Had the chipotle vegan pasta it was so tasty!! So much flavor. For dessert we had the vegan cookie with ice cream, wow might have been the best part of the night. The place has the best Vegan pizza ever. We got The Works on a thick crust oh my, it was soooo mouth watering. The veggies were fresh and the vegan pepperoni tasted great! We also got the vegan crispy chkn tenders and that was extremely delicious. The Buffalo and vegan ranch sauce was great. Great touch on the oats that were in the breading! It made it taste even better! I'm not typically a pizza going person, but I will say this is one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. Just was not a fan of how salty it was. I think that its their dough. Because the crust itself (without toppings, cheese, or sauce) still tasted overly salty to me. At first I thought I was imagining things or thought maybe I had shaken garlic/salt on it but went back to look at the shaker I used and it was pure garlic. Further confirmed during the rest of my evening when despite how much water I'd drink, I still have that lingering feeling of having consumed just a ton of sodium. I went to this pizzeria because I heard they had killer gluten free pasta but when I got there, all my attention was taken by the fact that they have a gluten free pizza crust as well! I ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, which happens to be the best tasting gluten free pizza to date. My boyfriend is not gluten free and he couldn't stop raving about his pizza either! We decided to try something new tonight so we saw this place on Yelp and gave it a try. My wife and myself went with her parents for dinner on Saturday evening. As soon as we walked in everyone was very friendly and actually seemed to care that we were there. They immediately sat us at a table for 4 and were greater by our server . She got water right away and she told us it was her second night. I was not really concerned about her lack of experience though because she seemed super attentive and was trying hard to do everything right. When our food arrived I saw a thin curly haired woman standing behind the food runners and overseeing how it was delivered. This was obviously the owner who again seemed to care about each customer that was there. That a lost attribute in most dining experiences these days. Many places seem like they are doing you a favor to let you eat at their place. At the end of the meal she came over and apologized and I was like "what for", she said for the dirty plate that came out before the appetizers ( no food on it yet). Honestly there was a spec of something on the plate and I asked for a new one and they ran and got it immediately. It was so trivial I forgot it even happened by the end of themeal. The world is never perfect, but it's what a establishment does when an issue arises that makes or breaks it for me. They did everything right! Ohh and the food was very good and it seemed to all be home made sauces and dough. There was heart put in this food and it showed. This is just solid made good old Italian food like grandma/nana makes ...the way it should be. Also, to note it was not greesey and that is due to the high quality of cheese used in the dishes, no cheep stuff here. So, we talked with the owner for about 10 minutes after she came over to the table and it was quite obvious she lives for this restraunt and is involved in every aspect of it. I owen a small business and it is highly ranked on Yelp. The only way that can happen is if the owner is on top of everything happening with their business and this is what the owner of Pizza Heaven Beistro is doing day in and day out and has taught her staff to do the same. So I give it 5 stars. Go here and try it out for yourself . Don't expect fancy, expect really good home made Italian food at a fair price, friendly staff, clean bathrooms and upper management that is avaialble and ready to please! I would like to start by saying I rarely post reviews but I felt I needed to after an amazing experience I had with Carlita and the amazing staff at Pizza Heaven on 7st. We had a catering order that need to be adjusted several times and the staff was patient and accommodating. I got to text directly with Carlita to ensure that everything was ready to go and perfect for the over 40 youth we were going to feed. The customer service was impactable in the food was delicious. The food and atmosphere was amazing. We ate the Parmesan Fries, "The Works" pizza (AKA Combo, Supreme), and a Calzone. At the end of dinner, the owner came around the restaurant and had a conversation with every table. Dinner here was a wonderful experience. I loved every bite. I wasn't expecting much from the fries, but they were seasoned well and the parmesan didn't fall off every time we picked one up. The pizza sauce was great and the "homemade" crust was perfect. The owner explained they make the dough from just a few simple, all natural ingredients. Nothing is ever frozen or pre-made and warmed up. Which explains why the calzone was so delicious. We had a training meeting today for work and they ordered a few pizzas for the group. Had the pepperoni pizza myself and it was good. Personally I would've liked it cooked for another minute or two just to keep the cheese from being less gooey and stay on the dough better, also crust wasn't cooked as well so it didn't taste too good. It was definitely good pizza, but I have another Pizza joint with multiple locations around the valley that is way better. Heard the wings are delicious here too though. I finally caught them while they were open. Great neighborhood Italian place that reminds me of the pizza places back east. The server was amazing. The pizza was not bad. I got the make your own one item with red sauce. I enjoyed my dinner. I also ordered the app bread which was very different. More like a Texas toast if I could make a comparison. That came with a side of marinara. I noticed they had Zeppoles on the menu too. I did not get them this time around but that is cool. and good to know. Not a lot of places have them. There lunch specials, slices available at lunch, and sandwiches look great. I will have to come back for lunch. They also have a full on Vegan menu for those out there that need to know that. People complaining about parking is a tad baffling unless you are handicapped, then yeah be careful But for everyone else there are two side streets with plenty of street parking and a nearby strip mall. TL:DR - Place really stands out in a crowded pizza market. Perfect if you just want to do some take out pizza on a Friday night. Good chewy crust that's not too thin. Perfect cheese/sauce ratio. It's not easy to compete in a crowded pizza landscape where you can find 10 different pizza establishments in a 1 mile radius. But the family was looking to get a pizza for a chill Friday night in. We wanted something a little better than papa john's, domino's, etc. but still wanted something a little greasy and not too fancy like a Pizzeria Bianco, Pomo, or Parlor. This place hits that spot perfectly. We got a basic cheese pizza as we were with some kiddos, and I can say that we could not have been happier. The crust was perfectly chewy like a thicker Neapolitan pizza. Like neapolitan pizzas always have a thinner part where the toppings go and a nice chewy end piece. This pizza heaven pizza was thicker all the way around. Providing a nice small chew for the crust while still giving you a perfectly chewy and pillow-y end piece. The amount of cheese on this pizza was also perfect. Enough to satisfy my greasy/junk food cravings without being overly greasy. It also had the perfect amount of resistance to it where it didn't feel like nothing biting into it, but also not rubbery either. Another underrated aspect is the cheese/sauce ratio, and this hit it perfectly. Not too much nor too little sauce, with a healthy helping of cheese. I did get an order of the focaccia bread, and that could definitely use some work. Felt more like cornbread as it was a bit dry. Wasn't very light either. Tastes fine when dipping it in the sauce though. I'm also really excited about their relatively extensive vegan menu as I have a few vegan friends. This time I went in with my boyfriend on a Friday night to indulge and try out some new items. We ordered the veggie balls for an appetizer with both wing sauce and marinara, the Mediterranean pizza with soy sausage and the baked ziti. Wow! I was really missing out by not exploring the menu. The veggie balls were huge deep fried hush puppy- like balls with whole veggies inside. The marinara was made in house but the wing sauce complimented it the best. We ordered an extra large pizza that was way too big! It had generous portions of follow your heart vegan cheese and veggies. Not bad. My favorite though was the baked ziti. If you haven't gotten it order it now and it is the only thing you will ever want to order from there! It's served in a hot dish with large pasta noodles, chunks of melted cheese and soy sausage along with two huge servings of bread. AMAZING. I don't go out eat often, so food was saltier than I am used to, but I didn't get sick like when I went to other restaurants. My husband said this was the best calzone he had even though he was from NY. My favorite was the garlic bread, which came with my pasta. You can also order it as a starter. Super soft and fluffy and not salty at all. My teeth didn't hurt a bit when shewing on it. My other favorite was Angel bites! It cam with chocolate dipping.
