I hate to say but upon going into this establishment, there was only one waiter which I get being what has been going on in our country. I was seated with my father and my son placed an order and so on. There was eaten chicken bones under our table and the the table itself had not been cleaned. Before our order had come out my son had a small salad but had no silverware, this was addressed after something had been said, our pizza had come after and been given to us but no plates or utensils, I again had to ask for. When the utensils had been brought the waiter had rubbed them on his apron to quickly clean them before handing them out. We came here last Friday night even though reading some previous reviews that were not great. The waitress greeted us and said she would take our order at our table . I knew in advance that the parmesan cheese is no longer free. We ordered a large thin & crispy sausage, mushrooms, green pepper, and extra cheese. We really enjoyed it! The toppings were plentiful and evenly spaced. Plus they were added to the edges, no bare crust like some pizzas. The crust was thin and crispy as expected. Customer Service Died in Aransas Pass today. Checking in my hotel at 9pm on Tuesday night exhausted from working all day I didn't even have time to think about eating. The service here was the absolute worst. We walked in and no one greeted us and we had to wait for the staff to come in from their smoke break. When he did come in he acted like it was funny that we had caught him off guard. He smelled an ash tray. We didn't get any silverware, when I went to the front counter I was ignored. They saw me but acted like I wasn't there. One of the waitress had her kids in the dining room and was more attentive to them than us. We got there, no one was there to seat us. We stood there waiting. The guy finally came in and was put out because we interrupted his smoke break! He reeks of cigarette smoke! After sitting there a few minutes a waitress finally came and brought us menus then disappeared. We had to get another waiter that was walking by to get us drinks. I think ALL PIZZA HUTS are going downhill, they are the worst!!! I wouldn't doubt if before long they all shut down. They have a stupid "call center" and I'm not absolutely sure who fouls the orders up, the call center or the store itself. We ordered a pizza at 7:50 pm and at 8:10 called to see where our pizza was. They said they had no number to call us back which is not true because we gave them two phone numbers. We finally got a delivery at 8:30 but if we didn't call, we'd of never got any delivery at all. We got there and ordered the buffet which had pizza that had dark brown crust and was hard as a rock....this mind you was the "fresh" pizza that they brought out to put on the buffet line! No option to correct the time before my card was charged. I assumed that my order went through because of the charge. Turns out that neither the corporate call center or store had my order.
