had next to NO SAUCE on it. Tonight I made an order online, which the online coupon did not apply. I waited the designated time as where the online "tracking" system was not accurate about. As I received my food, I was not provided a receipt, which I did not receive an email receipt either. The delivery driver proceeded to not offer myself change or a receipt. Once opening my food boxes I was displeased with the quality of my food. My pizza and appetizers were soggy, toppings falling off and just sloppily made in general. Its only getting 2 stars because tonight my Mexican Taco pizza arrived 1 hour after ordering and was COLD. The wings on the order arrived nice and hot, so it appears they sent a L Taco Pizza that had been sitting around. Not good.... The dipping sauces are good to mix things up a bit. There is no seating here. Pick-up only. They also have frequent promotions where they give away free ice cream or soda. I don't know what the world has turned into but these guys believe it is now acceptable to hate someone just trying to DoorDash. For reference I am a proud transgender female and I do not sit idle towards these situations. I have not heard of this chain until I was doordashing and my next order took me here. There was issues with the order (DoorDash was not able to communicate the new order to the store) and I had to call DoorDash support. There still has no answer to the issue and everyone in the store was getting visibly frustrated. I was then called a "f@ggot"and their manager reported me as unprofessional and unfit to carry the delivery. I wanted to know what I did to offend the merchant but no one, not even DoorDash support, could give me answer. Doordash gave my order, and money, to the next dasher. Once I was notified of this I asked the manager for a name and email, she refused to give either and then I was chased out of the store. This was my first impression of the company and that impression is that hate is ok in a Pizza Guys store. What a ridiculous world we live in. read more

So we started giving this place another chance... and now I am just so irritated! This happened like last week... and I was giving them a week-ish to reach out. I messaged them on fb because apparently there is no manager there and the girl in the phone could care less about what I had to say. I ordered a pizza and an 8 piece boneless wings. Pizza came quickly, driver was great! I selected the 8 piece boneless wings, my online receipt shows 8 piece.., the website only offers 8 and 12... I got 6. I call and some girl, Alyssa or something, said "you ordered the 6" well my receipt online says 8... so looks up my paper receipt which apparently says 6. I tell her, my online receipt AND your website say 8.... and she proceeds to tell me that sometimes the website messes up because they use to have a 6 piece.... then silence. No friggen apology, no is there something I can do to make it right... just silence. I am more bothered by her lack of care than I am about the food... unacceptable. This isn't about the money... this is about the fact that my order was wrong. I didn't call asking for my money back or have anything else sent. I didn't yell... I wasn't rude. Usually love this place, expect for this evening. Ordered garlic bread, wings, and cinnamon twist around 8:55 online, and we live about 2 minutes away from pizza guys if that. Our food didn't get delivered until over an hour after being placed, when it arrived we find our food cold ...not even close to being warm either. It barely had sauce on the garlic bread, the wings were barely 2inches long and were cold all the way through, and the cinna twist were almost hard. I ordered and paid for extra sauces and they forgot all of them, so we called and the manager was super cool, said he'd swing them by once the driver came back. Almost 35-40 minutes go by so we go ahead call back and just tell the guy to forget it....don't think I'll be ordering from here anytime soon. read more

OMG! Let's start with the star of the show, the pizza! We got the Garlic Lovers! It was soo good we ordered two nights in a row, which is very unusal for us! There were lots of topping, good price and extremely delicious. I ordered online the first night and got my order quicker than expected. Ordered through Grubhub, apparently they use their own drivers. Ordered at 850 pm, said out for delivery by 920 pm. By 1025 when it had been saying the driver was close for about 20 min I finally contacted customer service. Apparently the restaurant didn't have any drivers available and they would probably have left it as order arriving soon if I hadn't contacted them. So now most restaurants are closed, money won't be refunded til probably next business day and that is a great example of terrible service read more

The pasta came still frozen so its not t even fresh. 1 Calzone was ordered with extra Pepperoni and we got 2 slices of pepperoni in the whole calzone. The second calzone had Canadian bacon extra cheese all extra cheese was baked out at two slices of Canadian bacon and that calzone. Never bright any utensils to eat the pasta. My family and I like their pizza once in a while although the amount of toppings does seem to be diminished sometimes. It's delivered quickly and hot, the box wrapped in sealed plastic. The deduction of two stars is for the delivery driver (a man) they now have. On February 18th, we ordered normal delivery online with no special instructions. Answered the door when pizza arrived thinking the driver would just hand me the pizza. Nope, made me sign a receipt which is totally unnecessary. He then proceeded to sit in his car in front of my house and eat! This past Saturday, we ordered two pizzas online and I requested they be left on the porch table. On the receipt included with the delivered pizzas Is "Leave at doorstep. Please leave pizzas on table by front door." Same delivery man knocked on the door and rang the doorbell like he was in a hurry. I motioned through our glass door to leave the pizzas on the table and said loudly that we had order contactless delivery. He glared at me, took the pizzas out of his bag, threw them on the table and stormed off! Until they retrain this guy or get a new delivery person, we won't be ordering from them. Business must be good at this restaurant as it apparently is unwilling or unable to fulfill a Grubhub order. Grubhub said this business did not respond to their order and so had to cancel my order (an hour after I placed it). I called this business and was told they received my order but it was cancelled for some unknown reason. The person I talked to was very nice and apologized and I'm sure had no part in the screw up but the owner / manager certainly need to be answerable for this failure. I want to give a huge shout out to this business! I placed an order tonight and made a special request for a different sauce on the pizza I ordered than what usually comes on it. I had put the request in the comments section when online ordering. It ended up being kind of confusing. They originally made the pizza incorrectly, but instead of just assuming it was right and sending the order out the manager called me to clarify my order and special request! The manager stated they'd already made the pizza and it wasn't the way I had ordered it. The manager said no problem we will make it right and will also include the incorrect pizza as well! Um, this place is SO amazing! First time trying them. First off, the directions take you to the residence across the street, which was obviously misleading, but I think that may be Google Maps' issue. Secondly, I got a small Garlic Lovers and Cheezee Garlic Bread for takeout. I don't know his name, but the guy who helped me was very nice and had great customer service. He estimated 15-20 mins for my walk-in order and it was spot on. The pizza and cheesy bread are delicious, and I love that they don't charge extra for ranch or marinara (unlike some large national pizza chains). I haven't had Pizza Guys in a really long time but since Pizza Hut has been super greasy, more than usual lately, we decided to order Pizza Guys and give them a try. We are so glad we did! We ordered online for delivery. They even had a special going on for free garlic cheese bread which is nice since I was going to order that anyways. They do charge per topping, so keep that in mind. We got a large pizza...on the left side, my hubby's order. Red sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, and jalapeños. On the right side, my order. White garlic sauce, chicken, bacon, and mushrooms. It was cool that we were able to get two different sauces on one pizza instead of having to order 2 pizzas. I was kind of upset the pizza didn't have mushrooms though since we do pay per topping here. But that's just a $1 waste, so whatever. We really enjoyed the pizza and the garlic cheese bread! The cheese was actually so melty and gooey! The garlic cheese bread was delicious. Most places when they arrive, the cheese is not melty anymore and it's usually close to being stale. I have ordered pizza not on special and it was OK. So I thought to order a Large 3 topping while on special ( save a few bucks ) and will not do this again. After waiting an hour plus for delivery I called to be told that they are having a rush but that driver was on his way. About 5 minutes latter driver arrived and pizza was hot .......... driver apologized and double checked order. I had ordered double pepperoni and single mushroom ......... there was only single order of pepperoni and mushroom ( like I said I had ordered their pizza before).
