    Hand tossed supreme pizza
    Cindy T.

Ordered online for delivery. They have plenty of options and I chose the naked wings which were perfect and not full of batter and got the ceasar salad. Husband wanted the hand tossed supreme pizza which was great for him. Delivery was on time as expected. The only thing missing was the pepper flakes bit other than that, great food when I didn't feel like cooking. Enough for leftovers.

A solid place if you're craving fried chicken... at first when i saw the price i was taken aback,…read morebut then when i saw the size of the fried chicken, it made more sense. this review is strictly for an order to go. I walked in and placed and order, and it was fairly quick to get my food. I guess it wasn't too busy at the time. I ended up getting the soy garlic flavor on boneless chicken, and the owner told me that it was the most popular flavor. Glad i went with it... its simple yet delicious. The extra-crispy coating of the chicken pared with the soy garlic flavor was really good. I know there are other korean fried chicken spots in Carrollton, but when i'm around flower mound and craving fried chicken, i'll be back here.

I believe it was the owner and he constantly came up and asked if we need something. The french fries were genuinely perfect crispy on the outside and soft pillowy on the inside. The rose tteoboki was perfect flavor, and creamy as well. The chicken was so crispy and moist on the inside. He warned us that the KO-spicy is really spicy and thank god he warned us. The flavors here are so good. I loved the look of the restaurant, really enjoyed the street korean authentic feel. I really recommend everyone to come try the food here. I can't wait to come back!

Visited the Chipotle Mexican Grill - 6100 Long Prairie Rd on February 19, 2026 around 9:24 PM to…read moreget food for my daughter. She was initially told the store was closed, even though customers were still entering. When I went inside to ask, an employee rudely said they were only taking digital orders and responded with "if you would have read the sign on the door." When I asked for the store number, the same employee told me to "file a complaint for being a dumbass not able to read." Completely unacceptable. We come to this location at least twice a week and have never been treated this poorly. Digital-only policies are one thing, but there is no excuse for disrespectful behavior toward customers.

This review is titled: A Tragedy in a Tortilla: The Great Rice Incident of 2025…read more Order accuracy at this Chipotle location appears to be a Herculean task--an epic struggle of deciphering a printed receipt and placing the right ingredients into a bag. You'd think I asked them to perform brain surgery, not build a burrito. Here's what I ordered: Extra chicken, black beans, NO rice, guac, cheese, sour cream--wrapped lovingly in a burrito. Here's what I got: A 5-pound rice brick, lightly seasoned with disappointment. There was maybe a molecular trace of chicken, and the rest of my requested items--guac, cheese, sour cream--were treated like urban legends: talked about, never seen. I can only assume the person assembling mobile orders had a moment. A breakdown. A rebellious streak. Perhaps they glanced at my "NO RICE" instruction and took it as a personal challenge: "Oh, you want no rice? How about all the rice?" I needed a forklift to get it off the counter. When I got home and unwrapped the beast, I half expected a grain avalanche. I wouldn't be surprised if this location single-handedly caused a regional rice shortage. If Guinness World Records wants to investigate the most rice ever crammed into a tortilla, this is your spot. Naturally, I reached out to Customer Service. Their solution? A free entrée that expires in 30 days--so I can experience this joy all over again. No store follow-up, no training moment, just another notch on the burrito blunder belt. I now understand why most Chipotle locations can't break past a two-star average. And then came "Pepper," the bot. About as helpful as a fork at a soup tasting. I was passed to a live agent--likely outsourced, underpowered, and apologetically incapable. I mean, bless them, but their hands are clearly tied behind their back by corporate red tape and margin mandates. The icing on the metaphorical rice cake? A canned response from "Sheldon," who must moonlight as a chatbot himself. His message was so out of sync with what I'd written, I had to double-check that he wasn't replying to someone else entirely. As for compensation? To receive a refund, I had to forfeit my "free item," which is probably corporate's way of punishing customers for daring to want food made correctly. This isn't the Chipotle I fell in love with back in Minneapolis. That one had soul. This one feels like an over-leveraged franchise just trying to survive the lunch rush without reading instructions. I'm voting with my wallet--and selling my Chipotle stock while I'm at it. Because if this is how customers are treated, the long-term outlook isn't savory. To whoever at corporate thinks one burrito doesn't matter: read your reviews. It's not just one burrito--it's an entire pattern.
