We came in for a carry out. The general manager, Melinda I think, waited on us. We stood at the cash register to be waited on for 5 minutes before she acknowledged that we were there, even though she was standing at the register the whole time. She told us our total, we asked for garlic sauce and she pointed at her ears like she couldn't hear very rudely. We told her again, she said that's extra. We said ok that's fine. She put her hand out for us to hand her our debit card. Then placed a receipt and pen on the table and walked away leaving our food on the counter. Seriously, the general manger acting like that? She was so rude, customer service should be a priority and she obviously just didn't have those skills. I will be going somewhere else for pizza from now on. What happen to Pizza Hut in Brighton? We usually carry out from there every Friday and love it. Love the kids that work there. Went there Friday May 1, and it was a MESS. all new employees, lines out the door waiting to pick up carry out. RUDE lady at the cash register. We were the only table in the place yet service was incredibly slow, our waitress barely bothered to check on us. We ordered garlic cheese bread as an appetizer. What arrived was a plate of bread with virtually no cheese, and we received no dipping sauce. When we finally got the waitress to stop back over we complained and received a 'gee, sucks to be you, I don't care' attitude and were told that the garlic cheese bread doesn't come with dipping sauce, only breadsticks do and 'the cheese is placed by proportion' uh....what cheese, there wasn't enough on there to even be called garlic cheese bread. We didn't even eat it we were so upset. Supposedly she told her manager, yet the manager never came to the table to see what she could do to help rectify our complaint. When the bill came despite our complaint the garlic cheese bread was still on there and the waitress gave a song a dance about how unprofessional the manager is and we should call to complain. Needless to say I wasn't going to pay for something we hadn't eaten due to it being wrong so I went to the front and waited several minutes until the manager appeared. She tried to play the innocent "How was everything? Oh, I told her to take that off" zero customer service at that location. Will not be back and you should really have a lesson on how to work in a customer related field, because they don't have a clue nor do they care. Awful, and rude service. Unable to get a simple order correct when they actually answer their phone. Manager (Crystal) does not care so why would any one below them care. Even after we read the order back twice they could not get it correct. Very unprofessional. They literally were mad at me after they sent me incorrect food and even then I was ok because mistakes will be made but not when the employee and the "manager" both are extremely rude to me the customer who ordered and read it back several times. I don't know if all the Pizza Huts operate the same but the one in Brighton SUCKS. If we come to dine in we wait too long to even be acknowledged that we are waiting to be seated. They usually are out of some ingredients. If I call in an order- no one answers the phone. If I use the iPhone app my order is either wrong or I have to wait additional time until my order is ready. Very disappointed with this Pizza Hut. I took my kids there to redeem their "BookIt" coupons. The server told us that the manager would only allow one of my kids to redeem their pizza coupon per visit! We have been participating in the BookIt program with our kids for 7 years and this was the first time a restaurant has refused to take multiple coupons. This place is horrible order it an hour before pick up order it at 5pm pick up time 6pm went there can't find my name then the guy said oh wait it just pop up then told me it's going to take another 15 min for wait. Like really? Then I ask for a manager she seem she too busy I understand and I know it was football season and busy but when u need to talk to a manager about why do I have to wait even I ordered it like an hour ago so the manager told a guy to talk to me then the guys say "yeah we are getting 30 orders " ok so I wait for the pizza then he hand it to me. In one word...... GROSS!!! So we placed our order online, it said it would be ready by 6:19, we got there to pay at 6:17, it took at least 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, even with 2 different employees walking past the register and one at the cutting station right in front of the register. Finally we the girl at the cutting station was ready to help us she was extremely rude, very short, "what do you need" *in rude voice* then slamming a pen on the counter for signing the receipt. We finally got our food at 6:40 but it was only the pizzas, we had also ordered wings, so we had to wait even longer while our pizzas got cold. The wings were gross, they poured about 2 cups of sauce in the middle of the wings. We had to wring out the wings just to be able to eat them, even with doing that they were gross and drippy. Very bad experience, and this wasn't the first, our last one was bad with the customer service as well but we figured it was a bad day and at least we got our food fast and it wasn't disgusting! read more

Like everyone else I'm not impressed. Filthy restaurant, cold food, flat pop and usually staffed by a bunch of bored kids who would rather be anywhere else. Took about a 4 year break and decided to give it another chance. Ordered delivery and after an hour called to see what was the hold up. If zero stars was an option, that's what this place would be getting. My husband ordered two pizzas online at 6:03pm. We received a confirmation email stating the pizza would be delivered at 6:33pm. It is now 6:56pm and guess what? No pizza. A call to their business resulted in nothing but frustration and being told the order hasn't even left the building. You have got to be kidding me! If only I could split this star in half!!!! I went to this Pizza Hut last night. I stood waiting for acknowledgement while the girl behind the counter ignored me. Knowing that she had seen me I finally want and sat down. She continued to ignore me and I watched as she ate. Some more people came in and she acknowledged them because they had called a to go order in. I waited an additional 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Finally I moved to a closer table so she could see me. Still she continued to eat and didn't acknowledge me. I got up to leave and told her "Hey, thanks for ignoring me. I called to register a complaint and she answered the phone. Her excuse was "The sign clearly says wait to be seated." When I explained this was a bad excuse for shitty service she hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a supervisor and she told me she was going to call the cops and that I wasn't welcomed at this particular Pizza Hut. Well that much was true.... Sloth and apathy make for very bad customer service. There wasn't a single person eating in the restaurant that night. Yet, I'm supposed to stand there in front of a sign in hopes that this wait person to stop eating long enough so that I might be acknowledged. On top of all of this, she threatened to call the police on me for having the nerve to complain about this treatment. She guarded the phone and refused to let me talk to anyone who might honestly listen to what really happened. This place is going to close. No one wants to be treated like that, no one. I sincerely hope management reads this post and takes heed. Where once there used to be a friendly, customer focused restaurant, now exists a place that is just going through the motions and not very well. To threaten someone with the law because an employee wants to cover up their horrible work ethics is simply low and sneaky.
