    Pizza (half eaten)

Great pizza! The best we've had in Knoxville. We had the Popeye pizza substituting the tomatoes with green olives.

Amazing little hole in the wall! We stopped here on a whim and so glad we did! I got an Ally pizza (pepperoni, pepperocini, tomato, and cheese), and my husband customize his own. Service was great and the food was amazing! They have a nice selection of beers as well. We will be coming back!

I come here fairly often with some of my work colleagues and have not had a disappointing time yet! The staff here are always great and ready to suggest ideas as well. They do have a GF crust and that is just awesome. Inside is clean! Parking lot has a lot of other businesses there but spots are always opening up. 5/5 - Get here sometime! Slices from 14-inch Deluxe and 10-inch Topless

Tried Sergeant Pepperoni's on a weeknight that was so busy we couldn't force ourselves to cook, and the fair prices are the best thing about this place. We ordered the 14-inch deluxe, a 10-inch topless (cheese), and cheesy focaccia, and nothing wowed. The deluxe veggie toppings were fresh, but the crust was a tad limp, although the cheese pizza was better in that respect. Overall, the flavors were underwhelming. If you're a Plain Jane type when it comes to pizza, you can get a good deal here, but if you expect more out of pizza, I would steer you elsewhere.

We made a return visit after a mediocre to-go experience the first time and I'm glad we gave it another try. The pizza and cheesy focaccia bread were much better dine-in. The service was very friendly as well. The crust is a bit crispier than what we are used to but it was very good.

14' half Hawaiian and half Mediterranean. Yum!

Great pizza spot! The best day to go is on Tuesday because they have half price 14' pizza if you dine in. Such a deal! The pizza is not only reasonably priced, but it's delicious and they have great toppings. This place is always consistent and you are guaranteed to have great pizza every time.

    Garlic sticks

This was a total disappointment. The moment I opened the box and saw the pizza I knew it wasn't going to be good. Looks aren't deceiving after all. I was starving and still didn't find it good. Vegetable pizza - you would assume the cheese is the most expensive part of a pie and I still think it is. So if I'm paying the same price but without cheese, you would assume they wouldn't be so cheap on the toppings right? Well think again because they are. (Look at picture uploaded) if they want permanent customers and more, they should reconsider their approach to cheese-less pies. Maybe I'm the only vegan around here? Who eats bread with tomato sauce and vegetables they say. Well, I speak for the lactose intolerant people too. It's not just the "annoying" vegan heads with their restrictions! As you can tell, the pizza was terrible. There wasn't much toppings and the crust sucked. I ended up baking it with truffle oil and minced garlic. Garlic sticks without Parmesan served with marinara sauce - these tiny branches that barely had a garlic taste was they worst part about this meal. If the pie is bad, it's usually saved by the garlic bread but not in this case. I enjoyed the marinara sauce that accompanied this order and it sort of saved it. The sticks tasted freshly made but it was lacking in flavor. Overall, this was not the bang for my buck.

It was okay. Nice people but not worth the quality to go out of the way. Even the chain pizza rated better.

But they got Buccatini. Woohoo! Beet salad - we are a fan beets anything so it was good. Brussels sprouts- flavor was good but overcooked and mushy. PEI mussel - was really good. Highly recommended Pulpo (grilled octopus) - a tad overcooked but not too bad. Focaccia bread w/ Ricotta cheese - yummy. The only sad part was when our waiter took the Ricotta away before we can scraped off every little bit of cheese from the container without us realizing it. Pasta carbonara- barely any pancetta but yummy. Pasta bolognese- I am not a fan of bolognese. Gnocchi- soft and fluffy pillows but sauce is alright. Desserts: Pistachio gelato- homemade and delicious Tiramisu- ok but I personally prefer ones with more espresso and alcohol.

The meatball appetizer was three mini meatballs. I've seen meatballs on sub sandwiches bigger than these. The lasagna, was really without any sauce. It was a bolognese sauce. Also it lacked the stretchy cheese pull that one expects from a lasagna. The pasta dishes from what I tried was a little to al dente, there was too much chew in the pasta. That said for the prices that they charge to not offer a side salad or at least some bread with the meal is disappointing.

The food is amazing. For appetizers I would recommend getting the focaccia and meatballs. Entree wise, I would HIGHLY recommend splitting the Pappardelle e Ragú di Maiale Bianco and something else with another one of your table mates. The portion size is perfect for one person but you'll want to try more than one item. If you are there in the summer, you must try the Tomato Martini (PLEASE bring it back for next summer's menu!). The service and ambiance of Osteria Stella and Brother Wolf is what completely sets them apart. OS is a high class, quiet, romantic restaurant with dark colors and knowledgeable servers who value your experience. BW is simply a high end bar. That said, BW is much more fast paced and really my only complaint, the music was absurdly loud the night we were there for dinner and the restaurant was crowded, so everyone was trying to talk over the music and you almost had to yell to even hear the person sitting right beside you. If going to OS, you would likely need reservations, especially on a weekend. With BW, they don't take reservations to my knowledge and it's a free for all for an open seat at the bar or an open table. Really the difference is what kind of vibe you're going for.

I really like that they take reservations; it gives the whole place a true date night vibe. We started with the truffle fries, which are always a great choice (Added ranch on the side of course). Next time I'm definitely planning to try the artichokes and Brussels sprouts: they looked amazing coming out to other tables. For drinks, I tried the Greenway seasonal cocktail and it was my favorite of the night--really well balanced and something I'd order again without hesitation. I also sampled the cucumber basil martini, which was fine but not quite as good even though it's in a similar flavor profile. The Gold Coast was another solid option, just very strong and on the boozier side. Food-wise, I probably should have stuck with what they do best (the pasta and cheese wheel with added chicken) but I tried the mushroom rigatoni instead. It had a good base flavor, but it was a bit heavy on the pepper the night I went, which overpowered it for me. I'd skip that one next time. I'm curious to go back and try the short rib or the vodka sauce pasta instead. To finish, the chocolate pot de crème was perfect: rich, smooth, and just the right portion. If you only want a few bites of dessert, it's ideal. Overall, Bella is still a go-to for me, especially for a nice dinner or date night atmosphere.
