Once we were seated, we cooled down with an ice-cold beer and got started with Sourdough & Olive Oil, simple, but incredibly good. Then came the Mozzarella and a Special Pâté & Pickle Plate, which included a Mushroom & Pistachio Pâté. WOW! That pâté was crazy good! If you like getting outside your comfort zone and trying something different, this is a MUST. My son and I love to venture out and try new things, so we decided to take it up a notch and ordered the Trust Fall. They basically take over and create two pizzas with random toppings for you. What a cool concept! And let me tell you... SO, SO, SO GOOD! They even created our starter for us and paired everything with a bottle of wine. The whole experience was fun, creative, and completely different from your typical pizza restaurant. We also ordered the Sofia, a Pepperoni, and another pizza whose name escapes me.
