I have ate at Pizza Hut for many years. Upon coming to this one for the lunch buffet, I saw only two pizzas on the buffet at noon. The restaurant had about 10 customers at the time. After getting breadsticks, I managed to swallow the hard bread and go for a slice of pizza. It too, was old and hard. I waited for 10 minutes before fresh pizza was brought to the buffet. From what I've read and experienced, this sorry excuse of a "manager," Terry, needs to be replaced ASAP. Until this Pizza Hut is under new management, I will be ordering from the Dominoes down the road. It took over an hour to receive 1 stuffed crust sausage pizza and I live down the road from this Pizza Hut-not even 5 minutes away. I called to ask about the rules on free pizza because by then it's a cold pizza and they didn't know, not even "Terry"--the shit manager who sighed when she answered the phone. Not only did she not care at all, she offered me a coupon good for 30 days (I could get that from the back of a receipt!) which she quickly took back after I explained that I'm not paying for a cold pizza. She instead put a note on my account saying that I didn't pay for my pizza, which I sent back. I've ordered from this Pizza Hut multiple times and have eaten inside as well and have never had a positive experience. Not to mention it is very dirty and the sanitation score is 93. Also, to make matters worse, they tried to justify the time by saying that the driver had one other delivery (which did help, even though I am 5 min away)--yet when he arrived he let me know that he was in a hurry because he had another order to deliver after mine.. I don't know what he was doing during the 60+ minutes it took to drive my pizza 5 min down the road but I don't want y'alls questionable cold & crusty pizza. I want a fresh pizza. That's why I called Pizza Hut. It is CLEAR to me now that this manager is incompetent so I'll be sure to order from literally anybody else from here on out--as will my friends and roommates and I hope that anybody reading this can learn from my experience and choose to eat elsewhere, too. read more

Just horrible service every single time we ordered delivery they always messed up something no matter what ! And we would be starving waiting for 30-40 minutes and it would be missing something or messed up. Recently they overcharged me 5 dollars and didn't offer to pay it back or anything. So we decided to go and pick it up maybe it wouldn't be messed up. Nope. Still messed it up. Also every single time marianara is left out for breadsticks.. what are breadsticks without Mariana?! He said that they would drop pizza dough on the floor and picked it up and still use it. As a sales rep for a local company I get out to lunch quite often. I've tried pizza huts all over WNC and this takes the top prize for being the worst one! Kids wanted pizza tonight, parents wanted to dine in so we compromised on something close and dine in. We ordered the family cheese sticks, they came out yummy and very hot with warmed marinara sauce. We also ordered the special which was 2 medium pizzas with 4 toppings or specialty. One pan and one hand tossed. They were about average for Pizza Hut style pizza, but we're hot and delicious. Our waitress was very nice and kept checking on us and even gave the kids some quarters for the machines! She came over to say she was leaving for the night and asked if we needed anything before she did. We appreciated such attentiveness in a fast food type place. Candy brought us several to-go boxes and even offered to make our drinks to-go if we liked. All and all we are glad we just didn't do carry out. read more

Pretty good wings.i ordered the 8-piece bone-out Hawaiian teriyaki online for pickup to save the 2.50 delivery charge plus tip.my total came to $5.14,the amount my e-receipt said.however,when I got home I was disappointed to discover what they actually gave me was the 6-piece bone-in wings.the sauce was right but I paid for 8 wings,not 6.and ,in my opinion boneless wings have more meat than bone-in.so it pays to check the authenticity of your order to make sure everything is correct before walking out the door. read more

Don't get me a wrong, I love Pizza Hut. But this is the absolute WORST Pizza Hut I've ever been to. I would have said eaten at but I never got my food. After sitting at a booth for an hour, our order had never been put in and we watched all the other tables around us get food. Even after we asked for updates on our order. One table walked in thirty minutes after us and got their food. Not only was this frustrating, but they had one girl working the floor as a waitress while five employees sit over in a corner booth doing absolutely nothing. Her family came in to eat, and sure enough they got their food before us. I can not speak enough about the poor customer service at this sorry excuse of a restaurant. The restaurant was also filthy which made no sense when you had five employees sitting around doing nothing. We've been coming here for 15 years, but today was our last trip! Service was absolutely the worst I've ever seen, somewhat understandable if it was busy, but we were one of three tables occupied in the whole restaurant. The waiter just could not get the drinks right, he came back three different times asking what we wanted, them when he finally brought them, he sat the whole tray on the table beside us and took off for 15 minutes, and the drinks were still wrong. One of my daughters had the free personal pizza coupon she got at school for reading, the rest of us got the buffet. The waiter came back after we had been eating for 20 minutes and told us he was putting the ticket in for the pizza just then. It didn't come out until we were getting ready to leave. No refills on any drinks, no good pizza on the buffet, no ranch and only a little wilted lettuce at the salad bar. Overall the worst $30 I have ever spent. Ordered a pizza online, was told it would be 60-70 minutes. I was cool with that. 105 minutes later, I got a call from the store informing me that the delivery guy couldn't find my apartment, so he just left. Went back to the store. Not sure why he didn't call me and ask for directions-- if he wasn't given my phone number then I'm not sure why I was asked to provide it. Anyway, I confirm the apartment number with the assistant manager over the phone, and the guy is able to find me once he drives back out and decides to look a little harder. Too bad my pizza was stone cold and an hour hold. A free pan of brownies or half off my pizza or something would've made up for it (that's what I would've offered as an industry worker myself) but the assistant manager on the phone seemed unbothered and gave an audibly fake "sorry about that." I had disregarded their low ratings and given them the benefit of the doubt, but this was kind of egregious. read more

Pizza Hut should close the Weaverville store as the others in the area have. I have been a supporter of this business for years while watching it go downhill. Last week will be my last order. There is NO EXCUSE for a sanitation grade of 93%, which is just about a B. To many people in the Asheville area have gotten really sick from this type of conditions. Arby's in Weaverville has a grade of 99.5% and did not get 100% because the gate to their dumpster was not latched. BoJangles in Weaverville has had a grade of 101% before. I will garentee they are both busier than Pizza Hut. Regional offices must not care! Black Mountain Pizza Hut had a grade of "C" a year ago and I had to ask to see it because they had it hidden under a counter which and it is suppose to be out for the public to see. read more
