Coming from New Jersey/New York area it's been really hard to find great pizza in Tennessee. Well today was the day Jaboni's is amazing blew it out the water, some of the best food I've ever tasted in TN, started with Order of garlic knots, very fresh crispy, came sitting in thin layer of amazing garlic sauce with parmesan cheese, I saved the extra garlic sauce and dipped the pizza in it, next I ordered 3 types of pizza, standard cheese personal was perfectly cooked, 2nd wife got white pizza one of the best she has ever had, 3rd was grandma pie, one of the best we have ever had, the service was excellent as well, waiter was very on point & friendly (Dylan I think his name was). the place it definitely up scale, very well decorated an very comfortable booths, very nice bar area with tvs, great music playing. Def will be back for sure.

Nice atmosphere , tho a bit loud. Service was ok. A bit slow but everyone was friendly. The food was ok as well. I liked the truffle fries and the calamari was good. I was not impressed by my main entree. The lobster ravioli were swimming in sauce. And the sauce was really oily/greasy. The next day my leftovers was solidified with a gross layer of oil on top. I will never order that again.

This place is fantastic! I don't hand out 5 stars for pizza places often, but this one is very close. Crust is a little thicker and on the chewy side, but it tastes phenomenal.

My husband wanted to try a bunch of pizza places we have not been to in Knoxville and this was the first in his list. We arrived and were seated quickly. The server was nice. We asked what was popular and they mentioned a few items. The kids shared a mozzarella stick kids meal and the margarita pizza. The margarita pizza barely had any cheese. I get that it's fresh mozzarella but at least have a thin layer covering the whole thing. You can see from the picture it's mostly blotches of sauce (very thinly spread) and not many toppings. The large Original Special pizza was just okay. My husband said it needed more sauce and I have to agree. The best food items out of the food we ordered were the mozzarella cheese sticks and garlic cheese bread. It's way too expensive for what you get. We paid $100 for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids - 7&9) for our food when you include a tip and were less than satisfied.

The pizza was excellent as was the Antipasto Salad. Draft beer was available. Service was fine. Ambience was nice but needs a little more character. The pizza and salad were ample and lasted several more meals, that being said $75 for two even with leftovers is a lot.

The garlic knots and pizza were amazing! Fresh ingredients and amazing flavors! Our server was Dylan and he was fantastic! Will definitely be back!

First time at Jaboni's. We arrived at 3:30 pm with absolutely no wait. Dylan provided pleasant service and great recommendations. We had the garlic knotts and garlic cheese bread (off menu item) for the table. We also enjoyed the Sicilian and Margherita style pizzas.

We had dinner here for the first time and were very impressed. I had a cauliflower pizza with sausage, and my friend had a meatball calzone. Everything was so tasty! Angela was our server, and she was top-notch. My friend's calzone came out a little overly brown & crispy. She immediately stepped up and had it remade without a single word from us. Drinks were promptly refilled, and she made sure we were happy with everything. Definitely give this place a try!

We decided to try this place and awe are so glad we did. Our whole crew joined us and there was not a sour face in the bunch. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Garlic knots were so tasty. We both got a different 8 inch pizza because we couldn't agree on one. We narrowed it down to the Hawaiian with pepperoni and the Rocky Balboa. The 8 inch would have fed the two of us just fine with four large slices per pie, but as I said they had so many flavor combinations that we wanted to try we could narrow it down to one pizza. The pie did not disappoint. The crust was cooked to perfection, the sauce had great flavor, there were plenty of toppings. The staff were so friendly. The food came out fast. I literally have no complaints! We will be back!

On several visits, we have specifically requested that our garlic cheese bread and salad arrive before the pizza so we can actually enjoy the appetizer and salad course first. Tonight, we again had a very clear conversation about this request, yet everything arrived in the exact opposite order. What was most frustrating was being told that "the pizza comes out when the pizza comes out," as though there is no ability for the front staff and kitchen to coordinate timing. In an open-concept restaurant where the order staff and kitchen are working side by side, it seems like simple communication could easily solve this issue. We truly enjoy the food and want this restaurant to succeed, but proper pacing of a meal is part of good dining service. Appetizers and salads should enhance the experience -- not arrive simultaneously with or after the main course. We hope management will take this constructively because the food deserves service that matches its quality

Booths weren't comfortable. We ordered the garlic knots. They were really good. I ordered the two slices of cheese pizza. I wanted to get pepperoni but hearing the put toppings on already cooked cheese pizza.. not worth the price for subpar way to get pepperoni slices. There isn't enough time for the pepperoni to cook and yield it's flavor to the slices. Two cheese slices 5.49. Two topping slices 9.89. Almost double the price. Make that make sense. My spouse decided on the calzone because at least it was made fresh. It was pretty large and filled out the plate. Calzones were 10.99. The flavors and food was not that good to justify the prices. I get that it is a chain restaurant but the slices were what I would expect from a local gas station or grocery store. They definitely weren't nyc style in terms of flavor and uneven thick cheese. The cheese is clearly a blend of varieties. I don't think we will be back for the food. Neither options were hit out the park delicious and it's pricy for the actual value.

The space is cozy with about 4, 4-tops, a few outdoor tables, and a bar along the wall with stools in case you come in for a slice and soda deal at lunch time. We ordered breadsticks, a salad, a thin crust with pepperoni, and a stuffed pizza with sausage. They told us that we couldn't order the thin crust with half no cheese (for our lactose intolerant kiddo who still loves sauce, crust and toppings), as a heads up to anyone with similar dietary restrictions. This is due to the cook time being inconsistent for the cheese versus no cheese sides of the pie. We were asked if we were dining in or ordering to go. We opted to eat there since we live a decent distance away. Our breadsticks and house salad came out first, packed for transport and no plates or silverware were provided. They seemed confused and a bit annoyed when we asked for some. The breadsticks tasted like butter and parm doused funnel cake fries and the salad was fine...served its purpose but nothing special. Our thin crust came out next and was fresh and fabulous. My husband felt like it was a bit more overcooked than when we previously got it. Tons of cheese, slightly sweet sauce and crispy pepperoni. It is cut into squares. Lastly, our stuffed pizza came out. Again, no pie server given and we needed one desperately for the thick and gooey pizza. We waited awhile to get our requested pie utensil and then struggled to cut the pieces with our thin plasticware. The pizza was extremely fresh and tasty, however! If you are wondering what the difference is between the deep dish and stuffed, the stuffed is almost like a pizza sandwich. One pizza crust on bottom, toppings, and then another thin crust on top of those before spreading a thin layer of sauce. The crust is thicker than on a deep dish, too. I am sure that we will get pizza here again at some point, but never ever will we dine in. The trash was overflowing, every table wobbly and in need of cleaning, and unfortunately very uninviting service. They seemed quite miserable.
