I love this pizza place! The staff here is always polite and friendly. They' ve even helped me take my order out to my car when it's not so busy. The pizza is well priced and I have NEVER had any problems with the food or the service and I've been going to them several times a month since they have been open. I am lactose intolerant and have to order my pizza with no cheese. You cannot imagine how many times other pizza places have messed up my order! Pizza Guys has always gotten it right. Being that I'm in the Wingfield Hills area, I don't think there are a lot of options for Pizza delivery. I know of two places that will delivery, and Pizza Guys is one of them. In the year I've lived here, I've never had any type of delivery to my apartment, so I decided tonight to give it a shot. Their online ordering process was simple - and yes they charge a delivery fee on the order. I think it was 2.95. I got a small pizza, three toppings, and 5 boneless wings and the total was a little under 20 dollars. I think that it was an average price for pizza + wings. Delivery was as promised - about 45 minutes. The boneless wings were nothing special. Reminded me of chicken nuggets really - but, considering I got them bone out, what should I expect? The pizza was OK ... I got pepperoni, pineapple, and garlic. The pizza is not greasy at all (Which is a reason why I hate costco pizza), but, there wasn't any outstanding flavors that made my mouth have an orgasm. I remember the first time I had a slice of Dominos new and improved recipe, I was "WOW" this is different. I also remember when I had my first slice of the Blind Hawaiian from The Blind Onion, I fell in love with it. I'll have to try the other place the delivers and compares ... although now that the blind onion just opened up in the Sparks Galleria, I'll be tempted to go there for a slice and a pint if I were in any shape to drive. We've ordered in the past and it's been great. This time I asked for ranch twice on the phone while ordering and we did not get it. The delivery guy was rude when I asked him about it. Ok. Moving on to the actual pizza. The dough was raw! Not only that but it was not cut well so when you pulled a slice it got stuck and there went all the cheese and toppings sliding off your piece. Got a coupon in the mail for a family deal, said it was 39.99 and included 2 large pizzas, 8 wings, choc chip dough pizza, cheese bread and a 2 liter soda. I added a gluten free pizza to the order as well. So my order was almost $70 in which their coupon price didn't match what the receipt said either even including the tax. My daughter went and picked it up and said the guy working the register was very rude. She brought it home and there were no wings and they didn't give me the sauce for marinara either that they specifically asked if I wanted. I called and talked to supervisor, she said she was sorry and could cook the wings right away, meanwhile I had to leave for work soon and we were trying to unload from camping all weekend. So my husband then goes to pick up the wings and sauce and said that no one apologized to him and they were rude when they handed it to him. I had to leave before he was able to get back so I didn't even get the wings I wanted. Disappointing to say the least. Called for a delivery at 5:47pm on a Sunday. Pizza delivered at 6:56pm. Was quoted 45-55 min. So, this is 20 min over the end of their range. The pizza was also barely hot and moderately good. For a $20 large pepperoni, it was more than disappointing. Total surprise that no one's reviewed Pizza Guys yet. It's been open for about a year now, and through word of mouth I heard they were a pretty good delivery option. Their flyers come every week along with 2-3 other pizza joints, so I figured what the hell. Once again, this should be 3 1/2 stars. The quality was good for delivery pizza, but I rounded down due to a couple minuses listed below. The branch is up on Vista Blvd. near Baring in the Walgreen's Center. I've only done delivery so I don't know if they have a sit-down restaurant in there or not. Pluses: the quality of the aforementioned pizzas. I get two toppings, usually artichoke hearts and some kind of meat. Last time we split a large with one side pepperoni/mushroom and the other side artichoke hearts/salami. I appreciate the fact that, unlike Domino's, they offer a good variety of toppings including artichoke hearts, linguica, and (according to their website at least) eggplant. They also offer several "specialty gourmet" pizzas which sound interesting, like an "artichoke fiesta" made with white garlic sauce, a Mexican taco pizza, etc. The buffalo wings are meaty, not at all like those scrawny excuses for wings offered by certain other (COUGH Domino's COUGH) pizza delivery chains. You can choose from buffalo or BBQ style wings, but you can't go for a spicy option on the buffalo wings so I'm guessing they get 'em frozen. At least they're big! I just mix some sriracha or habanero sauce into the ranch to get the spice level to where I want it. The minuses: (besides the aforementioned lack of spiciness available on the wings) It's also pretty pricey, even with the coupon. They also charge about a $2 delivery fee. With the coupon, for a medium two-topping pizza, 10-piece order of wings, and one 2-liter soda it's $17.99. This is before tax and delivery fee. For a large pizza, it's $2 more and for an X-large, another $2 ($21.99 before fees). For those who don't have the coupons, you may just be able to get those prices anyway if you mention the name of the promotion or the offer numbers associated with each (look 'em up on pizzaguys.com). An XL pepperoni is only $9.99, but they only deliver for orders $12 and up, so carryout may be a better option. Also, when you pick up an order of $12 or more, you do get a free 2-liter soda or pint of ice cream, so if you're planning to do takeout I'd throw the fourth star back on. The other negative: the first time I ordered, I asked for ranch with the wings. After the girl repeated the order (not mentioning the ranch) I said, "You got the ranch on there too, right?" She kinda mumbled and stammered and then said yes. Well, I'm assuming she wasn't able to figure out which key on the register was the "ranch" key, because lo and behold there was no ranch included! Damn was I pissed. Last time I ordered, I mentioned, "Make sure there's ranch, last time you guys forgot to bring it. In fact bring extra." She was nice enough about it, and there were four nice little mini-tubs of ranch included with the order, but damn if I didn't happen to look at the receipt later and they charged me .45 apiece for two of 'em! (guess those were the extras?) It turned out that two ranches were more than enough for a ten-piece, but if there's a charge for the extra ranch, at least let me know over the phone! I understand that extras cost the business money, especially these days, but if you're already charging a higher-than-normal price for pizza, be like most places and kick down the customer extra condiments for free. In fact, seeing ads for their competitors, there's a pizza "price war" going on right now. (Round Table's recent closings must have scared a lot of places). So here's hoping Pizza Guys will jump on the bandwagon and slash their prices slightly on the combo meals. If that happens, I'll kick down the four full stars. (Or I'll get it takeout, and I promise to only take two ranch with me) ; ) read more

My husband and I order from here about once a week. He loves the wings and the pizza is just right for us, not greasy and the perfect crunch. We are never without coupons since they come about once a week, in fact I don't think we have paid full price for any order. We love there order online option and use it every time. This is a great location for us because it is right down the street. Negative that yes they do charge a $2 delivery fee but if you pick up your order, you get a free pint of ice cream and a 2 liter of soda. You really can't beat the price for a pizza and wings with a coupon and the ice cream and soda for free. Best pizza I have had in Nevada. Seems like some of the negative reviews are based on delivery time. Never had a problem because I only pick up (that's how you can get the free ice cream and 2 liter). Really surprises me that people think this is not good pizza. No way is Round Table better. Problem with Yelp is most people that like a business don't write about it but those that had a bad experience will spend the time to write something negative, which leaves a lot of negative bias. Meh. That's really the best way to describe this pizza. They didn't have 2 topings I'm partial to; spinach and banana peppers. That said, I got an artichoke heart, pepperoni and tomato pizza, and a medium pepperoni pizza. Most of their pizza's are very generic, but not in an endearing, traditional or nostalgic manner. The sauce is kind of boring, maybe iven just plain salted tomato paste, just something that wets the crust, which is kind of chewy but mostly boring too. They don't use very much cheese on their pizza, and the pepperoni isn't particularly spicey... Overall, I don't think I'll be going back and I'm kind of regretting not going to Fernly for Pizza Factory when it was offered. read more

I love this pizza guys location. They have always been super nice, generous with their coupons, and generally nice to deal with. I order once a week or so for pickup. I called tonight at 8:07 asking to place an order for pickup. The guy on the phone says, " I can't take any orders right now". I said, "ok, should I call back in 10 minutes or 30 minutes or what"? This guy was in such a panic. He said that he could not make a pizza for me tonight because he was understaffed. WTF? It's 8 o'clock. I ordered from Blaze Pizza instead and what a great place. They have curbside and no panic stricken person. I got an equally good pizza , if not better, with a free soda and a killer dessert and I didn't even have to get out of my car. It's funny how when you get bad service and are forced to go elsewhere, you find out what else is out there that is equally as good or even better with better service than you have been settling for.
