Rated high because I like the pizza. Ordered pizza on May 29, 2014 at 4:18 P.M. to be ready for pick up at 5:00 P.M. Upon my 5:00 P.M. arrival at the store the woman at the register checked the cabinet twice for my order and it was not there. She then asked the gentleman preparing the pizzas and he informed her that he was going to start on it next. Expected the pizza to be ready at 5:00 P.M., not for 5:00 P.M. to be the time the pizza prep begins. This is the 2d time that I have ordered a pizza on line from this store and the last time, I also had to wait for the pizza. Next time I'll check to see if it is ready before I pay. This place is really amazing I love there online ordering it only took 20 mins and I got a email and I went In and it was done and then I got really nice service when I went to pick my order (: I just which they delivered out to lenwood like the other places but there one of my favorites read more

Been a big fan of Pizza Hut forever. This restaurant is always clean and the employee's are great. Customer service is excellent. The Restaurant Manager is the best ever. Unlike most places, where you see management doing nothing, he jumps right in and helps in any part of his building. Also witnessed him talking to some kids, he makes them feel like they are important which is awesome! They've done some remodeling since changing owners. It's not a bad thing. The buffet is finally gone, that's a great thing. I love that you order at the counter and your food gets brought to you. Has like a Del Taco feeling to it, which is awesome. You don't have to worry about running out of something to drink, as you can now get your own refills. We always have a great experience when we visit. Whether we are dining in, carry out or delivery. I don't think we've ever had a bad experience here! read more

This place is flat out horrible. The Manager is the worst of all time. Ordered a pizza and they didn't wanna deliver it do to traffic. Then I asked for the district mangers name and they gave me the wrong number. read more

PIZZA HUT WAS GREAT!! service was good. They look like they work hard so no complaints. other than the alien goo left on my table from the aliens that prolly diguised themselves as humans and the mutated hill have eyes famiy eating pizza too hahaha (im joking) oh and the hot stripper from vegas eating pizza too; OUR flat pizza was so yummy! Haven't had a thin crispy pizza that was so yummy in years other than red baron bake in the oven pizza lol. Also alot of people coming back from vegas having a good time. We ordered two large pizzas for takeout only to realize once we returned home that the toppings were wrong. I called and was immediately put on hold (I found this odd because my husband had been inside the restaurant to pick up our pizzas less than 5 minutes prior to the phone call and said that employees were sitting in the dining room watching TV) I'm not sure how long I was on hold before I hung up and called back only to be put on hold again, however not as long. We we're credited for our pizzas and ended up enjoying what we did get as best we could. We should have checked our food before we left the store, however when you're paying someone for a service, especially a service as simple as making pizza, you expect a certain level of quality assurance. Was hungry after a 5 hr drive from Grand canyon so went in to have a pizza. Had to walk out of this pizza hut after 20 minutes wait. It seems that every staff was busy except serving customer. read more

Very poor. After a 40 min wait, got a pizza that looked like it went through the ringer. Even the server was embarrassed. Had to wait another 15 mins for them to make another pizza. read more

Their pizza is okay if it's to go. If you dine-in, your not going to be happy. They have one waitress no matter when you go so you will wait at least 10 minutes to get your drinks (soda) and forget ever getting a refill because she won't come back until she brings you a bill. The lunch buffet is about $9 once you add the drink which is not included and again, you will wait for your drink. read more

Is there any way I can give a 0 star review? Brandy, I believe is the manager with the glasses working right now and the skinny white girl. Everyone was so rude! Salads were old, eggs were frozen, lettuce was old and watery, and I could not receive a refund due to policies , but ended up getting a refund anyways because the wings that were made that were undercooked because their fryer is broken so they baked them. Pizza was made wrong, the white girl had a horrible attitude complaining the whole time while I was ordering because she was mad the manager was making her do everything( which your job consists of) while another employee, who was not working tonight, got up to help me. Dirty toilet paper in the walkway sitting there while you walk in. If you cannot make the food right, be respectable, and be accommodating to your customers than you need to be fired. Horrible service and will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Anyone who is a traveler please do not eat here! They have a 2 Star review for a reason! read more

I keep getting spam emails from this location. Apparently someone ordering pizza there gave my email address by mistake, so every few days I get notified that I supposedly ordered a pizza. I have called the local Pizza Hut and they have been unable to fix this. I also contacted Pizza Hut's national HQ and they promised to work with the local store to fix it but they have seemingly been uncooperative in that process since it continues. As a result I cannot really recommend this location or Pizza Hut pizza in general. read more

We went in to pick up a lg pizza and an order of wings. Was told that it would take 15-20 minutes for our food to be ready. 30 minutes later still no food. Went to ask the cashier when our order would be ready and she just soghed and went to check on our order. Apparently our order had been sitting ready for pick up long enough for the crust to get soggy. Pretty disappointing overall. read more

This was a sad, sad, disappointment. It is Christmas Eve, and my daughter, who is homeless, was cold and hungry and starving. I paid for her to get a hotel room (there was room at the inn) and ordered some wings for her. When the delivery got there, they wouldn't give it to her because she couldn't produce my credit card. I order food for her often, without a problem. So my daughter is hungry on Christmas Eve, thanks to these Scrooges. May Tim the deliver guy get coal in his stocking. read more

I enjoy the pizza at this restaurant, I think it's really good. Restaurant offers dine-in, take-out, and delivery. Large parking lot. For travelers, located right-off the I-15, one block south of the Barstow Road exit. Traveling south on I-15, turn left onto Barstow Road; traveling north on the I-15, turn right onto Barstow Road. No beer or wine, so you're safe from that temptation, and continue driving safely to your destination. Good eating, safe driving, and I hope you got some good music that you enjoy listening to. read more

Had a good experience with staff and the pizza was good. I like the sit down format of this location better than the new small box locations and try to stop at the remaining few but I understand the business reasoning of the smaller ones. The location seemed clean enough, but given its convenient location to one of the busiest freight routes in the USA, I can definitely envision a lunch hour mess, but I wouldn't necessarily knock them down for being overwhelmed at such times as long as they had attempted to staff properly. read more

I always order my pizza here and never really had to complain. Yes delivery takes over an hour sometimes. But mostly worth it. Just recently I had placed an order for something that I usually order. I called my order in instead of placing it online like I normally do. Over a hour passed by so I called them back. Immediately I get placed on hold. 4 minutes pass by and then I get another person who picks up. They immediately asked me to hold I said no. I told them I'm waiting on my order over an hour. Just to get told I never placed an order with them. Umm okay. The girl asked if me my location was correct that she told me and then took my card number. She then told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait. I told the guy all of this. They laughed about the situation and didn't have any sympathy or took the situation serious. I was very upset. This place is the only place I'll spend my money on pizza in town. After that he gave the phone to the manager and he just seemed like this situation was bothering him. After all this he said well I have a lot of drivers we can get your order to you if you place your order again. Ummm no thank you. I felt like my service wasn't worth their time. So I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Even though my kids had there stomachs set on pizza. So very disappointed read more
